Promised materials could be held for a few weeks when we attempted to get them they refused to provide them when they had been fully paid for.

Paid for window screens they never provided, then refused to give me a refund.

Very helpful and really good prices. And the store was super clean and everybody observed social distancing and wore masks. Most appreciated!

I went in to get new tempered glass for my fireplace doors, but ended up having to make multiple trips due to their mistake with the measurements. The first glass I picked up was too small, and the replacement was a tad small but acceptable. I decided to find a different glass shop, since I dont want to deal with measurement mistakes.

Employees are rude. They do not care about their customers. They do not take time to explain the products they sell. Go to Highland Park Glass instead.

Ive used these guys for years. They arent the cheapest, but they do good work and stand behind the finish.Weve used them several times to place mirror in bathrooms. Each time, they come out measure height and width of the wall and also for placement of the sconces. When they come back to install everything fits beautifully and all looks great which is what you would expect from a full service glass shop.The reason Ive given them 5 stars, is one time we had an issue. The backing on the mirror they had placed in the bathroom started to fail... After only about one or 2 months, flaws in the mirror began to emerge. Making the new mirror in our modern bathroom look OLD. I called the guys at Atwater S&G and was concerned when I realized they hadnt been keeping a record of my prior purchases. But apparently my repeated business wasnt a criteria for standing behind their work. They had went with a different (cheaper) supplier. A mistake Im sure cost them plenty. At mine and my tenants convenience (several months later). They completely removed the old mirror and replaced with the better quality glass free of charge.

Best place for screens! Trust me.

Ive been shopping here for many years; I keep doing business with them primarily because of their convenient proximity relative to my house and rental properties.I DO NOT go to big home improvement mega stores for any of my windows, closet doors, screens, shower doors needs before stopping at the Atwater Screen & Glass Shop first; this little shop always satisfied my needs faster with reasonable prices; in the big home improvement stores you need to wait to have a chance to talk to [usually] a careless employee, but at the Atwater glass shop, the minute you walk in you will deal with knowledgeable owners who will give you answers fast.

Very bad service. Guy comes over and removes my screen before he gave me a price! I immediately called the office and Vince said Ill have my guy put the screen back on at no charge. What! No charge. The dude took the screen off without my approval full stop. Why would I have to pay anything!

Very rude person on the phone, I talked to a woman on the phone to get few info and ask for estimates for a big job first of all she said your house is too far, 15 miles in LA is far????? and she started yielding at me,I do not recommend this place, atlas vey bad customer service for a 20 grand job, Not recommended

I came to this shop to get a glass for the top of me aquarium on Sat, May 6th. They told me that the glass was going to be ready on Mon, May 8. I called on Monday afternoon, they said the glass wasnt going to be ready. I told them thati needed the glass. He said he didt know that i needed it. He said it would be ready the next day. I told them since the glass wasnt made yet if i can change the glass from 1/4 to 3/16 thick glass, they told me they dont have the 3/16 glass so it wont be ready until Friday, May 12th. I called Friday their receptionist said my glass wasnt going to be done coz the person whos doing it got into an accident and call back the next day. So i called Sat, May 13th, they said my glass broke trying to make the holes and will be ready around Wed, May 17th. I called Mon, May 15 to ensure that it will be ready on Wed. The receptionist said the Owner wasnt there and she will have him give me a call. I did not receive any call Monday and Tues. I called Tues afternoon. I just told them i wanted a refund. They didnt apologized or anything they just said Ok.... Very poor costumer service.
