SCAM!!!! Buyer Beware!!!!! Please read other reviews from google search about this company and don’t be a victim like me. They charge your card immediately and give bogus tracking information that says a label has been created for weeks with no product in hand for months. I should’ve known better when the phone number was no longer active, and the chat response didn’t reply. Don’t waste your time and hard earned money. Now I’m fighting the transaction with my bank. Never again will I make this mistake. This was suppose to be for my daughters cosplay outfit before Halloween. Now I have to spend more money to find replacements a few days before the event because I gave this company the benefit of the doubt. Extremely disappointed and happy I didn’t pay $50 in expedited shipping. I sadly haven’t even received an email response back from the company or customer service for a few wks now. Never again, will I make this mistake to not readers get a company that look to hood to be true for the product end service I needed.

Worst experience ever. I purchased a fabric via their website with expedited delivery of $50 with a cost of fabric $15 because I needed the fabric urgently, within a few days. First of all, I never received an order confirmation, nor any shipping information. I tried to reach them out via phone, chat, and email, no success. Fortunately, I live nearby LA and after a week of silence and the last day of deadline on getting the fabric, I was able to actually go to the store location and talk to them and get the fabric. The iFabric representative didnt seem to know about the existence of my order when I asked where exactly is my order. I then received a text saying that my order was shipped, but it clearly was not. My order shipment was then canceled and refunded and I got the fabric at their location. I wasted many hours just to get to downtown LA due to the iFabric horrible service.All in all, as I was there in their small warehouse, it didnt seem like a legit business, and under no circumstances do I ever buy at their website again.

Ordered fabric from them months ago and never received it. I emailed them regarding the issue and someone stated theyll get back to me once they find out about the issue. They never got back to me, nor have the respond to any other emails Ive sent after that.

I am just writing to say how pleased I am with my latest purchase. I bought some red lace for a historical costume I am making and some purple, ivory and grey patterned cotton poplin for dressmaking. Both fabrics are true to the descriptions and photos on the website. Both are excellent value and my order was delivered within 4 days. I am a very happy customer.

These reviews are all fake. There are over 100 complaints with the BBB. There is no customer service number. They do not ship your merchandize but tell you they did repeatedly. Dont use the Affirm. This person will get the money up front. Its one person that responds to the emails and tells you the same thing over & over. UPS says they have several complaints that this company claims that UPS has the package and they dont. I have submitted info for a investigation on this company. Dont attempt to order from them!!!!.

Took a while to receive in the mail but it came in plenty of time to make the dress I needed for my graduation. Fabric itself was in perfect condition when received. I made a cowl neck midi dress. This fabric had the perfect amount of stretch and drape was great when cut on bias. The color was spot on and matched my stole perfectly. Super happy with the quality and price of this fabric.

I placed an order with iFabric on October 5th, 2021. They charged my card immediately. It is October 21st, 2021. And the order is not shipped yet. I choose them because they are close to my city. Usually if I order from Los-Angeles, I get products in less then a week. Now it is the third week and no product. Their customer service phone saying that their mail box is full. I am sending them messages through their chat and e-mails. No response. It is the first time I see this kind of service in US. I am not sure how they can keep clients with this kind of service.

I ordered 2 yards of fabric, and the shipping time promised was 5-7 business days. I ordered on Sept 8th - my items were finally delivered today, October 5th (almost a month later). After 2 weeks with no delivery, I contacted the customer service number listed on their website - the number is disconnected. I used the chat option on their website (which promised a response within a few minutes), and over 24 hours received no response. I emailed asking why my order hadnt even been shipped yet. A day later, they responded by email saying they shipped (9/24). It took almost a month to receive my order, when it stated only 7 days max. I ordered this fabric for a custom costume that had a deadline, and since the fabric was so late, the deadline has now passed. Extremely disappointed.

The website says they are available by phone, email, chat. Their responses to bad reviews suggest customers email them. The phone is disconnected, the chat is never available, even during business hours, and no one responds to email. Check BBB sure and see the are hundreds of terrible experiences, all with similar circumstances. I dont expect to receive the fabric I paid for online with this business.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FABRIC I keep emailing calling no answer...I am calling my bank now! Do not purchase from here you will never receive your product. They gave me a fake tracking # that says the label was created, then a week later I try to get a hold of them, no response to emails, phone# goes straight to VM. This has to get shut down before they try and take advantage of more people!

I would love to share a glowing review. However, I never received my product that I purchased over a month ago for an event that I had coming up. I sent a message to check up on the status once I saw that ups still hadnt received the package. I was told dont worry we shipped it out. Then weeks later I asked them to just cancel the order, they very rudely told me they couldnt because it was already shipped out. It was at this time that I was already in contact with ups and was told they never received the package. I had to follow up with my bank to get a refund because they wouldnt do the right thing. Here we are over a month later and still no response. They claim they are the biggest online fabric supplier, lies!!!! They are a strorefront in Los Angeles. I should have listened to the Google reviews when people said they never received their product. But silly me, I try to give people a chance to screw me over. Never again! Stay away and beware!!!

I ordered my product on 10/20/2020 and still have not received my product. Their phone number is not in service and they arent responding to my emails. I am now forced to contact my bank and try and get my money back. Save yourself the pain and DO NOT order from them, they are a scam!!

Do Not Order from this place::: I ordered some beautiful red vinyl for a dressing room. Waited forever so decided to email them, no response . Then I called them- the phone is disconnected. I filed a claim. I have been needing to finish this project thinking every day that it would show up. This kind of thing is happening too much in our country. It needs to stop.

