Several of the people who work at the take-out counter and Wolfgang Puck counter at this Gelsons have serious attitude problems, ranging from being sullen, to indifferent, to practically being rude. I have complained to management several times, but it continues to happen. I have not encountered this problem at any other Gelsons. Evidently, they dont seem to care, and thats too bad.That level of service is not commensurate with the prices they are charging. And by the way Gelsons, the quality of your take-out food is little more than mediocre anyway. You could improve that too!

Terrible tasting alligator pastry. So SMALL PORTION $16. Such nerve !!PLEASE. Do yourself a favor buy an alligator pastry from a kosher pastry shop in the valley or in L.A.Honestly we think the only pastry that is good here is the marzipan pastry

It was my first time, and people at work just love the half sandwich deal. I gave it a shot and WOW. Even during lunch time, they were fast with service but patient with me. Gave clear direction about what to do and where to go, and took time to explain how things work. I love it here!!

Ive been shopping here for more than 7 years now, and this is by far my favorite grocery store in the area. I know many of the employees by name, and they know me as well. Manny in the meat dept. is always accommodating and helpful. Many people think the prices are higher, but I think they are comparable to Whole Foods or Ralphs. They also often have specials going, and if you download their app, you can get extra coupons and savings.

I LOVE this place! As a chef, I appreciate being able to get everything I need in one place. Excellent deli and bakery selection. Floral arrangements are beautiful. Definitely making this my go-to super market when Im in the city.

Food selection was so small.The customers were so rude. This little old man cut in front of everyone and just flashes out a wad of cash. No…..it doesn’t work like that.It’s fine if it’s an emergency to get something. But ehhhhhhhhThe quality doesn’t match the price.Maybe the broccoli. The broccoli was nice.Come for the broccoli.

Busy at lunch time the new sushi bar is legit. I have only ever received bad service from Drake and Ricardo at the Wolfgang pick counter everyone else is awesome. Avoid those 2 land mines and you are all set. It is pricey but what isn’t in Los Angeles.

We headed here in light of the fact that it was recommended to be the lone right spot to get anything for a long stay in one hit. Since visiting large numbers of the more modest retail locations, It didnt baffle us, there is a wide assortment of choices from little electrical hardware, rice pots, toaster oven, and fans. This basic food item shop has all you require at a reasonable cost!

I like this Gelsons, it never seems too crowded and the staff are super nice and helpful. The produce always looks stellar and you can find a great selection of beers in the cooler. The fact that its at the mall is even better! Grab a bite, see a flick at the AMC upstairs and get your grocery shopping on the way out!

Outstanding grocery store located inside the Westfield mall. I try to come here every couple months to get their chicken and shrimp. They have a great seafood market and also a great deli.They validate as well for 3 hours if you purchase from there. Definitely check out this mall, then go shopping before you leave. Gelsons is great; always stocked, and always fresh items.

You cant find a better grocery store. The prices are high, but worth the extra expense for very fresh and delicious produce and meat selections. Service is beyond exceptional.

I like Gelson’s very clean and good organized. Almost everything you needs from grocery to food supply and the bakery . This one in Westfield’s has lots of parkings just next to it and free for first hour.

I headed to the nearest convenience store to buy some treats. I was fascinated with the polite guard who greeted me upon entering the store. Stocks were well ordered with proper price tags. Really easy service for you!

The best impressions were left in this cozy shop! Anything that they sell is not pricey. It was too big to drive across the entire market room, so its easier to choose your options. In sending all your questions, everybody was so warm and welcoming. I recommend them to everybody! Time and again, I would like to come back here.

It would be amazing if Gelsons has more flavors of C4 energy drinks. I work long shifts across the street at my job. Would be nice to be able to pick out different flavors not always the same two flavors.

This cozy supermarket has the best memories left! Anything theyre selling isnt expensive. The entire market place was too large to drive around, so its easier to choose your options. Everything was very warm and welcoming to make all your requests. Im suggesting it to everyone! Id like to come out here again and again.

Gelson’s Market in Westfield Century City 🌃 has a positive side and a negative 👎🏿 one. The positive side is that it’s the only place in the mall that validates parking tickets 🎫 for 3 hours. In fact, only Gelosn’s and Bloomingdales do validate parking tickets 🎫 with a purchase. The negative 👎🏿 side is the price. this Gelson’s is very expensive compared to other supermarkets and grocery’s.

It was a great joy to visit this store and all the workers were competent. All went very well as I had to shop for my needs and my desires. They have an easy-to-use service and nothing is too difficult for them to work with. I have purchased everything I like! Thank you very much!

This grocery store is a spot for those who want to do food without any bother on long queue queuing for payment. Still have a range of brands to pick from. New goods are of high quality at a very reasonable price. The shop was well run and not busy. Theyve done it all for you! Its highly recommended!

