Always a great place for all of my herbal needs. The staff is always the best at this location which is the reason I keep coming back. The prices are also very reasonable but the staff is why I go to this location and I live relatively far (Hollywood). Also, shout out to Kiandi for being such a great help! Alex is one of the nicest most genuine associates at this dispensary. Always makes you feel very welcomed and comfortable. He helped me find a great selection of prerolls which made it super convenient for me. Definitely would come back just for the customer service alone.

This was my second time going to Erba, and I wasn’t so happy for first time because a man who helped me wasn’t share much info, but making me rush to checkout.However, I was so happy to get help by Britta. She was so kind and patient while I was asking questions about multiple tinctures I was interested.She went all details and ingredient of each bottles and explained me pros/cons, based on my needs.I hope I can request her for future visit, especially when I want to try something new.

Great dispensary! Vince was super cool and chill with us. Crazy informational and told us about all the deals. Great variety in store as well. They are a bit busy sometimes but they get to you super fast with their ticket system. Vince deserves a raise!

On par with the rest of the best and busiest dispensaries in LA, with a huge selection, a staff familiar with every product in the building, and a price range to accommodate the daily smoker as well as someone splurging on a vacation. Erba sets itself apart with a deli style ticket number calling system that has gotten me to the counter and out the door in about five minutes even when the place is packed. Also unique to this shop is the first time customer discount system, boasting three visits of increasing savings. One can easily find a near place to park even when their on site lot is full. 10/10.

Alex was my budtender this evening and I must say, He is definetly one knowledgeable, friendliest and most accomodating with what I specifically needed. I came into the store with an exhuasting attitude and after meeting Alex, I left the store a HAPPY camper!

Frank was so great. I really didn’t know what I was going to buy I just knew the feeling I wanted to achieve. He gave me several suggestions but not to many so as not to overwhelm me, I hate that, but pointed out his favorites and explained why he liked them. I got a fantastic vape and some great fruit chews and he even suggested something for the next time I come back so I try something different. Awesome guy with ton’s of knowledge about the product

They care more about the brands than the quality or the cannabis. Nobody could answer legit questions. Just what brands were there. Pretty displays w a staff that doesn’t seem to know about cannabis 😔

Everyone here is really nice, but honestly that should be the bare minimum when everyone can be high all the time. The store looks great, but they dont let you touch anything(standard) and they dont have tablets you can use to browse their selection and look up info about the products. That would be fine except they also wont let you use your phone to look up the products. So unless you want to make someone who is stoned out of their mind show you the THC content of every single flavor youre considering... Id go somewhere else.

Went in over the weekend. The store looks amazing. It was nice and cool. they had COVID19 protocols in place and everyone was very friendly. Lynne and Andrew were amazing .I would definitely recommend this place to first time or longtime shoppers.

Disappointed with my experience last night, Ive been coming here since Jan 2020. The lady that was helping me was rude about me not wanting to spend $70 on an eight. Then, another guy asks me How much are you actually trying to spend on, rude attitude. Tax is basically 30%, I ended up buying 2 eights then leaving with a bad experience.

Stopped into Erba and was assisted by Diedra. She was great. The service she provided superior. Erba is now my go to spot because of the service, selection and quality of products.Diedra is the best!!!

Frank was great! He was knowledgeable about the product and efficient. There was an issue with my transaction, a wrong item was rung up and I was overcharged. Another associate stepped in (I’m guessing the floor supervisor) and assisted but was very rude and told me that I would only get a store credit for the mistake. After telling him that I never left the store and that the wrong item was charged he kept telling me I was only getting a store credit instead of my money back. I ultimately had to request a manager who understood the situation and promptly had Frank correct the error and give me my money back. The level of professionalism by Frank through the whole ordeal was great and left me satisfied.I wish they would re-train the other associate to understand that if there was ever a cashier mistake the customer is NOT the one that needs to be penalized for the overcharged amount. For example if you went to Apple and they charged you for 2 AirPods instead of 1 and they were to tell you that you’d get a store credit for the extra one they charged you for that doesn’t make sense. Luckily the manager and Frank understood this basic terms of service.

They were basically out of cookies. Only had peanut flavor. Bummer!!

They have plenty of options, actually a bit too manyThe customer experience is terrible. You feel like youre walking into the white house or a federal prison. Security watches you suspiciously. You pull a ticket in line and wait for the bud tenders who are all a bit robotic.The day I was there, during my wait I was basically being pitched by multiple other vendors inside of the same store.They need to seriously improve the customer experience.

This was my first experience at this location. The checking process was easy and the staff was friendly.I was assisted by Britta, she was attentive and informative. She was very patient, didnt rush me. Overall I will come back, there is a huge selection, very well displayed items. Pricing is on the high average (think the cost is not just taxes but the packaging of each item, really nice) Parking could be better but it is free. Recommend you give this place a try, as far as dispensaries go, this is High quality.
