Love the down home little mom and pop hardware store feel to it. Totally reminds me of being back home in Alabama, where Im from. And where I know little family owned style stores like this of all different natures. It makes me a little homesick if anything negative, other than that, great place. They always have sales people in force offering their services and ready to assist you. Its not like the ace hardware website or anything, its like its own little back in time in the middle of Los Angeles version. They have all the needs or essentials for the most part. And finished up with that friendly flare that it seems like they may get to know your name and address you personally after a handful of times in there. I have been twice now, so I will have to get back on that one after a few more visits.

Im lucky to have this hardware store a few blocks away. The staff are professional experts who can help you. I needed an aerator for my washing machine, and they had a master plumber who told me exactly what I needed. I would rather go here than the Home Depot; the service is personal and friendly.

Selection and support here is very bad. This is third time and won’t go here again.

It is a hardware store that gets you out of trouble, the only thing I dont like is that it is more expensive than home Depot ....

It does not work, you cannot find what you are looking for and the cashiers are very rude
