Great experience with Audiovideoking from the start. They answered on my first call and gave me all the information and details over the phone of what his installations provided. I booked them on Friday and he was out by Saturday to do the service. They would have been there Friday had my brick fireplace not required parts that were only available. We texted easily back and forth about the information they needed to be prepared on Saturday. Lastly, they were a pleasure to have at the house, again running through the process of what they were going to do. They were done within an hour and a half. Great Job!!

George at Audiovideoking did the initial sound installation at our house after we were quoted a price by the company that built it for over twice as much. He went through the bid process and did great installation. After that we continued to have issues with the AT&T TV feeds he came and helped diagnose it and then worked with us to go to another service that actually provided the bandwidth necessary to run four TVs at the house. He then helped us trouble shoot where the installer for the new service managed to screw up the internet and came out three times to get the network right. Very good work and willingness to work with us to get the entire system working right, I recommend him without question.

I cant recommend Audiovideoking enough! We first hired them a couple years ago to install surround sound, wall-mount a TV, hide our many pieces of technology from sight (so many wires...) and figure out how to eliminate the 7,000 different remote controls we had at the time, from helping us choose the best equipment for our needs through installation. Recently we added a couple of apps, and our Roku went on the fritz, so he came back to troubleshoot for us. His pricing -- both from an equipment standpoint and from a professional fee’s standpoint -- is incredibly fair, which makes it a pleasure to work with him!

I was initially going to have Best Buy install my TV - had paid for the service and scheduled it - of course day of, they called saying there was no installation appointment (I had received confirmation via email two days earlier). As much as I like to stick to a single home theater installer, for this project I had no choice but to rely on Request a quote. Originally I was going to have the wires hidden through the wall, but I had already suspected that the wall they were going on wouldnt work (weird wall construction throughout the whole house), which turned out to be the case. George went over my options, and I opted for having the wires run over the wall as opposed to channel the whole thing (rental property yadda yadda.)I was worried as to how it would look, but Ive gotta say the work is top notch, the wiring is done incredibly neatly, and secured to the floor and hidden all the way across the room to the other side where the receiver is.He calibrated my system, and each speaker for optimal results for the listening area (which is why I wanted someone with actual audio experience vs one of those companies that really only mount tvs, and as I sit here listening to my music, I must say.....its incredible. Perfect distribution between the speakers, great levels, and unbelievable bass.He walked me through how to use everything, and even left the cable tied through the back of my entertainment unit to make it easier for the Spectrum guy when he comes.All in All 10/10, would for sure recommend and will definitely use him again for future work

Super. Excellent. Ive been dialing for dollars for weeks trying to find the right company to update our home system and move the tv to a different wall. Literally within a few days of first contacting Audiovideoking, theyve come and gone and all is just as I wanted it. George and his crew were both super nice and polite. Had a great experience with George and his team. I wanted to upgrade to an LG OLED and get a surround system. They were able to get the items and do the install the very next day. They took care to make sure I was happy with the setup, and Im loving the upgrade.

We are extremely pleased with the service. Heres what happened, we bought a 75 for our basement, and went with Best Buys Total Tech Support/Geek Squad because it seemed like a great one-stop-shop solution. They were supposed to mount a 50 and 55 we already owned in addition to the 75. Long story short, they canceled appointments, never delivered the 75, and then sent a number of techs out to install the 55 over our fireplace, which they ultimately said they couldnt do because they need a special drill bit and wed need to have somebody who was a tile expert to drill holes first before they could come back out and yadaydayda....a pain! We canceled the entire Best Buy order and bought the 75 for cheaper on Amazon. I hopped on Google, came across Audiovideoking, and called George for a quote.He answered immediately, gave me a great quote for the mounting services, and was out the next day to do the install. He said hed be here at 3, arrived at 2:45pm ready to go! Whereas the Best Buy folks said they couldnt mount the tv after 3 weeks of back and forth.....George and his team had it up in under 30 minutes! While they were working upstairs, Tony was mounting the 75in in the basement. Both of these gentlemen are extremely pleasant and personable without sacrificing professionalism. I needed a sound bar mounted on a TV so it would swivel with the TV. I had the mount and speaker but needed it installed. Javier came on time, used the mount I had purchased, along with parts from the mount used on the old sound bar. It was attached and up and running in 15-20 minutes. Very nice guy and very reasonable rates. Glad I found Audiovideoking - They did great work!

Just had Audiovideoking install four in-ceiling/two rear in-wall speakers and a over-the-fireplace pull down tv mount. Couldnt have asked for a better turnout. All the wiring was done through two outlet sized ports (one already there), very impressive. No big holes in the walls to patch/pay for. They even helped rig up a simple antenna fix for the tv right before they were ready to go. Very happy with the results. Will definitely be my first call for any future HT work.

