Went there to get a flat tire fixed this last Saturday. They give me 3 hour wait and the front desk guy sounded like he wanted to get rid of me. I told him I am traveling far and having an emergency so if he could squeeze me in but he didnt bother fixing somebodys tire, probably it was below their status to fix a tire and help someone. I would give them zero stars but thats not possible. I wouldnt recommend anyone to give their business to this establishment as it looks like they are doing well to turn away service. The shop next door Carlos Tire Shop they fixed my tire in literally 5 minutes and I was on my way. No matter how busy you are, a shop should never give 3 hour wait time for a 5 minute job. I would recommend Carlos tire shop over Les schwab as they understood the emergency and helped us when we needed the most.

I was told about my alignment and that I hit a curb causing damage to my frame of my car. I took it elsewhere for a second opinion where they find no such damage and was able to fix it. Sad to say I am quite disappointed because I was recommended to coming to this place.

Made an appointment. Went in to have oil change, get my brakes checked, because they are squeaking,, explained I wanted that fixed. Also front drivers side, had a noise in front when turning the wheel, so asked to check and fix alignment if needed. Got a call, come pick it up. Its done. Jack tried telling me that I didnt ask for those services, again explained that I asked for them. Then explains that since the brakes were good, he wouldnt do a break job to fix the squeaking. So I asked if I wanted these things done, should I just take it to a mechanic, clearly I asked for the.. after printing out, he sees where Wesley( thank you) typed them in. Then reads technician found no squeaking or drives side noise. Driving home, 4th stop sign ... squeaking... but the tech didnt hear it??Very disappointed, I always had very good service from there. Thanks Jack. Youve tarnished the experience.

Just need a car trip check up and got that quickly and easily. I definitely plan to get my next set of tires from this company when the time comes.

I went to get a flat fixed, but they refused to work on it because apparently my truck is to new and they dont want to to be responsible.Update: this is a response to the reply. The manager himself said it was because the truck was new and because I had special lug nuts. I offer to take them off and they still said no. I offer to take off my wheel and they still said no

My daughter had a slow leak in her tire and was getting ready to leave on a long trip, called around 3:30 in the afternoon they told her to bring it in. They found a screw in her tire and fixed it at no charge. Definitely recommend them.

Worst service EVER!!! Broke my key lock to my rim then told me I had to get the tire off myself and bring it back to be changed!!!! HORRIBLE

This was the first time I had ever been there I had to purchase a new front tire on my Explorer .I was treated like Royalty from the time I walked through their doors. I was very impressed by their customer service they were kind, courteous and gave me excellent service . I am their customer for life. Our 20 year old daughter is driving a car from LA to Portland. A tire light came on and my husband directed her to Los Banos Les Schwab. Seeing this car is new to us we do not trust it yet, we were nervous. Mr Brown at Les Schwab was amazing with our daughter and got the issue resolved so that she could get back on the road to come home. I have called the corporate office in Bend and will write endless reviews about this branch and Mr. Brown. We have been long-time Les Schwab customers but this just solidifies that relationship for us and we will continue to use them for our vehicle needs.

This place is AWESOME! Came into town to help my dad with a few errands and while here got a nail in my tire. I start to worry I don’t have a spare due to custom tires. I called and they calmed me down and assured if it’s repairable we will do that if not we have one tire in stock that fits. Walked in and Josh introduced himself and looked at my tire, reassured me they could fix it. Josh has great customer service at a level not seen to often in this field of work. The store has a true asset in having Josh on board. I’d like to let people know to stop by and see him. Also to the store management and corporate office you need to recognize the talent Josh brings to your store. He’s the kind of employee that will make your store profitable. We had a blowout on our 5th wheel on I 5. on our first day of vacation. Called Mike and told him we needed 4 new tires. He gave us a great price and promised he would get us in and out, which he did. We were back on the road in an hour or so. We want to thank Mike, Doris and crew for being so helpful.

My family takes all our cars here (thats 6 cars!) because of their friendliness and pricing.All the technicians weve worked with are friendly and have a smile on their face. The receptionists are able to explain our bill and are very personable (they always remember us even after 6mos or longer). Theyre pricing on various types of visits are reasonable, and they offer discounts for bundling certain services or products.They have cold water, hot coffee, and fresh popped popcorn.The only con is that the building smells like tires, but thats about it. They usually have the tv set to a country music station, so its pretty family-friendly, and theres a table for kids with coloring books.We are definitely happy where we are, and always tell our family and friends to come here!

Really nice place good and fast service. Even if the service were to take a little long, the shop offer refreshments at not cost. In my case, I had my kids with me and they love the little coloring station/kids area, makes it easier on moms or dads that need some car troubles fixed .. will definitely will go there againThe only thing I noticed is that they need to hire someone bilingual for the front desk since a couple of people made line and when it was their turn they had to wait additional and valuable time so a back of the house worker could come and translate ... takes time away from the mechanic and people might take business somewhere else just for that little language barrier

I have had service performed at this facility several times. The staff are courteous and the work is excellent and competitively priced. They are honest and do not recommend work thats not necessary. If they did oil changes I would have 100 percent of my service done here

Reasonable wait times.

Nice to fix flat for free, but not do nitrogen gas to fill tires. Nitrogen gives cooler running tires, not add fuel to a fire, more stable than oxygen based air.

