Amazing service. Really good communication with the members and finished my purchase within 20 mins.
Bad attitude!!Really bad shopping experience! Don’t come to this store!!! I waited in line for half an hour to get into store for purchasing an iPhone with 128 GB and redeem my gift cards.(I am okay with this part.) Due to the product was out of stock, he told me to order online. But when the staff knows I changed my mind to purchase the iPhone with 256GB (available in store) from the store to instead of purchasing online. He told me to go outside and wait in line again!!! So ridiculous!!! I tried to explain to him that I had waited in a line. He didn’t want to listen and with a bad attitude! I will never come back to this store!!
Great job Apple Store. Worked with Ari who really did a terrific job getting our new phone and programming it. She spent 1 1/2 hours working through all the details and answering all the questions we had. Thank you Ari, and Apple Store.
Scott took care of our trade in in the most efficient way. Hes fast, accurate, nice and knowledgeable. Great experience 😀
Pretty bad experience overall, but dealt with one staff member in particular called Andy, a shorter Asian guy with earrings. Not only had Andy one of the worst attitudes Ive experienced in customer service, but straight up was lying to me and contradicting everything his manager had later stated. Andy, maybe you were having a bad day, but you need to seriously work on your customer service skills and attitude. Wont be in a rush back to this particular Apple store.
Very combative rep at the entrance who was not very sympathetic to my extremely frustrating issue, of which I cannot get any support on my own. Turned away and told to figure it out on my own.
Absolutely rude staff. We went in to buy a phone and returned from the door without getting one just because the person was obnoxiously rude to us.Just saying “all of our people are busy and it is going to take some time for them to help us” would have been better than saying-“Look this is the world’s biggest company in the busiest part of town on a Sunday afternoon….we are not going to text you. Make sure to be here on time otherwise the appointment will go to someone else……”
One star for service + for mediocre mask compliance. Went in to get a new iPhone and was assigned a sales associate. He could not explain the difference between any of the iPhones besides shape, color and physical size. He didn’t know the difference between 4G and 5G (crucial component between the 11 and 12) and the most he could offer were “the insides are different.” He then couldn’t tell us the difference between the payment plans. He was overall pretty insufferable to interact with despite the fact that there is a 12 year old somewhere that certainly knows more about the devices he’s trying to sell than he does. I double checked with him that they Apple Card financing option was 0 interest and what the terms were and he simultaneously told me “I don’t know and I already told you it was 0 interest.” Overall very unhelpful, clearly not knowledgeable and downright bad at his job.
We went to pick up my new iPhone and also to get help with apple credit card. Carlos Luna took care of us. He was very friendly. It was a great pleasure to meet such a well informed staff. Highly recommend this location especially Carlos.
I came last week to get a new phone & I was helped by Ari. She wasn’t helpful & very impatient. She roller her eyes when I asked questions about the new phone & just didn’t want to help. I’ve been to this location before but never had any issues other than with her bad customer service.
It’s just a regular Apple store, nothing special since everything looks the same as other stores. They just moved it to new location, still on the same level but bigger and better view facing the fountain and park. This location is always busy especially during this time. Good luck on finding someone to help you if you have any question or wanting to buy something because they’re just way too busy. I would suggest to come here during weekdays.
Took far too long to get help — waited in line to have one of the employees to ask us after 20 minutes if someone had a scanned our QR code yet (mind you, we were at the front of the line this entire time) and then proceed to wait another 20 minutes until our pick-up order was actually in our hands.
This place is no help along with apple support. Jonathan on chat, Gill senior advisor, Brij Thankore senior advisor on apple support are not helpful at all. They will keep you on the phone for over an hour check all your apple devices and then say we can’t help you with your apple account because we don’t believe it’s you even though you have 6 apple devices seating in front of me. 2 factor authentication with a number that’s never been setup on your account. Sorry I can’t help you . You must know the number it’s your device, what’s your Apple ID that’s on the phone/iPad?, what’s the name on the screen?, ok good sorry you didn’t put that number in but it’s your device and I can’t help you reset and unless you know the number that you don’t know on your Apple ID. Anything else I can help you with besides the problem your having. Yes cancel the charges on my Apple ID. Sorry can’t do that because we need to Identify that it’s your account. Never mind the papal account that says it’s me, never mind how many devices your signed into but can’t use because we don’t believe that you don’t know the number on your Apple ID. It’s your Apple ID, if you don’t know it ask some friends and family if they put it in your phone.. Apple support has terrible customer service I’m sure I’m not the only 1 in the world with this issue. But why care about customers that have issues like this since it’s so minor compared to the millions that don’t.
Spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me. They all saw me, no one even said a word to help out.
The staff were very rude and not helpful. I bought a new iphone from Tmobile and they told me if I go to any apple sore they will help me to get it going and transfer all of my information. NOT TRUE!!!!! not only theywere very arrogant and rude, they keep asking me why did i buy it from Tmobile and not them and they flat out refused to do anything for me.NO WORRIES GOING BACK TO SAMSUNG. If this is my first experience with apple store I never want to go back there or deal with this RUDE crew at the Century City Apple store. They give a bad name to Apple.
Technicians in this store are super unprofessional with a bad attitude. Don’t come to this store. Go somewhere else.
Went in yesterday to get my charger replaced (its covered by Applecare, but you have to make an appointment with the Genius bar and sit there for an hour for them to realize youre not making it up and they should just go ahead and replace it). The gentleman who helped me was very kind and offered to replace my faded keyboard keys. I get home and see the Enter key is only partially attached, and I cant get it back in place. Now I have to make another appointment, go on the weekend, and deal with them again. I tried going to an authorized reseller who told me that Id have to leave my laptop for a few hours and possibly overnight (its one lousy key) and that its possible theyd have to replace my entire keyboard and Id have to leave my laptop with them for a week.I tried calling apple century city to see if they could squeeze me in, no one answers their phones, it just automatically disconnects after ringing for 5 min.
Love this apple store. So pretty and the customer service is great.
Parking is plenty but getting back to car is hard because the place is designed in such a manner that you need to visit few times to find car and trace steps
The store is usually very busy, and I was told that browsing was not allowed during my last visit. This was a bad experience.
I saw Bruce Willis here back in 2013. I didn’t recognize him until the store associate whispered and told me, since he was wearing a baseball cap. Because of that, I was able to look over and he was with his wife wearing a baseball cap. He walked down the store aisle and we stared at each other for a good 3 seconds as he was walking and he nodded in acknowledgement. I think it was because I didn’t make a scene out of it, but reality was, my phone was being repaired so I couldn’t take a picture. I’ll forever remember this store as the time Bruce and I had a moment
Worst.Ripped me off. Bought my phone online, just wanted to switch it for a different color.Canceled my original purchase, which I had for $884 Oh my Apple Card because I had a trade-in credit for 515 and then charge me a full $1399 with no trade-in telling me that I can do the trade in later wich I could not maxed out my card And basically screwed me overLiars never going there again.
Open by appointment and walk up always a pleasure coming here customer service is very nice they understand there customers
The staff is absolutely rude. Went in to buy and phone and decided not to buy one just because the staff is not helpful.
I purchased an iPhone 11 in Dec 2019 and it suddenly stopped working in Jan 2020. I was using the right charger and right connection to charge the phone and now it’s dead and won’t start.I get apple store’s appointment and Then the pandemic hit and all the stores close.I wait so long for the stores to reopen and go to best buy in between. They ask me to contact apple and apple of course decide never to help without charging for unreasonable fees. Now I call and they say my warranty expired YESTERDAY and so can’t do anything with it.I would like to understand how does apple provide best service if the common man is asked to wait for a year and spend $600 to fix the phone that was initially purchased for $850!!What a waste. I know it’s a waste but I’m really disappointed.
The worst customer service I ve ever experienced, plus most of employees are ruse and unprofessional
After 40 minutes waiting I realized my reservation for diognose of my phone was cancelled because they assume that I am not at store without sending me a text.
