Looking for a UV flashlight was not able to locate one in flashlight section. Found an employee after a while who also suggested looking at another location but was it was not there either.

Found what I was looking for online then found it in the store no problem. Alejandra helped us buy a fridge and she was very nice and courteous.

I was having trouble finding a replacement halo light and brought the one we were replacing to compare and be sure I get the right model. 15 mins of looking and nobody came to see if I need help. I tracked an employee down few aisles away, think he was stocking but not at the moment I approached him. He wasnt much help and agreed with whatever I was saying to him. He seemed more concerned with texting on his phone as I was talking to him. I paid in the garden department and on way out there was plants on the ground knocked over and there was an employee who I think was driving the forklift since there was one right there unoccupied but running. The employee was sitting there texting as well but maybe he was on break. Quite a few plants look like they are not being taken care of well. Strong work ethic is rare these days.

This particular home Depot (Los Banos) is always clean and well staffed compared to the Fresno location. 👍

The staff here is very friendly. I love shopping here for plants and house supplies.

They have most needs for a hardware & home supply store but, the employee assistance on the floor is virtually non-existant. You might fare better ordering on-line.

And you enjoy going to the home Depot do you have everything that you need to be able to do anything with and they got more than just wondering if they have quite a bit of selection and if you need help no help if you just want to walk around by yourself you dont bug you

Its an average shopping experience. However, the service isnt as friendly as other locations that Ive been to, both in and out of state.

Wish that the garden center had more variety and better stock in mulch, pots, and seasonal items such as vegetable starts.Have had excellent help and installation of a refrigerator and dryer in the past. Keep an eye out for those big appliance sales as they will get you for installation and delivery.Staff is very friendly and for the most part knowledgeable in their area.

I love shopping at Home Depot. Top of the line when it comes to customers service, everyone works there have a great attitude especially in the early morning, I stop there to buy things before I start shift at Save Mart at 8am.Thank you all for servings our small community through this rough times.

The staff is almost always friendly and willing to help you if you have a question. Also you can almost always find someone when you need them which is a big plus these days imo. The only only reason I take off 1 star is because home depot in general can run pretty pricey depending o. What you need so I would suggest doing research first before you buy here. But if you dont mind paying a premium for better customer service then you cant beat Home Depot

Over all great experience but there was one associate that just walked off on me after helping me with one item when i was buying all the lawn equipment to take care of a lawn. Long story short told a manager and they got some one else to help and took 20 percent off of the mower i bought

Went out of there way to find me a Ryobi battery and charger reduced the price very HELPFUL

Everyone was helpful and friendly . I was double charged an item but went back and they refunded the difference no problem. Technology and video can be good sometimes

Not a bad place....just tired of their lost prevention following me (They are not even good at it either). Should spend more time helping customers then following them...was there for over an hour and not once was i offered help.

This place is really good for DIY projects, if you talk to the right person, they can point you towards the right direction on what you are looking for. I come here to look for repair parts for my home. Mostly everything is available if not they order it.

Some people are really helpful. Today is 10-8-2020 and i have been on hold for 25 min after trying to speak to a manager. Somone came on the phone saying he was the manager on duty and im still on hold after he said he was going to pull up my order #.

Wow was totally disappointed with home depot tonight, I was in the plumbing area when the loud noises began, but i was looking for carpeting and tile, which is directly in front of recieving, as we approached the area, i couldnt stand the volger language they was blasting, no I left the area without buying anything, told two different employees why i was leaving, but they didnt seem to care, the woman at the customer service desk could even hear it from where she was in the front of the store, dont these people understand, no one wants to go shopping and have to yell over volger language, this store is going down hill more and more.

This place has everything you need to get the job done. It can just be a little confusing finding stuff once you inside. I recently tried their app too locate an item and it made the whole experience faster. Highly recommend using it inside the store (dont have to make an account).

I dont know about other people but I always for the most part have great service given at HD. I get prompt and precise service compared to other HD stores in other areas. From getting wood cut to having fridge or ther home appliances sold to they always go above and beyond.

Our dishwasher went out, and like to shop local, lady working at a desk seen us, did not acknowledge us at all. When I finally asked for help, while asking about delivery, no options to ship to store, or heaven forbid in stock, because I was educated imagine all the stuff we would have here, we have no room here. Then proceeded to let us know about delivery charge?? Cancelled order, and went to Lowes, who had it in stock.. Guess they have storage..

Home Depot has always been a positive experience. The one thing that I would want from Home Depot is more qualified attendants. And to attendants in the various departments. They have them now, but you have to search for them.

The worst home depot I have been to.They never have anything in stock. It takes a month to get anything on order. Its like they dont do inventory at all. Do yourself a favor, and just plan on driving to Merced.

I was in the home Depot parking lot I met a friend from Los Banos and had lunch at Togos.

They had ample Christmas decorations. The store was busy but not crowded. I found a good stiff straw broom and bought it.

Went to go buy a dryer.. Waited 10 minutes for an associate to tell me she was occupied and then another worker approached asked what we needed.. Filled out paperwork..The young man was very patient and friendly..When we were asked to wait to pay.. The same man brought out dryer... And the young teller up front helper is with the rest of our order..And was asked by us not once but twice to call for an associate to help us load the dryer into the back of our truck.. We waited almost half an hour with no help.. A stranger approached us and helped us lift the dryer into the trunk of the truck..And still no one from home depot approached us..Was very dissapointed.

Out of everything. Never going back to that home depot