The grocery store thats still booming, one of the only grocery stores that has character, like the old ones! The rates are Fantastic, too! Also, I like the style of the cart because its sleek. And the other thing, the food is great, it doesnt taste in a carton like a big box supermarket. Youre going to visit this location because they have everything you need!

I really like this grocery store near our house because they sell a lot of fruits and fresh veggies! And what I like about this shop is that they just make sure they see the new ones, not the old stocks! If you are looking for fresh pieces, it is particularly highly recommended!

My go-to supermarket! The products were reasonably priced and of decent quality. They normally have the majority of the things we need, and the best part about this location is the many rows and aisles at the checkout.

Gelsons is the most pleasant place to shop. Everything is spotless. Only 4 stars because the prices are over the top crazy. But honestly some days its worth it.

I was in my regular clothes, which wasn’t fancy like most people who shop there. When I was being rung out, the lady looked at me and rolled her eyes, and said, “this is 30 dollars. Do you even want this”. And I was like, sure it’s okay, then when she finished ringing out my items, I asked if it’s okay if she can remove that item instead. She raised her voice at me and said, “didn’t I just ask you if you wanted this” and got upset at me and called a manager to remove the item. I felt very discriminated against with the tone of voice she used with me. I also paid for a bag which she didn’t give me and didn’t notice until after. This was an older lady checking out in the express line on 06/01/21 around 4pm.

Everything looks super fun and nice all lit up with nice bright lights but some of the cashiers give you that look like you dont belong here

Its ok, not bad but not good. Its a clean store, kind of expensive products that you can get the identical product at other store for much cheaper.

All I wanted is right here. Im amazed that this grocery store has the best and freshest items Ive ever wanted. Theyve got it all and Im glad that their team is super supportive and welcoming. I couldnt wish for more of these guys because I had a wonderful time with them. Keep up with the good job!

It was last Sunday when I went to the supermarket. I was overwhelmed upon seeing how organized and cleaned the place was. The worker was very accommodating as he helped me find the product that I was looking for. I had a great time purchasing products in this supermarket. I will give this business a 5 stars ratings. Recent new staff to the impersonal remodel brings Gelsons to the forefront again. Seasonal events are a great way to introduce new products... Gelsons does 1000 new individual products a year to stay current!

I love gelsons because gelsons is a clean friendly grocery store some people have an issue with your pets going into a grocery store I take my pet everywhere he is my service dog hes also a retired Marine and people dont understand that my dog is more human than dog and you can just look at him and tell that he understands what youre saying he knows when youre talking about him and gelsons has been phenomenal but some of their clients did not like my service dog and made it a point to ask me why I bring a service dog into a grocery store but you know that is part of having the permit and the ability to take your service dog anywhere I think its just discriminatory that some people say things about a service dog being in a in a grocery store but if I have a heart attack or if I have a convulsion or something happens to me my dog is there to help and my dog is there to notify the authorities so that something can be done to help me so with that being said gelsons is a fantastic place just some of the people that go there or offended by animals that that are present. Otherwise phenomenal place I love gelsons

I trusted this grocery store in our town and they have everything I need when it comes to grocery stores. Their cashier is really sweet and entertaining to the consumer. I just liked the store!

Gelsons is a great grocery store. They have everything you could possibly want or need from specialty cheeses, to sushi, wine, beers, a bakery... the list goes on. I do enjoy coming here, however, it is on the expensive side.

I like the staff here, they try very hard to please. And they are much better stocked than they have been.Everyone is masked and the barriers are up. I shop here often.

Finding the parking here is tricky! Its in the back, but I missed the little street to get there. Be careful of pedestrians because it is a tiny lot. Quaint Gelsons Market location. It isnt massive, but it has everything you need (or akin to it). Produce selection is slim. Staff is nice! The lady that helped me at checkout seemed over the day and was going through the motions.

Im surprised some people actually like to shop here. I guess if you like to be blatantly ripped off then yes, this would be the grocery store for you. The prices are marked up and its not hard to see. Why would you pay 33.33% or 50% more (based on actual markups ha)???? Doesnt make sense. Perhaps its for the convenience that people shop here so theyre less price sensitive. But then again, its a shopping mall; most people dont come to a shopping mall to spend time at a grocery store. The plus side is the parking validation with $5 minimum purchase. We found that out after the rude customer service rep at the register pretended not to see our parking ticket (directly in her line of sight) because we spent under the minimum. Usually a pretty indicator of low employee satisfaction when customer service is below par. In addition, several of the drinks in the beverage isle were in dented cans and the organization was all over the place. Ill pass coming here in the future.
