I love this place! and their prices are sooo friendly. They have all kinds of halloween makeup/decor/costumes besides all the party supplies. I also called and was able to check if they sold or had a product in stock.

SO glad I found this place!! I needed balloons and I needed them last minute on a Friday night & was able to get them here. They were quick & efficient & very helpful. Also the balloon & party selection stuff is massive & prices are reasonable. Thanks to the crew at VAPS. Im definitely a fan & I will be back for all my party & celebration supply needs!!

Expensive & defective balloons. They blow them up WAY way too much. Don’t be surprised when your balloon pops as you’re trying to get them into your car. Didn’t bother to ask for another I doubt they would give one for free based on those prices

Wow, Ive seen this place since I was a kid but had never gone in. It is huge with party supplies for every occasion. Its very old school and felt like an adventure going in.

Was there for at least 20mins noone asked if I needed help. Everyone was either on there phone or having conversations with eachother.

I was SO happy with my experience at Vine American. There is a parking lot on the side that is for customers only, so that made getting in and out a breeze. I went in to get balloons for a company party, and they put my order together very quickly. They were kind and helpful and even showed me what the balloons would look like with air in them (since it can be a little different when they arent blown up). The store had so many cool and fun things to check out while I waited! I will definitely be using their services again.

Ive been shopping at Vine American Party store for over 20 years. They never disappoint. Everything for all your party needs. You can also order arches, banners and fill up your helium tank.

Its bigger than it looks when you first walk in. They have tons of themes and decor. I usually go in for balloons and they are always friendly and helpful. It feels like a mom and pop shop...not sure if it is.

This place is the ultimate party store some items are over priced because well its theme based so they are hard to find items. Depending on the time and day the staff may be friendly other times ( when they are busy) seem to not want to help! But overall I am there to buy the things I need and I am out as quickly as I can. Also the balloons to last a long time from here! They get a 5 stat because of the store having so much variety but definitely a 3 for customer service

They have plenty of options for balloons and all sorts of party supplies. In the Sunday morning, I was there to pick up some balloons. Their staff at the balloon section seemed professional and welcoming. But It would have been better if there was a person who could show options and provide suggestions. They have a parking lot in the rear. Overall, I will visit this place again.

I went today to this store with my 3 years old daughter looking for supplies for her birthday party, when I was about to pay, my daughter who was behind me and without my knowledge, tried to grab some kind of strings poppers and an employee (that now, after reading other reviews, realize is the manager) that was near by, went off on my daughter and rudely accusing her of opening one of the popper things, so he said I should pay for that, I didn’t believe my daughter can do that with her little fingers, but anyway, it was $3.50 or something like that. One second later, the woman who was assisting me at the register, was so mean too to my daughter and told her to DO Not Touch that, so I noticed there was more things of that opened and it was impossible for my daughter to open it in less than one second, so I told her I wasn’t paying for anything of that. You should not be that rude to your customers, you live from your customers. You LOST my business Vine American.

The only party store for many miles in my area and Id rather pay triple online than in this store. There were about 4 people working and all were actively rude. Couldnt show any decency its clear that you all hate your job but you ruined me being excited for party. Prices on alot of basic things were outrageous because Im sure its hard to stay in business. Ill never go back this place is as good as dead.

Looks can be deceiving, it looks old and ugly on the outside but just wait til you walk in that door, Best store in Hollywood, they’ve got all mine and your party needs at some pretty decent prices, balloons, tank rentals, generic and licensed birthday supplies, everything for the Holliday’s, pretty much everything for anything here. They’re luau section is fantastic, they have bachelorette stuff, sparklers, smoke machines, confetti cannons, smoke cannons etc. I’m in here at least twice a month, I want to live in this wonderland. The staff is very nice and friendly, a little lazy but can be very helpful

The best party store in LA. Every theme idea in one place.This place has got it all. If they dont have it or cant get it then it doesnt exisit. Good prices. Limited lot parking or street parking-watch the signs. Friendly helpful staff. Go early in the day.

The staff is rude, unhelpful, and could not care less about any necessities or questions you might have. I bought hundreds of dollars of merchandise from them and had the nerve to try to charge me 2.50 per balloon and they were smaller than regular sized balloons. I spoke to the owner who seemed defeated and didnt care. It is also clear that most of the staff members there are drug addicts, meth is one hell of a drug. .