I was told by apple tech support to go in an apple store after a countless attempt to fix some glitches I had on my iphone 11, apple support said my phone will be swapped because it was obvious that the phone had a hardware problem, well the swap was about to cost me $400 so I declined, walked out with my a non-working phone because the factory setting resulted the phone never come back to live. I walked in with a phone that was fully functional with some glitches such as face ID and copy/paste was never functioning. What really bothers me that the team is only trained to SELL with a lack of problem solving capability. I had apple care plus insurance but none of these were considered, not even looked at, I felt like I was talking to robots, it was a very cold, dry conversation and instead of coming up with solutions, Jonathan, my helper was on repeat. I was not heard. So I just left.I had an appointment at 12:30 pm and they took me in at 2:30pm, such an awful experience.I would love to peak in the client faced training sessions.
Didnt have what I wanted but great service
Full Service Apple Store and learning center. Wear a Mask !
I went to Century City Apple to purchase a new I pad. I needed help in deciding which was most appropriate for me. I was met at the door and told that I had to have the model number of the I pad I wanted to purchase and I cold do that in the store They do not give any help or advice. They would only take my money. This has nothing to do with Covid. This is less service to save money.
The worst customer service experience.
Tried to get help with some very basic questions about repairing the MacBook Air that my company provided for me. After battling through phone trees and remote support to get connected to an employee at this location, he was rude and not listening to me, just repeating templated answers that didnt address my question. Despite my repeated attempts to get a simple answer from him, he eventually let me know that he was unable to help me. Just an incredible display of terrible customer service. The Apple Store on 3rd Street Promenade was able to answer my questions quickly, easily, and without being a snotty twerp about it. Maybe try them instead.
I am very satisfied with the Apple service and product so far. I would definitely recommend. I plan to do a collab with Apple some day 🧲!
Went with a friend. Apple store was packed. Despite having an appointment, waited a long time. Staff wasnt very friendlty. They were unable to help and just pushed purchasing new products.
Fast service and good customer service
My mom has this Apple Watch that she’s been trying to fix for the past 4 months, and we still couldn’t get it fixed, it took us months just to try to get it fixed because they kept telling us to sent it somewhere else to get it fixed, and yet it still doesn’t work, it keeps shutting down even when it has full battery, like no joke...the first minute it has 70% and it shuts off a few minutes later saying it ran out of battery. And they kept telling us to get a new Apple Watch, like no, first off. Two, why does apple products break so easily and then us customers get told to get a new one?!? I’ve always loved apple, but this is going to far lmao
Everyone is very pleasant and takes care of our needs
Postmates pick up for the elites drivers I have over 1100 delivery s and never took no food
Very nice store and helpful employees! Getting my iPhone 12 was quick and easy.
Despite its masculine-youth-centered decor (chairs not made for women over 60) Eddie was my genius and he is truly amazing. His energy and attitude were totally customer-centered. In resolving the problem for my 95-year old friend who I accompanied, he made sure to get a second opinion, and worked efficiently. He was considerate of the fact that those stools were comfortable enough for us. I highly recommend you ask for him. I dont have his last name but hes Asian-American & a senior at UCLA.
Absolute worst customer service I could receive. I called Apple customer support to let me know if the Century City Apple was open and could quickly insert a key on my Macbook Pros keyboard that has fallen off, which was a time-sensitive matter due to work usage and school exams. They said that I should be able to walk in and they would be able to take care of it with ease, as the process of inserting a new key into the keyboard takes about 30 seconds. Upon arrival I spoke with the manager and he said that he could not help me as all of the technicians were busy. I asked if there was another time I could return where a technician would have 30 seconds to insert the key, and he said there was not. He instead advised me to purchase a bluetooth keyboard instead...how ridiculous. Never going back, and I advise others to stay away.
Helpfull staff
The phone number does work, I dont know why?
Love this location! The people are always genuinely helpful and friendly too. One if my favorite Apple store to visit.
I had a great experience. It was fast. Bought a watch... watch 05 before new watch came out. Traded in watch 04 for a gift card... took 5 minutes versus 3-6 weeks online through third-party, Phobio (avoid at all costs). Then a couple of days later, watch 06 came out, so I returned watch 05 — no hassles even though I opened the package.TipHaving owned watch 03 and 04, and now watch 06. The watch makes all the difference depending on the watch band.Watch 03 -> Nike bandWatch 04 -> black sports bandWatch 06 -> Milanese bandDidn’t wear watch 03 or 04 much. Absolutely love the stainless steel band for watch 06. I’ve been wearing it more. Also get the 3-in-1 charger... that makes a difference too.Parking is free under 2 hours. If over 2 hours, buy a kombucha tea for $5 at Gelson’s and get your parking validated. This is the nicest mall, and they clean everything everywhere frequently during Pandemic.
