This is the best place if you are a large busted woman. A little pricey yes, but it is well worth it for the fit and quality. There is also no feelings of body shaming. They are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous .I always recommend them to people I know.

I travel back to LA to get my bras from Jenette. They are expensive but per wear the best decision you can make if you have a larger bust. Their sales associates are excellent and make you feel at ease. Their selection is constantly shifting to give you more options. How could anyone go back to nude ugly molded cups from Nordstrom’s after going to Jenettes???

Jenette Bras is awesome - They take all COVID safety protocols seriously and go the extra step to make everyone feel safe. I had a noon appointment with Alexa and felt like a celeb: store empty, tons of beautiful inventory and really great staff. Alexa is incredibly knowledgeable and really was so helpful. Fun environment the girls make it super comfortable buying new bras with no tape measure. Its really amazing they got my size right on the first try. They are a little pricey but remember you get what you pay for. Its worth every penny.

I was able to get a same day appointment at Janette after a sour experience at a trashy, dated store. Let me just tell you how wonderful the experience here at Jenette was!The space is clean, welcoming and bright. The staff is professional, helpful, youthful and friendly! Our professional called ahead to get a sense of when I was looking for, and had a few things pulled and ready to try on when we arrived!There was nothing about the store that could possibly make a new first-time customer uncomfortable. I have followed this business for a while and never took the time to get fitted. So i did. Decor was nice close to fancy. I think if i had followed my gut with an appointment or brought another female. I would have felt better about making a purchase. Coming gym! Do make time for a fitting and start with appointment. Take a friend would needs fitting. they will love you for ever.

It would have been 4 stars except after buying a strapless bra that kinda fit, and bringing it back LESS THAN A WEEK later, and getting store credit is unacceptable. A full refund was more than warranted.I will only be going back to use my store credit as they just lost a loyal customer.

Before I found them, Id hunt for bras at random stores that never seemed to have my size, and if they did... it was not sexy! Jeanettes dressed me before, during and after the birth of my son. Poor fitting service.I expected much better from a specialty lingerie store.Brought me a bunch of bras to try on that made my breasts look horrifically misshapen - completely didnt fit my breast configuration. The saleslady would come in to look each time & act like she didnt notice the obviously terrible fit; just brought me more similarly ill-fitting items. One of these bras I was just bulging out of everywhere; sides & top, but when I pointed out the spillage, the saleslady never seemed to even consider the radical idea of fetching me a larger cup size in that style... what is this even?? Are they in the bra selling business or in the shrugging our shoulders and looking clueless business?Their selection in small band sizes is woefully inadequate in any case.She couldve just admitted they have nothing thatll fit me & recommended another place, or offered to put in an order for other items. It wouldve saved time for everyone. I left quite disappointed.It seems theyre counting on some customers having no clue what a correct bra fit looks like, buying whatever bras they bring you, and then upon realizing how terribly the items fit being unable to return anything due to the no returns policy.PS. It is odd for the owner to say that about the notes - I was there for over 15 minutes, and at no point was I asked my name or ever saw the saleswoman who was helping me pull out anything to write any notes on. So its hardly a surprise they have no notes on me. I suspect they judged me by appearances and immediately decided I wasnt likely to buy, so its no wonder they didnt even care what my name was.Honestly now realizing this - that since their regular procedures were obviously not followed with me, it very much looks like the saleswoman profiled me and decided to provide lackluster and very substandard service - I am even more sad and disappointed. I was trying to cheer myself up by buying a pretty new item or two, and this is what I got instead. I wont be going back.

This place is such a hidden gem! Dont be fooled by the small-ish storefront; they have a massive stock of a broad variety of sizes, styles, and brands. Alexis was so friendly, patient, and helpful!

I bit on the high end side. But helpful and good for fitting of luxury bras. Parking on street can be challenging.
