Taking my bike for service here has always been quick and professional. Theyve been flexible with drop off and pick up times, to fit my schedule. Fernando Pelaez, the service manager, is super helpful and runs a tidy, reliable, shop.

Had my hyper serviced at BH Ducati. Ended up taking longer than expected but costed a little less than expected. Fernando and Mike took care of me. Thanks to them and the techs, recommended! With the software update my throttle response is a million times smoother. 👌Update 10/15/18:Got a check engine light and limp mode on the highway. Got it checked and MAP sensor was replaced promptly. Great service from Mike and the team.

I am a pretty novice rider, so I have not spent much time around Ducati service shops. But of the shops I have been to, from San Diego to Reno to Las Vegas to North Carolina, Beverly Hills Motorcycles is easily my favorite one. I felt taken care of and listened to from start to finish. Angel is who did my service and he kindly showed me some tricks and taught me some things about my bike as well as shared ways I will be able to save money as I improve my skills. Having been oversold on products in the past, it was a welcome departure from that pressure. Any future maintenance or purchases will certainly be done there. Thanks!

This review is solely to their service department. I had a ducati streetfighter and they were the best people. They were super friendly and helpful and they didnt try to up sell you or charge you for unnecessary service.

Service is fantastic, Fernando is amazing.

One particular sales guy ripped me off and I had to threaten to sue. Ive never wanted to sue anyone but I had a good reason. This sales guy baited and switched me. I got some of my money back but not all. He lied many times and when I asked to speak with his boss, he said he was the boss. I could not reach anyone else to discuss the issues. In addition, once he sold me the bike, he took off. He never showed me how to use the controls. Very sketchy business. I had to contact Ducati of North America to straighten things out. Dont buy a bike here!

Unfortunately it is uncommon to find stellar customer service when it comes to dealer service but in this case, Fernando Pelaez, service manager at Beverly Hills Motorcycles tops that with an unassuming, keen desire to help and a real human touch.(This is after another Ducati dealer simply refused to fix my bike because “...we tried all we could and don’t want to spend any more time and money on this issue...” 😲)As long as Fernando Pelaez is there - they have my business

My Monster 797 experienced a failure while I was visiting LA from Toronto. I was referred to Beverly Hills Ducati via Ducatis roadside assistance program, and I just cant say enough good things about them. My problem was resolved quickly, Fernando was communicative and responsive through the process and handled the warranty matter with Ducati with no fuss, and I even got the bike back detailed (they performed a scheduled service for me while they had the bike, which was, incidentally, reasonably priced). This has been my best Ducati dealership experience by far... I just wish they were a little closer to home!

Fernando, the service technician at Ducati, is amazing! Ive had problems with my bike since I bought it and took it to Del Amo Motorsports, Pro Italia and finally here. He knew the problem right away, charged me a more than fair price because he knew the trouble Id gone through and got it fixed while I waited outside!I highly recommend using this place for all your service needs.

This place is a complete nightmare. I had them sell my bike on consignment for me. It finally sold and they took they’re 15% and never paid the bank. I started getting calls for past due payments from Ducati Financial Services. I called Beverly Hills Ducati and they said they would take care of it. They never did. I have had to make payments on a bike that I do not own for two months now. BHD never gets back to me, ever. They always say they will and they never do. The only two employees that were helpful, quit, because the place is so horrible to work for. This is still going on, and there are many more details that I don’t feel like explaining because it would only be loosing more of my time to this business. The payoff finally went through after two months but they paid the amount due after I made two payments. So now I am having a hard time getting my payments back. (The payments that I had to make so the bank didn’t report my late payments to the credit bureau.)

Came in for service and its Fernando the service manager that went above and beyond my expectations and I am HIGHLY SATISFIED with his Excellent Customer Service that is hard to come by especially with this brand.

Stay away.They quoted me a bike higher than they listed it for, and when asking they quoted me again at an even higher rate.

John spent a great deal of time on us, answering all of our questions...he even rolled-out a few of the selections to the parking lot, so that we could fire-em-up! Christine popped-out of the back office to say hi to us as well. I will definitely return.

Sales reps were very friendly and helpful! Were not pushy, which I always appreciate. I only had a budget of 200 bucks and they fit me into a super cool Dainese Air Flux Jacket. He recommended the addition of the back protector, which I was unable to get the day of...but will be going back Sat to get it once I get some more funds!!! Oh and the guy just looked at me and handed me my correct size...first try!!! I needed this jacket as I had to go pick up my scooter from the shop as I wrecked it 3 months ago. Broke my shoulder and cracked my head. Needless to say I needed some protection!!! I was really nervous driving my ride back, but having this jacket made me feel alot safer!!! If I ever upgrade to a motorcycle I would definitely go back here!!! If they are this helpful for such a small purchase I can only imagine how great they are for one of their bikes!!! :-)

Bought a beautiful custom painted 899 from Beverly Hills Ducati. People have to remember that A ton of people come in who arent really looking to buy and expect great attention and a free test drive. If youre really serious about getting a Ducati, you can wait the five minutes that they are busy with until they are ready to help you. And when you get bikes like these repaired, its going to cost a lot so remember that. Its like having to repair Mercedes, BMW, or more than that. Expensive parts.

