Dishonest work, followed by horrible customer service.The move went ok... Then we discovered improperly assembled furniture.What upset me the most was my standing desk. A leg was reassembled with 2 of 6 screws, the reaming 4 were thrown into a box nearby the desk that the movers were not authorized to use, or had even moved- without telling me. The leg was the wrong direction and they had clearly just disregard the 6 pre-filled holes. Dishonest lazy work.Then management had the nerve to tell me that the desk leg had only two screws prior to the move. Then please explain why I have six screws after searching my apartment? Ive had to fix the problem already to avoid potentially jeopardizing the unit any father.I am trying to get reimbursed but so far its a horrible customer service experience. Were so upset and feel swindled.

Friendly, helpful and good group of men to help me move into my apartment. The elevator was broken and they managed to move an entire one bedroom up 4 flights of stairs within 2 hours or less! Highly recommend them :)

The guys were great, they arrived within the appointment window, they were super fast and had a great attitude. It was crazy rainy and they didnt slow down or complain they were accommodating and and very respectful. They dissembled and assembled the bed which we were worried bed it was a bit of a pain to build in the first hand and they wrapped all the furniture carefully. If all ALM are like the ones we had, there really isnt a reason to look for anyone else.Will definately use them again.

They worked quickly and efficiently, and I am thoroughly happy with their services. The office contacted me to confirm on the day prior to our scheduled date to confirm. These guys were great. They spent 6.5 hours and helped me with a huge move.

These guys were not good. We basically packed up everything into boxes beforehand, save for a few fragile things, and they took 6.5 hours to move. We moved from a 2500 sq foot office to a 1900 sq ft office. The estimated time for this type of move with three people should be 3-4 hours.They wasted time wrapping chairs with saran wrap like a million times and then wasting time cutting the saran wrap. Then they left the fridge and microwave wrapped.On top of the high rate of $139 per hour, they charged $75 for the truck, and required a $100 deposit.I was in a rush so I quickly chose a mover. I should have done more research. I paid about $200-300 more than I should have. I asked them for a discount since they took so long, and the guy said no.They spoke English very poorly, so when they asked for directions on where stuff went, they did not understand.

Used these guys for the first time to move from Culver City to Inglewood. It took about 5.5 hours to move a 3 bedroom house for a crew of four people, which I think is pretty impressive. Johnny was the foreman on my move, will recommend these guys and use them again.

Nearly impossible without a company like this. They did the job better than I could have ever. They had all the equipment to help me pack everything in the best way possible. We were moving into a pod and they were very helpful and professional and finished everything in 3 hours! You get what you sign up for; a simple, affordable, and effective moving service. I was nervous, since this was my first move since I came out to California in 98’. My nervousness diminished within minutes when I saw the professionalism that these workers carry. They took the load off my shoulders and put it on theirs.
