I placed an online order for pickup and when I asked them about the status of the order whether it was ready for pickup or order was cancelled, they said they dont know about the status. Samsonite should trained their staff how to use the system.

Quite a compact size store. The personnel I met was really very welcoming and customer-friendly.

This store completely changed my mind on luggage. I was taking a trip and wanted the most current small carryon to take on a plane. I looked at Tumi, but they were pricey and things in the store didnt match that they had on the floor. I thought I would look elsewhere. Luckily there was a Samsonite store just next door. This was terrific! I got a computer bag and suitcase for a fraction of the price. It worked out great! The computer bag was light and carried not just the computer, but magazines, IPAD, phone, purse, etc.The suitcase had 4 wheels and was very solid. It went through the security check easily and held quite a bit of clothing and everything else I needed. This is the best set of luggage I have ever bought.
