Great selection of bitters, syrups, and high-quality bar tools.I originally visited for the Koriko shaker tin because Amazon was charging about $9 shipping for each tin piece. There are many items you can’t find at other local retailers. Time was of the essence so I purchased items I could’ve gotten off Amazon. I probably spent about $7 - $15 more than an Amazon purchase but I was able to inspect the quality, touch the product and demonstrate bar movements, and test out compatibility of tools. It only took me 20 minutes each-way while the Giant Online Logistics Warehouse would have charged some shipping and taken at least 5 days for me to get the items and determine if they are suitable.I like to support local businesses and our local economy because I’d hate for us to have to use app to get items to shop if we lose our businesses.Parking was easy. Its store hours seem to cater to evening hospitality works. Customer service is okay. They aren’t focused on people and seem a little selective about which customers get greeted and offered assistance. Both times I visited, the staff were focused on tasks. It would be better for the business to add some value to the customer buying experience. We pay more to shop there and it should take the experience up a notch—make it dynamic and interactive by incorporating classes, events, tastings, and or demonstrations.
Great place. Nice people. Quality products and very clean place. Very organized merchandise. 👍🏽
Really like this place. Tons of cool bottles arranged very logically in an attractive space. No reason to go anywhere else for liquor.
Best place to go if you want a good selection and the guys here are really helpful.
Very helpful and super friendly staff! All are very knowledgeable and will help you out with anything you need. I highly recommend!
Virgil Village - that is the short name for this area and there are some interesting places to check out.Everything you need here to make you the host with the most!Superb selection of fine whiskeys and spirits from around the world, plus bitters and all of the bar tools than any amateur or professional bar keep would love.+ find some great small gifts here too! Can’t wait to come back!
Helpful staff and an excellent selection of items considering the size of their space.
Without doubt, the best. Bought two bottles of Dutch Gin, saw a cocktail shaker that Im going back for later
Very knowledgeable staff!! Great help in picking a present for a friend
Great friendly staff, very knowledgeable. Great selection of spirits and bitters!
Cool spot they have a bit of everything
Overpriced. BevMo has the same selection and better deals. Sold me a $50 non-returnable gift box with no alcohol. I would not go back. Lousy customer service also. So there, Barkeeper.
Amazing selection! Informative tastings and a super knowledgeable ownership/staff. I go almost every week and leave with fun new spirits for my home bar. I can’t recommend this spot enough for anyone with even a passing interest in fine cocktails but especially for bartenders looking to keep up their personal bars.
Great store with an incredible variety and very friendly, knowledgable staff. Ive started making cocktails at home and I like making slight alterations to some of the classics. The staff at Bar Keeper have been 10/10 in recommendations. Its a great place to discover new and interesting liquors, or find a fantastic bottle of bourbon, scotch, gin, tequila, etc.The only bad thing is that youll want to take home more than what you came for.
Amazing selection of alcohol, bitters, and kitschy glasses.
I love this place! The help is very knowledgeable and there is a large selection of barware to satisfy any bar need you may have; including some very nice vintage items. I dont know of a larger selection of bitters offered anywhere in LA.The spirit selection is all top shelf, dont go here if all you want is a basic bottle of booze. Bar Keepers inventory has all the right choices to satisfy your self and impress your friends. I come here often and highly recommend Bar Keeper.
We just celebrate my birthday here! This place is amazing! I love It
Amazing selection of bitters, ranging from major brands to local hand crafted mixes. You are able to taste before buying. Also, great selection of equipment for your bar. More bar spoons in this one store than Ive seen in my life.Only downside is street parking is a bit difficult.
I absolutely love this place.❤ This place is your one stop shop for your bartending needs. This is the only place that offers all the barware you need for at home bartending. They have all the bartending tools that Bevmo and those other stores dont have. They also have glassware, new and some cool vintage stuff. They also have good quality spirits and bitters. The staff there is amazing. Always helpful.👍
Smaller but extremely well curated shop. Staff are super knowledgeable and they get some great items that can be hard to find. Love this store!
Very knowledgeable.
A must if youre visiting Height. Its unique, authentic, and the ladies who work there really are the nicest people you could ever meet. Theres such a great aura in there, that the moment you walk in Even though its small, it is filled with so many cool things that theres always going to be something new you can find each time you stop by. Like other reviewers have said, their stuff are good quality and relatively cheap. I love this place!
Overpriced. Bevmo has better deals.
This place serve many kind of variety of drinks! Crew serve well! Good job
The best shop in LA for bar gear. Bitters, cocktail shakers, glassware, punch bowls. An amazing collection.
A fun location in the junction. Exists solely to titillate cocktail enthusiasts. The selection of bitters here is overwhelming. Nice collection of harder-to-find whiskeys. Great stuff to fill out your bar, but you are paying the Junction premium for each item.
This is probably one of the best places on earth to find well curated bar craft tools, super cool vintage stuff for your home bar. and hyper specific alcohols. And, I think they have something like 30 different kinds of bitters. If you cant find a bottle of something, no matter how specific, they will find it. I know bartenders on the east coast order from here.Id just stop in for the sake of it. There really is no place like it
Ive only been in twice everyone is extremely nice but they havent had what I needed
What a find this place is! They have all your bar needs plus vintage items. Excellent service. The guy was patient and answered all of my questions throughly. He was knowledgeable about Mezcal, Pisci, Bitters, etc. Very impressed! Excited to venture back here for additional items 👍🏼
Great store. Well curated selection at reasonable prices and awesome staff.
Got what I needed
Great concept given that the mixed cocktail movement in LA is on fire.Pros: Great selection of Bitters. Good display of merchandise.Cons: Some items are a bit pricy. However, I was pretty excited to find speed pourers at only $1.50/eachFor me, it is more of a novelty store than a one-stop shop for my cocktail making needs.
My favorite go-to for holiday and gift shopping. Unique liqueurs, bitters, vintage barware and hard to find labels. Also carries my favorite local California label, Ventura Spirits.
Amazing new location! Nice staff. Thank you!
Awesome cute store with bar supplies. Great place to get cute cards or gifts for boozy friends.
It has everything you could possibly want and the shop keep was very knowledgeable!
Fun
Especially great for bitters and barware
Great selection of both liquor and barware. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
These guys have *everything*. Great atmosphere and selection. Hope to visit again soon to learn more.
Best booze selection in town.
Amazing spot to build your own home cocktail empire
Great selection of rare and cool bar accoutrements, highly recommended!
Great variety of alcohols and bar items, too dangerous
Really cool place with all the things you might need to kick your cocktail game up a notch. Customer service can be a mixed bag.
Best spot to buy booze in the area.
Most knowledgeable staff anywhere!
