Placed a service call to have my broken gate fixed, turned out that I needed a new gate operator...the ENTIRE process was so smooth and pleasant! I love this company! From the girl in the office, to the professional installer to the AMAZING price, I’m so happy that I found an honest and reliable company...did I mention that I can now open the gate from my phone??? Wow, just wow

Bought an electric strike, with a multi code receiver. Ends up the strike was a bad unit. I asked for a replacement or refund and was very difficult and over talked me the whole time. Jeff marks the ceo/owner of this company is very un helpful. The owner of a company tells you a lot in itself. Wish I could’ve been helped out a little. He even hung up on me

Office Manager and customer service would not allow me to speak with the owner of the company after threatening an elderly person who refused to pay for an estimate for the repair of work that they originally did faulty. They never supplied a written estimate, nor, notified us that there would be a charge, prior to their arrival. Which they were an hour late for. Then, threatened to put a lien on our home if we did not pay for an estimate they never gave us. Ridiculously horrible work and customer service. They installed hand rails into a half brick overhanging a step with no solid foundation. Now, because of their install, I have to redo my front steps in addition to reinstalling the rails.

If i could leave negative stars i would. The 1 star is strictly for the technician Lupe that has been extremely, courteous and professional. However, they Owner Jeff and Office Manager Alandra have been rude and non-responsive. We have had 7+ visit 2 repair the malfunctioning electronic gate in less than 4 months of installation. Each time i have addressed my concern regarding the possibility of the motor being bad or needing to be replaced they responded with hostility and a lack of concern for their product. They neglected to bill me for an additional charge and the owner (who never responded to a call re: the bad product) called with lies of making several calls (did not receive 1 nor a bill) but claimed i was avoiding payment. They had just been to the property to fix the gate days prior, of-course with no mention of a bill?????

Lousy Customer Service. Very little effort to follow through. Willing to take your money without being able to provide evidence of past experience. If the job looks to hard they bail.