Waited over an hour to get flat tire repaired. Nothing wrong with waiting except people that came after me left way before me & I finally asked to just have air put in my tire & went to another shop. Not anymore.

All American les schwab, has good tires. Anybody ever wonder were exactly these tires are made? Or how much material is not on your “new “tire.

I am so pleased to find a place with such great customer service. I went in to get my tired checked since it had been leaking for a couple days now and I had been putting air in it too often. They were very friendly felt welcomed also have a very active 3 and half year old and they had crayons and coloring books for him as well as a small table and chairs for little ones. They also had popcorn machine and coffee available in lobby. They didnt take long at all to fix my tire and as they told me it was free for a first time customer I was amazed since nothing in lfe is free but indeed it was and they found 2 nails in the same tire, they patched my tire right up for free at no cost. Now that was awesome ! Great service all friendly staff, clean bathrooms, all around it was a very nice experience. I will be coming here when Its time for new tires, they are a Great establishment and if you want to come have a great experience come here !

I stopped by Los Banos Tire, to have tires put on my Honda Fit. It was 8:45am Saturday and the shop wasnt open. I noticed a couple of employees, walking around, asked when they would open, they werent sure when the manager would be there. At 8:55am Decided to go to Les Schwab.The minute we drove up, we were greeted in a very professional manner by Wes, Assistant Manager. We were able to get our tires mounted and balanced, and out the door in 45-min. Quick, efficient, friendly service. No waiting on someone to show up. The entire staff is always there to help with any questions, and will go the extra mile to make sure youre happy.

I went in for a tire rotation and they were busy. I was told it was a 1.5 hour wait but it was actually only an hour. Plus they have coffee and fresh popcorn while you wait. All of their employees provided excellent service to customers that I could witnessed during my wait.

What a wonderful experience. They came right out got my information. Within minutes they took the car. Les Schwab fix my tire, removing a nail, patched it from inside, had it back to me in no time and at no charge, WOW! The waiting area was very clean plenty of seating with some table and chairs with coffee and vending machines. I love this place.

Just had a fantastic exchange with the tire manager who found an easy fix to what we thought was a complicated wheel problem. He fixed it in 5 minutes and.sent me on way to Texas, I tried to give him a tip but he refused. Customer service at its finest.

Great service! Rotated tires but also found an embedded screw in a rear tire. Although it wasnt leaking, they removed it & patched the hole. All part of the no charge service guarantee .

I really love this.place. The customer service is outstanding. I bought my tires there about a year and half ago and taken my car there to have them rotating done and balance. Havent gotten charged and free break expecting. From the time I walk in, they are friendly and helpful. When its time Ill get my tires there again. I recommend this.plac3 highly.

I was going to Idaho and I had already had 1 tire blow. When a second tire blew I knew I was in trouble. It was 5:15 PM I knew that they closed at 6pm. I called and asked if they would be willing to help, they said yes when I arrived their team jumped in and knocked it out in short order. I recommend these guys highly.

So this is the first time we had to deal with a flat tire in USA and in CA. We didnt know anything about how it works in here. We called the car rental service from where we rented our car and they told us to use the spare tire. The spare tier was kind of funny because it was really small and could not be used for long. We searched Google and came up with various suggestions. The first one was Las Schwab. We called them and they said they would repair our tire for FREE. Would you believe that ? And its not about being free, when we arrived there the customer service was excellent and mind blowing. They repaired and replace our tire in about 15 minutes, with excellent quality service. There was free coffee and water too, and air conditioned seating. The staff was very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Jose who did most of the work. We wanted to tip but they didnt accept it.Anything with name Las Schwab is highly recommended. Amazing customer experience. You guys will go a long way !!!- a very happy customer

I perched 4 tires a year ago and had some trouble with two, Les Schwab was not a fault just a bad set of tires. Management didnt blink twice about replacing all four. Now thats service. Ill be taking all my tire need to Les Schwab in the future. Well done.

Unbelievable customer service. I tried to make it to the shop with my box van for 2 new front tires less than 1/2 mile away the tire completely came apart. They sent the truck out took off the bad tire, replaced it at the shop. took me back to the truck installed it and then I followed them back to the shop to finish replacing the other tire. I went in to buy tires and was waiting patiently inline. I was next in line when another customer entered the store and was promptly served. When i objected I was told that that customer was first and then it would be my turn. I left. It is clear that they did not want my business. I will be buying tires at Americas tires in Fresno this weekend.

One of the worst Led Schwabs Ive been in . Down here from Oregon for business and needed to rotate my tires before I left . have been here over an hour and was the only person here and still waiting . They have had locals come in and get taken care of and leave ... They could definitely use some help

Had a wonderful experience at Los Banos Les Schwab. My tire blew and I was towed to the shop. They saw me right away and showed great concern for my situation from start to finish. My wait wasnt long, but even if it had been I was very comfortable with all you can eat popcorn, coffee, and water, and utilizing their free WIFI. I would absolutely recommend this place!!

Worst service provider ever came across when dealing with a simple vehicle alignment. I got there at 11a.m. They told me there were a couple of cars in front of me, i told the attendant i was going to have lunch, and come back. Came back, waited until 2:20 p.m and my truck was still sitting in the parking Lot. I noticed the customers that brought their cars after i register mine were being service before i decidid to take my business somewhere else. I wont be taking my car or my wifes car there anymore.