This place is not what its seems. Super nice at first and then when you dont receive you ordered items after weeks. They get mad the customer and call it special order even thou it said online it was in stock and then dont actually send it to you when they get it weeks later. BHM says no refund and the hold on to the item. How about once youve stuck it to the customer. Send it to them instead of calling and leaving messages on what to do with your payed for item and shipping weeks ago !!! What ever. Doesnt seem like you are giving me any choice. When I ordered them off the website parts it said in stock. It never said special order or that you wouldnt receive them for over a week and all sales final!!! I am pretty sure I thought that BHM would sending them out in a reasonable time frame and I would get them in a week or so. So if your not giving me any refund why the F didnt you just send them out today? Very unhappy, I guess now a forced customer. And Ill be calling the Beverly Hills CA better business bureau and I am sure I wont be the first. Yeah

Not a fan of this place. Service department refused to work with my warranty for which they are listed as preferred shop. Head of service department lied that he called the warranty and claim was denied. I confirmed with warranty reps later that no claim attempt was made. Had the problem repaired through the same warranty without any issues at Pro Italia. Save yourself the headache and avoid BH Ducati.

They Have Great Prices on Bikes Dont let the BH zip code fool you.I shopped around For My Diavel and Beverley Hills Ducati gave me the best Deal.and the Price for Service was also very fair.I would buy my Next Ducati from them.

The Ducati in Beverly Hills has great service. The manager was kind enough to inform me about all the bikes. They aswell have a Ducati Diavel 1 of 1 special edition which I found awesome.

The sales staff is awesome! No complaints whatsoever about Bev Hills Ducati. Just do NOT use MB Financial if youre getting a loan. MB Financial is the WORST for customer service. Go thru ANY other bank and save yourself alot of grief. Ducati really should NOT recommend them as their lender. Ya cant even make online payments with MB Financial!

My wife and I are now customers at BHDucati. We live 20 some miles away so it is not an easy trip for us to get there and back. However after trying two other Ducati dealers in the region where we had undesirable experiences we decided to try BHDucati. In the last few months we bought a new bike, I did a service on my Multistrada and had to go back a few weeks later for a leak on my radiator. John went out of his way to have my bike ready so I could go on a road trip with my wife, Damian in parts was extremely helpful, Michael and Fernando in Service did also make me feel important and also went out of there way. When I picked up my bike today, everyone there made us feel like home, including the mechanic who worked on my bike (sorry I forgot his name) came to chat with me to explain what he did and more. So, right now I can only give a five stars and my thank you to all the staff at BHDucati.

I was in the market for a Ducati, wasnt really sure which one I wanted to get, Robbes in sales helped me find a used Ducati monster and the new Ducati Scrambler. A few days later ended up buying the scrambler. Its a great motorcycle, loads of fun in the city and the twisties.Beverly hills ducati is a great place to buy a motorcycle, the sales team is very helpful, they will let you test ride unlike some other shops around here and are not at all pushy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a motorcycle.

Im scarred for lifeI cant believe what just happened to me in there, I work for a local dental office and I was going around doing my dentist a favor and just passing around info for the neighbors about our teeth whitening services, and I guess theres a no soliciting sign at this store but I must have missed it walking in, so Im talking to a couple of employees and all of a sudden some manager, a cocasian blonde lady rushes me and my co worker and tells us to get out, take your crap and get out right now if I remember correctly, and so I say okay let me just get my fliers back then, so then she tells her employee, give him back the flier, or throw it in the garbage I dont care, somehow I still keep my cool and just calmly tell her that she was being super rude, and then she says yea PISS OFF, and then mumbles other curse words at me under her breath, I couldnt believe it, Im just out here doing my job, yes I know there was a no soliciting sign but there was absolutely no reason to treat me like that, Im a human being just like you, I dont deserve that just for missing a simple sign at the entrance, what a terrible person she is, if thats the kind of person running this place i dont know what kind of service you will get here, they might seem nice on the outside but I guarantee once they sell you their customer service will show their true colors and tell you to PISS OFF, do yourself a favor, visit a different dealer with a better human being in charge

They were always helpful (if a little flippant) when I went in for service. Not the best selection of gear, but thats the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Horrible service. Bought a 13k Ducati almost 4 months ago. Have yet to receive the registration. Have asked for service history and extra key or key card for the bike, no luck. Sales person Greg has a new story every time i call. Management isnt that concerned either, as i have spoken to them and still nothing. I was gonna buy a new KTM, but nothing from them. My advice, take your money somewhere else.

Updated review: never have your bike serviced here. They will not stand by their work if anything happens to you once you leave the shop. They think their little test ride around the block is enough to find any bolts they may have forgotten to tighten.

Called in to check on warranty on my bike was put on hold for 6 minutes call back to trying to talk to someone else told me they were transfer me over someones house Im home for another 4 minutes still have yet to talk to anyone

Every time ive come in with a question or need for service they take great care in the quality of work, recommendations and the timely manner of work done. So much so that I continue to bring it here despite having a service plan at the dealership that I bought my bike from. 100% recommend!

Personalized service by the Owner. It was even better when the head of mechanics Pascoal in the north of São Paulo, helped with doubts regarding the acquisition of parts.
