They had alot items. Great airport store in mall.area of airport. In case you didnt know there a mall at LAX not too big but some shops.

The only problem is wen schedule 3 or 4 flights on 4 closed gates

The first duty free store that I find Fresh. Laneige. Please open more stores with these type of brands.

A hassle to get to from Terminal 3. Service can be a lot better as I had to wait at least 20 minutes for not one but three representatives to confirm I could purchase a bottle to carry on my flight. Prices can be a lot cheaper outside of LAX - not recommended.

This company is shady. They claim you can make returns if items are new and unused but make you jump through hoops. I purchased a present (wrapped fragrance) that I ended up not needing. I tried to return it and the rep immediately gave me push back, then told me to fill out a form and mail it in, then told me to take a bus to a shop at another terminal if I wanted to speak with a manager. Will never purchase anything from DFS again.

We got through the lines quicker than expected though the prices were steep all on all it was a good experience. There was a super cool rock n roll restaurant with kiss and rolling stones pictures everywhere and they played great music. The employees were nice and helpful

It is way different during the weekdays. You can walk around more slowly. There is still construction but it is doable.

The staff of CHANEL cosmetic was so impolite.When I asked the bags for the gift, she just shaked her head and she never opened her mouth when I paid too.Even though She was eating food, if client talk something, the she should answer with words not just her head. And DFS company needs to teach the staff has to eat in Staff lounge not in the counter.

This place is a total scam. Prices are generally higher than what you would pay in regular US retail stores. They supposedly do a price match guarantee with other retail stores but it is a hassle and they don’t price match other duty free stores. Case in point, JFK duty free was selling Grey Goose vodka much cheaper and they would not price match. Similarly JFK was offering 10% off fragrances (and the fragrance prices were also cheaper), but again they would not honour these prices either. I thought duty free was meant to be cheaper than standard retail stores because you were not paying duty on the goods. However, in my experience prices were higher.

Service at the watch section the DFS was outstanding.I recently purchased a Seamaster 300m with blue rubber strap at Los Angeles DFS on 24 Dec, 2019, and one of the rubber strap loops already torn after wearing the watch for less than 1 week. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the product, especially it is a luxury name brand. My last watch was also an Omega, and it had many issues even after the watch was serviced in Ginza Tokyo by the Omega authorized service center. I decided to give Omega product another chance but am disappointed again. I should have purchased a Rolex watch instead.

Always traffic you need to always give yourself an extra 2 hrs. To get there. October and November curb services are prohibited for uber, Lyft and any other car services. But the SHUTTLES ARE OKAY

This is the worst Airport I have EVER had the misfortune to visit. Even worse than the Dallas Airport International Security system. No maps, no signs, the staff were dismissive and rude. I honestly even had a smile on my face for a few minutes. BUT DANG that went away quick.

Great place for shopping. You can find exclusive buys you cant find anywhere else and even savings you wouldnt expect to get at an airport.

Immigration inspection is not redundent. The self serviced checkout with photo taken does not speed up the process at all.At the human checkout, travellers are still questioned a lot even for usa citizens

Besides JFK and LaGuardia airports I dont know if it can get worse than this. I cant stand the lines, traffic and rudeness. I will always do my best to avoid this airport unless its my only option. Are they ever going to finish construccion there? It only adds to the negativity of having to there.

I have had bad and good luck at this airport. Check in at 3 am and its a walk through security. After 5 am and its an hour wait in security. Not much choices to have dinner there so dont come hungry for something other than a burger or fried asian food.

TSA lines were good today and not too much trouble but my wife had her $8 charcoal toothpaste than away, while another passenger got through a bottle of water...Lol.

Bottleneck of traffic as you approach the terminals. Website has incorrect terminal listed for Hawaiian Airlines.Easy check in and quick TSA Precheck line when we were there.On return trip, luggage was available in a reasonable amount of time.

Not so good duty free store.. you have to avoid this one!!! Do not shop here!!I bought items for over $100 and they told me that the items ibought will deliver to me on the flight before the take off and get delivered to me but i never got it! Still never got refunded! When I disputed, it was still charged to my credit card after the dispute!!!This store is no good!!!

Even though I am from NY I love this airport. Alot to to and see if you are waiting around for a layover or meeting up with friends and fam.

My flight was delayed for 14hrs and had to sleep in the lobby one Christmas Eve! Horrible unfriendly staff members.

It was ridiculous how much time we had to wait to get our baggage checked in. We arrived at 9:45, our flight does not leave until 3:30. There is NO EXCUSE for an airline NOT to have a representative at the LUGGAGE CHECK IN. This made for a very stressful check in. I will never fly FRONTIER again.

Normally I dont go into duty free shops when travelling domestically because thats how duty free works. But when they put a sign outside that says Travelling within the USA? You can shop here in big letters, Im going to go in and shop. But dont put a sign out like that without mentioning I can only buy fragrances and cosmetics in letters just as big.

How can a Duty free shop be more expensive than Tax shopping in the city?? I checked a few prices for wine, sweets etc. And sometimes it was more than 100% more expensive at DFS!! A bag of reeses is 22$ where at Wal-Mart it was 9.99$. A bottle of Dom Perignon was 169$ where it was 150$ at Costco. Plus there were a dozen people queuing at the cashier. So there is really no point in buying something here.
