Unorganized, they change prices after giving verbal over phone. Parts ordered arent there when specified was going to be there, they try sell you stuff you didnt order. Certain parts from bike end up lost after work is done. Not too careful when working on wheels, found nicks after bearings were replaced. Most of workers are cool peep but shop work ethic needs upgrad.

They said the turn over on the bike I dropped off was going to be less than a week. They kept it for over 5 months. They lost parts, kept giving me excuses after excuses.When I finally got it, it was dusty, parts I had originally on were replace for after market parts. They cant work on a simple sport bike without stealing parts from it. To top it off, it came back with sun damage and super dusty. It was clearly left outside.Dont trust them with your bike.Worst mistake I did, I dont trust their work enough to ride it again.

Very honest and knowledgeable guys. Theyre quick too so you get your bike back right away which is unheard of at any other shop. Best part is that they are AFFORDABLE. So if you want FAST, HONEST and RELIABLE repair w/o paying an arm & leg, these are your guys! I have old Honda classics ranging from 1978-1983 and they had no problem diagnosing, explaining my options and then coming through on promised repairs. Thank you, guys, on a job well done. Prices are OK and they do good work but honesty isnt their strong point. When I took my motorcycle there to have some repair done from an accident. I discovered that they was charging the insurance company over $3,000 and the work (parts & Labor) was just a little more than $1,900. Even thou it was the other persons insurance I just wondered why did they try and hide it and all of the past services I did with them did they ever over charge me?

They have lots of bikes to get parts from but not older bikes from the 70,s such as 1978 Honda trail 90,s or 1975 Honda 750- 4 cylinder or 1970 kasawaki 900 or 1000!!

Johnny and the guys are great, Ive always gone to them and theyve always taken care of anything Ive asked of them. No complaints, ever.

Had my Chain and Sprockets changed here, got a significantly better deal ($75-150) then almost everywhere else I called in LA and they did a quick and fantastic job.

Great service, very knowledgeable people who are willing to share information even if your not going to have work done by them. Im pretty knowledgeable in motorcycle machanics but dont always have the answer, thats where i look to cycle parts to back up my conclusions. In return i by all my parts from them.They offer great affordable pricing and dont try to gouge you at every turn. Not a very large shop nor does it have the appeal of say cycle gear but ill trade appeal any day for place that gets down and dirty when it come to wrenching on my girl.From parts to used motorcycles sales, cycle parts does it all. I highly recommend them.

Used to be my go to shop until... Not having the appropriate funds to cover a new battery i asked Jonny the store owners son to see if he has a used battery to get the bike going at least for now and he f×÷king jokes about if i want to sell my bike because im just putting a used battery in . WHAT AN ASS, didnt even ask why, just continued to joke on. Then he says after me telling my situation that hes going to give me a discounted price on a battery, i say ok and wait. I was furious to hear him say that he has a battery at $80, this was the same battery that one week prior was only $70 when i asked another store associate at this same location. Also i might add that almost all other retailers sell this same battery for $20 less . I thought by talking to Jonny i might get treated right but today he showed his true colors, green like the money hos shop will try to swindle from you!!! Customer beware; Dirty shop, scattered parts and pieces and service that will leave you with a bad taste in your mouth. BY THE WAY, I WANNA GIVE A SHOT OUT TO THE MAIN MAN WAYNE WHO IS PURSUING HIS CAREER IN THE MEDICAL FIELD. HE WAS THE BEST THAT STORE HAD AS HE KNEW THE PARTS AND TREATED THE CUSTOMER WITH RESPECT, FAR BETTER JOB THEN ANY POS THAT WORKS THEIR!

Fantastic cycle shop. No pressure when looking at their used bikes

I bought it a honda nighthawk 750 stating that it would shut off after a few miles of riding. 2 days later they told it was running like a champ and running perfect. After almost get hit on the freeway because the bike shut off on me. I took it back and they stated it would have to run on the dyno to figure out the problem, after an 1 more week of not hearing anything back I called and they stated that their mechanic had been sick and they have found that;s its venting in the gas tank might be bad. Also that had stated that I should have told them that it was shutting off on me the freeway. They have good reviews but as far as my experience this time, it was bad and I almost paid for it with my life.*update 2/27/15 after going down there and asking that he return my bike and money. He states I should not jump the gun and that It will be fixed. I explained that 7 days had pasted, he lied to me twice and most of I noticed he kept making excuses for why the bike was not done and one of the reasons being that he had to go to the kings game. He followed with, its a simple fix and I have it done by today. I told him that I had enough of his excuses and that I would give him one more try if he had it done the same day. I request that he drive it on the freeway to make sure it worked, to which he agreed. Now it looks like it might finished on tuesday 3/1/15, but will have to see.* update 3/4/15 after calling again on 3/2/15 and told that I will get a call back telling whats wrong with my turn signals and to do the test drive. I got nothing back I went back the next day and they finally did the test drive. I requested a part of my money back, to which I told refund was due since the work was done and that they had done more then they had to so I feel luck. I explained that work was not done on time, bad customer service, work that was not needed, and that I was lied to. So finally I was told that they did was done on the paperwork and everything afterwards was another issue and thats why the bike took longer, also that I didnt tell anyone what was wrong with the bike and that I didnt have it noted on the receipt. So I took a lesson from this and it was to get everything in writing because you never know who you dealing with. To which they replied you also got some work for free.This whole time I was dealing with the owner of Cycle Parts, Johnny and this is what I got. If I had to summon it up in one word it would be, excuses.