I paid full price for vinyl and they sent it folded and wrinkled in a box.... I cant use wrinkly material they sell material why dont they know how to ship it properly so that it can be used! I dont have a steamer but I guess Ill have to buy one so I can use this material for that price.

Ordered over 100$ in fabric last month. It never came. I emailed their customer service, no response. I called the number provided, its been disconnected. Guess I didnt need all that spandex... Kinda wondering if I shouldnt have given them my card info.

If I could leave a negative star review, I would.I placed an order for fabric on January 26, 2020. I received an email with a UPS tracking number that STILL shows Shipment Ready for UPS. Today is 02/12/2020. I have emailed and received one response stating Hi The tracking number states that it has been delivered to you? Thank You. I replied to that email to no avail. I performed a Google search and found a phone number that says the party is not available and can not accept any more messages. I have filed a dispute with Paypal and will call my bank in the morning. DO NOT order anything from these scam artists.

We are a design firm in Michigan and placed an order with this company on Sep 8th 2020. I sent an email to the company to get a lead time since we were on a deadline for a project. After 3-4 unanswered emails (and their phone number does not work) someone replied and told us the fabrics were cut in the yard on September 15th and should ship out in the next couple of days. Fast forward 2 weeks later on September 29th 2020 someone replied to our 13th email they we had send. They told us it was shipped UPS on that day.They sent us a UPS link with a tracking number that says UPS Label ready. UPS DOES NOT have possession of the package to today (10/08/2020).Today was my last email sent to them begging for someone to reply otherwise I am reposting this company to LAPD for FRAUD.Our client refuses to pay what’s owed to us ($50,000) because they couldn’t have the Grand Opening of the new place. We have their booths sitting half down and still need the fabric.

I have experienced bad customer service with this company and have yet to have my issue resolved. I made a purchase and did not receive any type of confirmation or any tracking. I attempted to call but it went straight to a voicemail which gave no option to leave a message. Ive been trying to reach iFabric for over 10 days. Phone number does NOT WORK. They do not reply to emails or chat. They sent me a HUGE box of the WRONG pillow inserts . I need to return them ASAP.Whats UP WITH THIS CO?????Will NEVER order from them again.

I ordered fabric on their website and got an email saying my order was fulfilled with a tracking number on Nov.27th. I tracked my order today and it says that the label was printed 8 days ago but USPS is still waiting to receive my package. I called their customer service number and a gentleman answered. ( like it was a house phone! ) I explained why I was calling and that I wanted to check the status of my order. I told him I had my order number. He didnt even take my order number and just placed me on hold forever. I finally hung up and tried to call back. Now I just keep getting an automated message saying that the extension I am trying to reach is unavailable. I have tried to call them for an hour and just keep getting the same automated message. I have reported them and my transacting with them to PayPal. BEWARE!

I ordered over 200 dollars worth of fabric over two weeks ago. My card was charged and order confirmed, but it has been over a week now and I have not received a tracking number or a reply as to where my order is and if it has been shipped. Ifabric claims they have excellent customer service but their representatives reply to messages rudly and have the personality of a cardboard box. NOT HELPFUL! Call them? nope, their voicemail is not accepting messages. Message on FB? no reply although they say they reply within 24 hours. I frankly dont care if you advertise that your prices are the lowest anywhere, I would have paid double for reliable service. Save yourself a headache, and order your fabric elsewhere. LP

Ive been buying fabric here for years for both personal and business use.. Their selection is massive and if they dont have it, they will try and get it for you. Marvin is my go to guy. He always gives amazing customer service and is very knowledgeable. They also provide pre-made table linen, chair covers, sashes, pillows, and even draping. And if they dont have what you want, find the fabric and they will sew it for you. This place gets 5 stars for customer service and 5 stars for selection.

You can tell most of the good reviews are from fake accounts. this place is a scam. Their customer service number wont work at all, they sent me a text saying my package has been shipped but the USPS shipping number says it hasent even been given to them yet. I have tried emailing and their facebook account and I finally found this part of it with a different phone number and a confused woman just took down my phone number. I have already started a paypal claim against them. also it says there is a live chat on their website but that is a lie.

Stay away! They are a scam. I even drove 2 hours to get my order since they charge my card and never ship my items, over $500. They told me that their computer was down and could not help me and that the it was russian guy in charge. None of their phones are connected. Stay away.

After a deep investigation after being scammed by them, I found that those guys never actually carry an item that they sell or list, they do get it from somewhere else after you place the order, nothing is wrong till this point, biggest scam is if they couldnt find the fabric that you have placed either they ship you something similar or upload a tracking number aand wait until you contact them and they will say oh it is lost by the carrier! WHAT A LIE! If you want your hard earned dollars not to fly away, stay away from those guys. They will do everything possible to make your shopping experience worse.

I ordered a round tablecloth Linens for our mothers Christmas present. We looked long and hard for a chic and modern, yet functional tablecloth for a round dining table and were about to despair until we found Fabric Bravo. The tablecloth we ordered was terrific - and whats better is that it looks great both ironed and un-ironed and washes so easily. Marvin was also particularly helpful when we were selecting our tablecloth. He advised on the appropriate size and which colour scheme he thought would work best with the room, after we sent some photos. The lead-time Tim quoted for making the tablecloth was accurate and he kept us updated on progress. And they ship internationally! Needless to say, Mum loved her gift. Thanks, we will be sure to use you again.
