Lion made re-ordering a screen incredibly easy!My screen was broken and needed to be replaced. I knew I had Milgard windows, but had no idea about the specs since they were installed by the previous homeowner.I called Lion and simply gave them the code inside the window. Within two days the replacement screen was ordered, and in a week I swung by to pick it up.Lions service was FAST, EASY, AFFORDABLE and PERFECTLY DONE. What more could I want?!

I had replaced my bedroom windows with double pane. Sagiv from Lion Windows is a gentleman and wonderful to work with. He is a man of his word. The installers were super - efficient, profession and did a terrific job. Im a happy customer.

Last August (2021), we ordered two Milgard fiber glass windows, one for our master bedroom and the second one for a bathroom. Nan, at Lion Windows, helped us with the order and with the final decision about colors and material. One week later, a member of the contractor crew came to our house to take measurements. Due to the slow supply, it took several weeks until the windows were installed on October 21. Nan and Sagiv kept us informed about the schedule of the work. Installation was flawless, the team of two (Edison and Dany) were efficient and completed the job in less than three hours. They removed all the debris and cleaned inside and outside of the house. We are very satisfied with the work done and the two windows are a perfect match to other five Milgard windows we had installed in 2014.

Lion windows and doors replaced a Milgard window on the third floor of my home. Sagiv was very responsive and especially helpful in working with me to replace my window. Lion Windows did an amazing job with price, quality, installation, cleanup, and integrity. Better quote than Home Depot, great installers, and Milgard windows. The caulking on windows and installation was very clean and professional. They can also provide any paperwork that you need for HOA or whatever.The installers were very nice and professional, they kept the area clean and cleanup up afterwards, and I didnt need to lift a finger or get involved in what they were doing. We live in a very old building and needed a single pane replaced in a large picture window. An odd sizing, and a thin, very old wood frame made everyone nervous! Lion Windows did an amazing job.Our previous quote from another company expired due to a delay caused by legal issues in our building. When we went to pursue installation, the other company could no longer could fulfill the installation, and the price would be a lot higher. I searched on Yelp to find local companies, and while several had good ratings, many werent responsive. We called several companies to get a quote for Milgard Tuscany windows. Several quotes were inflated, or they didnt also provide installation services. We wanted the entire job - purchase, installation and warranty - provided by the same company. Lion Windows furnished us with a quote matching the specs of the unit, matched all of the details, and gave us a price that was consistent with the original quote.They were extremely flexible with installation in a tenant-occupied unit. We had an unexpected delay caused by the tenant, and Lion Windows was really patient and communicative. The installation took longer than theyd planned for, and they took the time to come back after installation to re-seal some areas that required it, making sure the job was done correctly, and within our budget.We are extremely grateful. Never should you pay a company $150 to come and give you an estimate. Gives you a price over the phone but if you decide not to go with Lion Windows the $150 is non-refundable. Lion Windows is the only window company I know who does this. smh