Rude, obnoxious, not helpful, very impolite customer service I received. They didn’t help me to transfer my data from my old phone to my new iPhone. They told me to do it yourself.
The most rude unhelpful customer service
Was turned away after I told them I only needed to charge a phone
Staff is limited but they did help to the best of their knowledge
Never been here. Idk why google maps is making me do a review lol
I love apple just font like some of its customers. People do not social distance in line.
Im not satisfied with the services of this store. I went there for a simple battery change but so much drama happened. 1) When I went there to pick up my phone, the girl who brought out the device, she showed me a bill with battery replacement and screen replacement, saying oh its $150. And I pointed out that I only came for battery replacement. Then shes like oh let me see... and take off the charge. And I saw on the bill that it said screen broken during repair. So if I didnt pay attention, I was going to get charge $100 more. 2) When I turned on the phone, I saw all the data was washed off and the system was upgraded (which I prefer not to). I just asked what happened. The girl told me they had to reboot the system b/c of the broken screen. (I mean, seriously, she said that and thought I knew nothing about technology. You need to wipe off the memories to fix broken screen? Highly suspect that something else was also damaged during the repair.) I was shocked b/c I only backed up my work related stuff but not my pictures. However, I totally understand that I cant say anything because I have signed the agreement this morning to waive Apples responsibility for any data damage. Without arguing or blaming her, I simply said I wished the person who talked to me this morning had reminded me to backup my pictures. Then, the girl replied We already told you that there is a chance that data might get lost, so its not our responsibility to tell you to back up your data. WOW. Thats the kind of response I got! I did not blame her or yell her but thats what she said to me. At the end, she was like Can you just pay? I gotta go help the others. I didnt say anything any more. Afterwards, I went to the store manager and explained to him what happened. He was pretty considerate and eventually refunded my battery replacement fees. But I was just so shocked and disappointed about how I was treated in the store earlier. I was heartbroken because all my dogs pictures are gone and he was gone as well so theres no way back. The girl just made this even more traumatized.
So, the store finally re-opened and out of nowhere my Macbook screen broke for the second time (I did NOTHING to it). I took it to the store immediately because I have online college classes, and a stay-at-home job, so I really needed it to be fixed ASAP. They said it’ll take 5 days to fix it. I could also just have it delivered to my home, which is much more convenient since I don’t have a car and have to walk to the store.Unfortunately, they didn’t accept apple pay for that particular purchase (even though its freaking apple???), and I didn’t have a physical card (but I have the info saved on my phone), so the only option is to leave it there to get it fixed in-store and pay when u pick it up. 5 days later, I came there to pick it up that morning, and it wasn’t fixed. The guy told me the part arrived yesterday and they should fix it today before they close. They didn’t. Next morning I get a call from them saying they’re closing the stores again for safety reason so they have to send it to a place to fix it and it’ll arrive in the mail. They asked for my card info so they can send it.My question is: WHY DIDN’T YOU DO THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE??? WHY DIDN’T THE GUY JUST USE MY CARD INFO TO SEND IT TO THE PLACE TO GET IT FIXED??? WHY DID HE SAY MY ONLY SOLUTION TO DROP IT OFF THERE, WHEN IT WASN’T??? They said it’ll take until Tuesday, but I’ve ordered stuff from apple online and it ALWAYS ARRIVES LATE!!! I’m gonna be out of town to visit family on Thursday, so by the time it’ll probably arrive, it’ll be sitting there for days, WAITING TO GET STOLEN (I have no other address to send it to). I JUST STARTED COLLEGE!!!!! AND A NEW ONLINE JOB!!! And for two whole weeks (plus when I’m out of town) I don’t have a computer to work on anything, just my phone, and I can’t do some of the things, that I need to do, on my phone (like have two tabs opened at the same time side-by-side).Why the hell does a Macbook air screen crack so easily???? Last time it cracked was because of a freaking sunflower seed!! And you guys don’t even offer screen protectors for them (I just bought some off-brand on amazon bc I’m NOT dealing with this stuff again). Also, when I got an appointment (luckily there was an opening), I had to wait an extra half hour and people who came later than me got called in before me (assuming their appointment was before mine, they shouldn’t even get a person if they arrive late!!). Apple is a billion dollar company, you should be more prepared for the amount of customers you’re gonna get. I should have my laptop by now but I’m not gonna get it back for another week, and possibly longer if it arrives late (AGAIN).
