I always try and support neighborhood businesses but this is the second bad experience Ive had at this place.They have a salesman whose a very heavy set Latino gentleman & he has the worst attitude ever. They have an African -American gentleman who is so very helpful and professional, he makes up for the other gentlemens lack of professionalism. I hope they give the other salesman a pep talk or something,today I would go there but Im gonna go up the hill to their competitor,just so I dont have to worry about seeing this guy. The amount of stars Im giving is reflective of the service I received from the African -American gentleman,its definitely not reflective of my overall experience.

Man! This is neighborhood Ace for real!Its like hanging out with your homeboys while getting the workday done efficiently. Theyre there to help if you need but theyre not in your face. Everything is real.Most important they have everything you need to get the job done.

The guys here are great. they have their own fre parking space .they have paint, wd40, bugsprays, screws/bolts, and tools here.

Employees seem abit lazy when you ask for items you have no idea where to find it... I had to ask 3 different Employees for assistance, stick to home depot or lowes this hole in the wall wont get my business ever again.

Best beachside hardware store! Please never go away or give in to big box hardware. A bicycles ride away, a hello at the door, and youre never lost. Everyone wants to help you. Plus beachy stuff. Just wish the greenhouse was more cared for. But paint is in well supply and they carry my dogs favorite food - Taste of the Wild. Pet section is very good!

I have been here many times. They often have just the right item no matter what I have needed such as cabinet hardware, tools, flashlights, trashcans,paint,kitchen items,gift items,cleaning products etc. A great neighborhood store.

Been coming here for years. Walk in, get what you need fast, lots of helpful advice. Great freeway access, plenty of parking.

Online experience was pleasant. I chose to have the item delivered to the store for pickup. Store nevered called or texted, to confirm item was delivered and ready for pickup. I called customer service again. They tracked the item down and confirmed it was delivered to the store. Item at store inside warehouse for 2 weeks. Bottom line the store FAILED to follow through with the Service they provide for the Customers. Instead of driving around town from store to store. And consider the climate of packages stolen from your porch. Pick up from store was the best decision. I returned the item and awaiting refund.

The person preparing the pain I was purchasing made a mistake on the color I choose the manager gave the guy attitude and didnt want to remake the color originally so I stupidly I ended buying the paint because the manager cant or I guess just didnt want to return it for the correct one.
