I spoke with Diego and he was able to assist me with all my question. I needed a grill for a family party, but I really didnt know the difference in grills. He had a lot of patience, since I dont know that much about grills. What I liked the most, is he didnt push me to buy anything so I didnt feel any pressure like you feel from other vendors. He really know his stuff, because he answer all my questions and explain the benefits of each his products. He was easy to work with, awesome customer service, and the grill is working like a charm.
