I recently ordered 6 window screens for a project at a Scout camp and while it cost more than I expected, they are really nice screens. All estimates were printed out and no up, no extras.
I was very hopeful about bringing my bosss screen door to this location near his home. When I dropped it off on a Tuesday I was told that I would receive a call from them when the door was ready in the next 2 to 3 days. The following Thursday morning I called to find out what happened and I was shocked at the unprofessional response I received. If you dont mind feeling disrespected you can do business with them. I will never use them again. #customerservicesucks
Customers beware. Starlite quotes prices verbally, then ups the costs on the written estimates. I was asked for the final payment the day the windows were installed, paid the amount requested, then the office harassed and argued for days for additional payment. Be wary of an office employee named Karla. We would have replaced all windows in the home with Starlite, but will look elsewhere after this rip-off experience.
They reproduced a historic mirror for me and did a fantastic job.
They had come out and fixed 2 windows for $140 previously. this time we had one window, MUCH smaller, break, called them and was quoted $135! i told the woman about before and that this seems very high for one window...so after stumbling she asked how much do you want to pay then?its not a matter of how much to pay, its a matter of being fair and treating the customer right, if i was a first time customer, i would have been ripped off...im now going to Highland Park Glass Co.
