Delicious ice cream rolls for an average cost of $10 each. Had the green matcha which was excellent. Definitely will come back again.

I love coming to Blue Nova Ice Cream Truck on the weekends for their breakfast. Its not crowded & they have a parking lot. I enjoy simple breakfast menus like theirs, but most importantly the customer service from Sarah! She is consistent & friendly! And its a bonus that their hashbrowns are the best... Buttery & crispy, thats my preference.

So good. Tasted just like the drink and helped cool us off on that hot summer evening. My boyfriend STILL talks about that flavor. I dont remember anything else we tried but would definitely go back just to have some more of the horchata. A definite must try!

So yummy and so fun. The people in the truck know how to get down when the music gets good. Nice place to bring kids for some delicious ice cream rolls. Love it and will definitely be coming back again.

A bit pricey but definitely delicious. I ordered the macha version and it was a perfect match for me.

Got the ube: Subtle flavor but not too sweet and there were huge chunks of real ube in there. The owners were super friendly as well and helped me pick out a flavor! You can also watch them make the ice cream through a live camera which is pretty neat.

Its rolled ice cream. I tired cookies and cream and it was great, but the price was $10. Its worth trying and I may try a different flavor next time, but $10 for ice cream........ FYI food truck!! so it may not be there.

This stuff is so delicious it almost makes my head explode. Definitely worth the $10!! I always get the Speculoos flavor. Yum!! #CheatDays~

Literally the best ice cream I’ve ever had. I live in San Diego, but I would gladly make the 2 hour trip to have this again. It takes a little bit to make, but the quality is totally worth it, and you can watch your ice cream get made!