Except for the wait time and parking fees...
Great place but limited services at this time. Not a lot of stocks and basically bare bones sales.
Long wait. Unorganized staff.
This was the most disappointing experience I have EVER had at an Apple store. I called ahead of time to make sure the product I was looking for was in stock, I was assure that they had the product I was inquiring about (they even put me on hold to check inventory). I drove almost an hour to get to the store to be told that they do not have this product and haven’t had it in quite some time. Everyone in the store seemed to be aware of the fact that they did not have this product I the store, even though I was assured otherwise before driving all the way there. I asked to speak to the manager. I was approached by the manager (John was his name to be exact) and told him exactly what I was told on the phone. He told me he would go in the back and talk to the two employees who answer the phones. He even asked to see my phone to see what time the call had been placed. He went to the back and came out 5 minutes later claiming that no one in the back had talked to anyone over the phone about this product today. I then asked if there was something that could be done as a form of restitution. He said I could take Apple to small claims court...Quite literally the dumbest/ most impractical answer I could have possibly received. I once again asked if there was anything that could be done in order to lessen the blow of having to drive an hour away to get a product that I was specifically told that they had (the gentleman on the phone even told me the exact name of the product and the price) and once again he offered absolutely no help and became slightly aggressive with me and physically moved closer to me as he began to raise his voice. After realizing that this conversation was going absolutely no where, I left and plan on never going back again. SIDENOTE: I purchased the brand new iPhone 11 Pro from this store just a month earlier and I purchased a brand new Mac book pro within 3 months of this encounter. I will never go back to this store. Period.
I had a very easy time purchasing an iPhone here a few months back. They always have the most recent selection of apple products when I go, and have lots of space for trying out products. The service was quite good, but the Genius Bar service isn’t great. Spoiler alert, they aren’t actually geniuses.
I would never come to this place again. Starting from the manager nobody is helpful. They are just wasting time to go home.APPLE do something with your stuff.Terrible terrible terrible
The worst service
RIP the OG Apple. Theyve slipped. I have already wasted 2 days on the phone so not taking any more time out of my life besides the only thing I can do - not buy their product(s) and leave a bad review.
My Phone that was under warranty was having issues. I initially took in to the Apple store@ the Beverly center where they explained to me that they had eliminate all reasons why my phone was acting this way, so I had to reset my phone and set it up as a new phone. It took my a day & half. The following week my phone kept getting stuck so I was near century city and quickly made an appointment to figure it out. The lady who helped me initially said that she could see a reset and essentially based on the notes they could maybe switch out my phone. The manager, came over and said that in order to switch my phone I had to reset my phone again and set it upAs new. I reassured him that was done already, the week before and he said he had no way of of knowing that and it wasn’t in the notes. I angrily left. The next day, I walked in the Apple store @ the Beverly center and inquired about the notes and they showed me that it was noted and they should have accommodate me. They replaced my phone and I was in my way. Customer service is the key, and in my opinion this store has constantly disappointed.
Very professional and knowledgeable staff and always good service.
Store was empty wanted to buy a iPhone 12pro max but I still needed a appointment to go in, Im right here😒😒😒 so I went somewhere else and got it
9/7/2019 went to this Store to buy two mouses for my computers at the office and I put my name on the waiting list at Genius Bar for an issue I had with my IPhone XR . The guy that checked me in said will be 40-50 min and we went to get a table at a restaurant near by. 20 minutes later they text me that my appointment is ready and I rushed back. When I got there they made me wait another 30 minutes and I canceled my appointment and left because of their poor service
Poor attitude, prioritized another customer even though the staff was assigned to help me first, and I had to wait for about half an hour before I was helped again. This staff also made a face when I said thank you multiple times. Only one staff was actually helpful.
Worst customer service Ive ever had... Then when I called the manager back to speak with her about what was going on she dismissed everything... All I wanted to do was buy a simple watch and nobody could help me I think its ridiculous save your money go online or to another store
Too many bad experiences here.
