Brittany is a very good employee she helped me pick out my makeup and eyeliner etc I recommend this store a lot

First off the recommended amount of people allowed in the store at one time is at 4 over at Sallys in los banos when I showed up there was about seven or eight people in there so I sat outside and Im waiting and by the time everybody finally left I asked the worker if it was okay for me to go in extra proceeded to give me attitude and tell me no Im going on break you should have came in when everybody else was here.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Me and a friend walked in & we did not get greeted. The employees were extremely rude and had nasty attitudes. I didn’t get a chance to get their names but I don’t know who would even consider hiring women with such poor customer service skills.

It would be nice if the employees at this location had a better attitude.

Right when I walked in the two ladies there barley greeted me. I went in there to buy some Kanekalon hair to make my synthetic dreads..and they guided to the section and rudely said this is all we have. I settled and brought two different brands of hair😒...they had such a problem with me asking where different products were... literally the worst Sallys Ive ever been too. They really need new employees

Bad Customer Service Period! My experience.The girls who work there are so unwelcoming.I Recommend you go somewhere else if you want to be treated right as a customer.Never going here again

Im a lic. Cosmetologist. I love the convenience of being able to make a quick trip and pick up stuff like Foil, gloves, plastic caps and styling tools. Especially in the city that I live which is Los Banos Ca. The girls there are very friendly and helpful.👍😍
