This place kind of reminds me of Patagonia. Outdoor clothing and accessories, high quality, and great customer service. They even have a tailor that can repair simple things as well as custom fit the clothing you buy. The lady was very friendly especially to our 3 year old daughter who is usually very shy.
Staff was awesome. I am very happy to have been able to get the pants I been wanting.

My favorite sports store! I find whatever I need for my fishing, camping, hiking trips! Prices are not bad, especially when you get some additional x% off during holidays...than its definitely a bargain.Helpful and HAPPY staff too which = great customer service.

I went at almost closing time but they gladly excepted me and helped me with all the things I wanted to see and try. The woman was really nice. Because it’s in a good neighborhood I though they were gonna be mean and rude but she was so nice.
Called their 800 number looking for something and they were terribly rude on the phone. It was actually hard to believe how rude they were.I also recently returned a $650 jacket and it took 6-7 weeks to receive a refund. Yes, they have excellent products, however, their customer service is awful. I bought the jacket and it was shipped to the store, however, it was too large. I went back to the store to return the jacket and they told me they could only issue a refund by check (that is very odd....its 2018 and you still cut checks). I pleaded with the guy to just refund my credit card because I never ever would have made the purchase if I knew the return policy would have been such a nightmare. I told the guy I knew it would likely take over two months to receive a fund (I was right) and he said no, no, it shouldnt take long at all. Again, I NEVER in a million years would have bought the jacket if I would have know how terribly their return policy is. Anyways, I bought the jacket and returned it and they promised I would receive a check shortly. I waited about three weeks and didnt hear a peep so I sent an email. And.....no response......none at all. I had to send several emails until I received a response (they only responded when my emails took a more serious tone) and their response was the check is in the mail. I waited another 2-3 weeks and the exact same thing happened. No check...I sent emails...no response until my emails took a threatening tone. I physically returned the jacket on September 27 and I did not learn that I received a refund until November 19th. Yes, that is 6-7 weeks. Terribly disappointing. They have great stuff but their attitude is take it or leave it and if you return anything, then we smile to you face but then we will do everything possible to make your life miserable behind your back.
I was in the store today and was helped by a young lady named Sara. She has a great personality and made sure I got the bag I wanted for my step-daughter. I was having trouble deciding so not only did she show me the styles in the catalog but she went in the storeroom to get each color so I would be able to pick the best one. Its also good to know they have a lifetime warranty(not on normal wear and tear). As a prior customer service manager, these are the kind people you want on your team. Help Sara grow within the organization she will go far☺️
Training day in store today cost me a parking ticket. Im trying to be casual amd lost track of time. Had to ask newbie for unblemished floor model of backpack all the while two other transactions went ahead of me. Manager sat there with hands in pocket, I blame him not the trainee.
Has authentic Fjallraven products. Parking is easy, either on the street or in the nearby parking garage. Knowledgeable and nice sales people.

Small little shop that packs some of the best jackets, pants, beanies etc. that money can buy, we love our gear, worth every penny and Tim was amazing to work with, extremely nice guy.

Extremely rare brick and mortar Fjallraven store. Fjallraven products are among the top in terms of quality, reliability, design, and function in my opinion. Easily my top 3 favorite brands. The staff at this store are very friendly and helpful. I always visit when Im in LA. Ive bought several items from the store and Im a very satisfied customer. I just wish there were more brick and mortar Fjallraven stores in the US.

My wife and I are visiting LA from Chicago this week and were finding this city overwhelming! Gio was amazing! He found the fleece we were looking for and recommended Temescal Canyon. His description of trail was so vivid we easily reached Skull Rock. And used my Fjallraven fleece. Quality human being

I am a big fan of fjallraven and it’s product and have been buying their jackets for a while now. This store Was very unhelpful and uncaring when I was trying to return a jacket that I purchased a few weeks ago. The jacket was basically brand new and due to the fact that I had worn it for a day, it was unfit for their return policy. I suggest visiting other stores.