This store is part of apples master plan to increase demand for their new health-centered products. It sounds crazy, at first, but please hear me out.I walked into this store at around 9am this morning on a simple mission: exchange my $79 + tax (in the form of cash or credit card payment) for a laptop charger replacement, having forgotten mine in San Francisco. I had already come to terms with my exploitation by this corporate giant, as there was work to do before an interview at 11am. A line from gladiator came to mind-- Sometimes I do what I want to do. The rest of the time, I do what I have to.So in I came through the open doors, like a surrendering warrior. I approached one of the five apple smurfs, and after exchanging pleasantries, delivered my capitulation. But I had chosen wrong, and this particular smurf demanded more than money: he wanted my dignity. We dont open until 10amCould you just possibly accept your tribute now? Let me explain to you this bind Im in.Were not equipped to accept payment. Were not open. But what of the all the idle smurfs? And a civilian, seated and being helped? The open doors?Im sorry, but were not open. You can come back at 10am.Can I speak to a manager? -- No, theyre in a meetingIsnt there a way for me to check myself out?I guess there is. But you must have an iPhoneWhat is it, exactly, that you do here? Why do you ask?In the end, they would not deign to take my money. I left, defeated and trampled upon, with my heart racing. The impenetrable minion had been entirely, gloatingly, void of human sympathy. What effect did such encounters have on my health, I wondered-- what was the dollar price? What price, Apple? What price indeed.
So I walked in on a Friday to return my AirPods within the 14 day window... was helped right away and they were super friendly and it was quick and painless. This was super remarkable to me since my last two visits to other Apple stores have been so horrible! It was good enough I’m leaving a review.
The best services apple store in century city Westfield mal.
Stores on top of stores on 🔝of stoooorrres! -once you visit, itll all make sense😎🙋🏽♂️
Standard (but huge) Apple store. Surprisingly hard to spot around sunset because they lower the blinds and there are no logos. Pretty self explanatory and straight forward. The staff is kind and helpful, very helpful. I find that they often run out of stock of popular items, which is expected, but their turn around on replenishing stock leaves a lot to be desired.
I live out of the country and was visiting in the West LA area. Made an appointment a week in advance to have the battery replaced on my iPhone 6. I read the reviews, which were not good. That was not my experience. I walked in and gave my name. I waited about 15 minutes(I was early) and the tec looked at the I phone, ran tests and based on what he told me, and my experience, I replaced the battery. I was told to come back in 1hr 20 min and I went to lunch. I came back and It took about 5 minutes to get my phone back in GREAT working order. I highly recommend this store.
I was so impressed that there’s a deaf associate working here! He and his interpreter are very kind and thoughtful. They warmed my heart
This outpost is very average in service. However, it is well located and extremely convenient. If you must visit a apple store the location is GREAT.
Worst service
My friend came in to get a broken screen fixed. He forgot to back up the phone which meant that we had to do it in store. Unfortunately, the employee with the golden safety pin earring forgot to mention that the store wifi was not good enough to back up a phone to iCloud. Rather than continuously checking in, he left us sitting there for a solid 2 hours, assuming that it naturally would take that long. In the end, the phone wouldn‘t back up and we achieved nothing. It would have been helpful if the employee Suggested other options rather than having us waste our time there!
It is by far, the worst Apple Store I’ve ever been to in my life. I thought the reviews were exaggerating, but the way was this store is set up, its employees cannot attend all its customers in a reasonable time. I just came in to pick up a computer I bought online and it took forever to get help. The Apple care people are helpful, it just takes forever to actually get help. I think it would be better suited if there was a station for tech help versus those who strictly are available for purchasing or picking up a product.
I waited around for over 30 minutes even after booking my appointment. I just feel like they are getting too big for their own good
Definitely not helpful!
Unbelievable lack of competency with Genius Bar. I had to get my MacBook Pro 2015 replaced by a senior apple advisor on the phone because this store botched repairing it over 5 times!!! The latest is this - they put the screen on wrong!!! IT overhangs the lid on the left! Get this, they did it again. Guess what happened? Now it overhangs on the right. So I brought this to the attention of the apple store employee there. he said oh yea we just hired a bunch of new guys to do repairs. Seriously? around new years? What a joke. Glad apple support on the phone actually is competent and cares.
