I come in ALL THE TIME usually one of my favorite stores to go to . today I went in for a couple ice cream cones I understand being busy with a customers or customers and having to wait but it when you see the store empty at LEAST 2 times ...it was 3 Xs to be honest and when she actually looked like she was going to head my way (at the ice cream counter) SUZI just stops and turns her back on me ALREADY BEEN THERE AT LEAST 25 MINUTES until a customer comes up towards the check stand so of course SUZI runs almost to the end register to check-out the customer ONLY he is just going to get his mask but being the valued employee SUZI of course offered him a mask AND then SHE struck up conversation with himCHECK THE TAPE los banos ca.aprox. 9:30 am 5-12-21 I will NEVER go into rite aid while SUZI is workingLisa corey

I wish I could give zero star. The rude lady in the front doesnt greet or do her job. I dont get any service just bad communication and signs of rude body language. Conflict and complaints about her situation. Hope they do something about her because its a very bad look and I will never spend my money there again and hope no one else does until they find better employees.l

Between the idiots at Walgreens and lazy people at rite aid it took almost 6 hrs to get my medicine wich would have been solved with a simple phone call go somewhere else were they value customer service and are not more worried about giving you there discount card both these places are trash

Great service at pharmacy,quick and friendly.

Friendly but highly understaffed. One person to serve ice cream and tend the main cash register for store merchandise. Customers sitting on patio furniture that is for sale while staff turns a blind eye. Ive waited on several occasions for a cashier sometimes as long as 15 minutes while a line accumulated behind me.
