I used All Los Angeles Painting Company for my recent painting project. I needed help with paint color samples and Alan had me call Charise, the store manager, to get them made for me. Charise was wonderful and attentive in helping me. The whole experience of getting samples was so pleasant. Thank you Charise!

Came here at 6:45, 15 minutes before closing. They refused to do paint match. Terrible.

They have a great concrete stain for driveways and decks. Also every two weeks they run a great 40% off discount so I usually wait you can call him usually and they will let you know if youre getting near the time. Great quality paints and stains.

Friendly and helpful staff! Nice selection of accessories and tools despite the fact that is a small place. I a had good experience at this location. They will order things that they dont have and even try to bring them same day for you. Love them

Fantastic paint store in the city. Lots of service people, huge selection, not crowded, and parking. Bought a ton of supplies for a huge job, the staff was really helpful in matching color, explaining details, and loading the car. Definitely coming back for any painting needs, its a huge time saver coming here over other places Ive been in CA.

The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable and patient with me. He answered all my questions and so it was a very pleasant experience.

Back in 2009, I bought a custom mix paint from the Westwood store. I recently brought in a photo of the label from the old can and the customer service person was able to create a new batch of paint that matched perfectly! Everyone at the store was very nice and I felt like I was getting excellent advice. I would recommend the store highly!

The customer service at the westwood location was great but it is not my local location. I had to travel to this location because for months my local store has been out of stock of a base I need to perform touch ups on a door. I now need to return one of the items I purchased and wanted to see about applying current promotional discounts to my purchase (the store clerk did not apply). I called ahead to my local store and was told I could. However when I arrived they were not able to process my return or apply the promotional discounts to my receipt. I was told I had to travel back to the other (and further) store location because the transaction was made at that store. Despite being a chain the stores offer no service or assistance to each other location and instead im required to do the extra leg work and drive to the other location. The employees failed to try to come up with any alternative to accommodate me and refused any of the suggestions I made. A very frustrating experience.

When in at 11:00 a.m. and there is only one staff member and there and he was helping a nother customer and speaking Spanish in the back of the store and couldnt be seen. When he finally saw me 5 minutes after walking in he was irritated that he had to help me and also irritated that I dont speak Spanish and extremely super slow. Ive literally never seen anyone walk so slow in my life.Another staff soon came and took care of things well

Phil was patient and knowledgable. I am very picky, and I was impressed with everything. The service was stellar.