Amazing! Rebecca was so nice and accommodating regarding fixing my phone and Nick was great at helping me pick out a new phone case. The atmosphere was very calm and a lot nicer than any other Apple location I have been to. Definitely will return to this location over the other ones in LA.
I love Apple products. They produce some of the worlds most modern home/ work technology, and are a key component of todays personal tech.
NEW UPDATE!!!!!Post the update regarding the previous review. So I went to the other apple store at Glendale Galleria they helped me sent the iPhone back to APPLE factory. One week later they called me and the apple replace the iPhone for free under the Apple Care policy.GO TO ANOTHER APPLE STORE!!!THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL IN APPLE CENTURY CITY!!!12/06/2016Wish I can rate no stars, avoid this place!Took my iPhone 6 in for black screen repair, and they told me my device can not pass the visual test which mean you or a third party have this device opened. But in fact I never went to a third party and this phone never opened by anyone, and why would I do anything on this phone since I have Apple Care+?The staff in the Bar there was very unfriendly, treat me like someone wants to take advantage of Apple and ask me to call apple for a solution.Worst experience in any customer service ever, I am going to try another apple store
My experience at the Apple Store in Century City was extremely positive. The store looked crowded when I arrived so I wasn’t expecting to get any help from the sales people. My expectations were not realized because a friendly young man came up to me right away and asked if he could be of assistance. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He was willing to spend time with me without pressuring me to make a purchase right then. I know that many reviews have said the service they received was terrible. Maybe I just got lucky, but like I said, my experience was extremely positive.
Tried to buy a dongle from a sales associate that was just standing there, she had me go to a line of people buying custom laptops where each person was taking like 15-30 minutes rather then ringing me up. Apple store customer service has become so much worse over the past decade.Nice store, but sales associates dont give an f
My son and I went to a third-party store [on Main Street, Culver City] to get my son’s iPhone 6 fixed. It was frozen on the update screen. The supposed “expert” took the phone to the back, and after making us wait 30-35 minutes, he returned to say that they couldn’t do anything as it was a “hardware” issue. The only solution, henceforth, was to pay to get it swapped. To authenticate the diagnosis, we went to the Apple Store, in Century City, Los Angeles. After a healthy amount of waiting, my son and me were assigned to a technical expert – Ashley. Being the tech savvy that he is, my son did all the talking. The expert did an initial check up on the phone before she took it to the back. After about 15 minutes, she came back saying that they couldn’t figure anything out; but added that they were further trying to resolve the issue. This time, however, she went back for about 20 minutes before coming out with a fully functioning iPhone 6. Overall, I think the wait time could have been reduced a bit, but I am prepared to overlook that with such good service. The I.T. person who fixed the “firmware issue” was Adam. She also gave my son an unofficial review of the Apple Watch, as he wanted that as a Christmas present, which he eventually did get.
Excelent service
I got a little turned around when i arrived there. But i found it ok
Nice stuff 😉
Excellent customer service. Staff seem to enjoy working there and are very friendly. Nice culture.
Nice a spacious. Lots of stuff to do in the mall if you have to wait for your appointment at the genius bar.
Not so good Apple!Apple should go back to the level of customer service and care they used to have. Products under warranty should be covered!I came to the store with a small issue related to the speakers. The phone was under warranty. At the store they could not analyze the phone and sent it to their repair. The repair responded that there is damage to the dock which is under the responsibility of the customer. Their option is to provide a new phone for a cost which is higher than half the cost of the phone.Prior to being at the store I was not aware of any problems to the dock, and if a device is so easily damaged through normal use, they should honor the warranty. I have been a loyal apple device user, and was always willing to pay the higher prices for the service and the proper treatment by the company when and if there are problems with their products. The problem does not seem to be with the specific store but with general company attitude.
Went to exchange a case I’ve had since November that’s completely coming apart. It’s a $45 case and I’m sure one of the cheapest things in the store price wise. The manager declined to do the exchange even though all apple products have a 1 year warranty. The point of the manager declining to exchange this shows how they are moving towards protecting their bottom line then making the customer happy. Poor service Apple
