This place is a gem. I always show up to the store when I have a particularly difficult notarization to get done, one that requires filling out the infamous California Jurat form. On a recent trip to Pico Shipping, the people requesting the notarization capriciously changed the documentation requirements on me three different times. Each time that I showed up at the store, with the same document but with a new request, Bijan the proprietor would give me the very specific notarization that I needed. But he refused to take any additional fees for the work, even though he had previously given me what I had asked for. I only paid the first time I came in. They are very honest, affordable, friendly, reliable and careful to give the customer exactly what they need. I highly recommend them