Not impressed. Needs improvement. Im on the line between I might refer these guys to others or I wouldnt even call again and go thru someone else. The pros: when I called had a same day appointment didnt wait to long and the job got done. The cons: drywall work is sloppy made alot of holes and when given a price over phone called the next day to lock in the service, price bumped up... idk woulda been better to drop the price dont think I got moneys worth for how expensive I was charged. Other than thatthank you.

I decided to change the existing wall-mount for one that pulls out and can be angled and tilted. Audiovideoking installers stayed in touch via text, confirmed the appointment the day before, sent an ETA before our appointment and arrived on time. They wore shoe protectors and masks ( COVID19 stuff), were neat, clean, efficient and did an excellent job. One of the connecting cables was too short so I purchased one from them for a very reasonable price. I anticipated that at least one of the cables would be short, so that was expected. The installation went like clockwork and there were no surprises.This experience is a template for the type of outfit I like to do business with.OUTSTANDING!!

A true professional. I hired AVK to mount my 50 inch TV and had them hide the wires behind the wall. They arrived ready to work. Brought their own shoe covers too. Before starting they reviewed the service request with me. They assessed the bracket I provided to make sure it was appropriate to use. They covered the floor and moved items away from the worksite to prevent damaging them. They were fast and efficient. They removed and installed the TV. They vacuumed and cleaned the floor after they finished. They returned items back to their original place. They even gave me suggestions on how I can improve my Ring doorbell view by angling it. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely utilize their service again.

Audio king asked me what I needed. I said I have 3 Samsung frame tvs and I want no wires to show. He said no problem. I was extremely curious how they were going to do this. I didnt want the cable box to even show. He said, Ill make it look like there is nothing. I literally didnt believe him. They came in and did exactly what they said. This was my first time using them and it wont be my last. More so, when people ask me who should I use...I promise, there is no one else. These guys are AWESOME!!!!!!

Called them after I purchased a Home Theater System for my husband for his man cave. Wanted to surprise him with the whole setup and wanted to be as discreet as possible. Talked to George at AVK about the whole process and asked him if he could get everything done in 3 hours while my husband played golf. He was very helpful and did his best to get it done in that time frame. The Installers even parked in the alley and called me to make sure that my husband was gone before they came in to do the installation. George sent 3 Installers to expedite the process and i will say as soon as they got in the house all 3 installers got busy working did not waste any time goofing around. The complete Home Theater Installation which also including hanging the big 70 TV was done in 2:50 min. All the wires were hidden inside the wall and the speakers hung on their brackets. Overall it was an excellent job and i was really impressed. They vacuumed the dust from installation and disposed all the boxes in my garbage. I could not have asked for more. Excellent work done in my house putting up projector and speakers. AVK cleaned up all the spaghetti of cables I had behind my reciever and neatly addressed them with zip ties and labels. Very happy with the whole installation process.

AVK installed a 8 security camera system for me. I am very pleased with the whole process from the beginning to the end. I called AVK to run speaker and network cables through out my house for my Home Theater System. They sent 2 installers who were very prompt and professional. They arrived on time and took no breaks and did the whole installation in 6 hours( 12 speakers spread out in 4 rooms). I Called them a day before the super bowl to get my TV installed, I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with the new 70 TV to watch the game (Seahawks Fan). I had my fingers crossed to get it installed the same day, I spoke to George who was very professional and nice. They were very booked that day but he managed to squeeze me in. After 3 hours there TV Installer Zhik and his helper showed up in front of my house. They were very professional and finished the whole TV installation in 40 min...Amazing!!!.. They even vacuumed the place where they were working...WoW!! I am very pleased with their service and would use them again in a heart beat. They also gave me a quote for a Security Camera System which I will be getting installed by them next month.

Was looking for a few days for someone to do my Home Theater wiring in my house before the contractor put the drywall up. Came across AVK and George was able to guide me what I needed and gave me few extra pointers for things I did not know. He sent his installers the next day and everything was neatly done and marked for the contractors. They even talked me into getting a Security Camera system and also prewired the house for that. I was looking for a security camera system for my house for the last 2 weeks. Talked to so many people and I was so confused for what to buy. This review is long overdue for the great job the installers at Audiovideoking did at my business in Irvine. I had them Install 2 65’ TV’s and 1 Projector and screen. George was great in scheduling and letting me know what TV’s and projector to buy and from where. Zhik and Zavi did an excellent job and were very experienced and prompt. Zhik was very patient and made sure I understood how everything operated. Very pleased and happy with their service.

I was tired looking for a TV installer all over the internet, everybody quoted me different prices and said they were better than the other one.
