Decent donut place. Pros: 24 hours, plenty of parking, drive thru, and they press their breakfast sandwiches so they kind of come out tasting like a panini. Theres also a little seating area outside with a table and two chairs and some tables on the inside. Cons: its badly lit (even for a late night donut place) and theres a weird area that just looks messy and sketchy. Probably could do with some better organization and lighting to make it more costumer friendly.

They have ok donuts they asian people are kinda friendly they seem annoyed when ur trying to decide what donuts u want but the Hispanic guy he is awesome very polite talks to u nd holds a conversation, he is very friendly I rather deal with him then the other ladies that work there

Editing my original favorable review. I went this morning and the LADY THAT TOOK MY ORDER WAS SICK. To the point that clear mucous ran down her nose while I ordered. She wiped it with her hand then on to her pants leg. I cancelled and left. So gross!!!

Good products and service. However they don’t tell you that it’s only 24 for drive through.But the guy doing night shift is cool and took my order anyway. 👍🏼👍🏼

They are very friendly and help each customer. I was able 2 get my favorite ice cream flavor and good tasting dounut holes at a fair price. I was in and out in no timr. In the morning b4 work or after work they are open 24 hours to help the customers.Keep up the good work!

The Donut Factory is one of the rare 24 hour Donut & coffee shops that still exists. Every donut they have are made fresh every day. Its a great place to go to fill up on your donut cravings without paying outrageous prices for a dozen donuts.

I like this location for many reasons that the donuts are a little different. A good idea for the Better donut. The staff is friendly, however some simple maintenances lacks. Can be cleaner.

Good Doughnuts and Service....... Place is small a bit..... And There is no restroom at all...... Los Angeles weird fact..... .most places have no restrooms.... This is one of them...

This is my favorite Donut Shop in the LA area . Firstly, their donuts are always fresh and secondly they have a drive thru window AND theyre open 24 great service and delicious jelly filled donuts!
