Second store location is bright and beautiful! High ceilings with a second floor chill area and DJ booth up a winding staircase. Walking into the store, you can sense that they throw awesome events for the community. Not only do they carry great backpacks, Hex is a brand that is making waves by integrating artists and collaborators. They hold gallery nights that feature photographer and artists and it’s always a good turnout.Their backpacks are solid. Excellent quality. They have quite a range, and unlike other brands, Hex is designed specifically for the photographer and videographer in mind. Prices range from $60-$300 for simple backpacks to legit bags with all the compartments you need to keep your equipment safe.They also carry iPhone cases, wallets, brief cases and computer bags.Plenty of street parking around the area. This store has the vibes and everyone who works here is really chill and involved in the Los Angeles art community.

Nice product however no customer service. Contacted Hex by email numerous times about a defective bag strap which keeps detaching from the bag. Initially acknowledged then ignored. My experience is not isolated judging by comments on their Facebook page.
