Absolutely the worst company in the world - DO NOT GO TO THEM EVER.Incompetent staff, call center is ridiculous, no one takes responsibility over issues raised. Took my order for phone lines 2 of, then got told 4 weeks into contract my 0845 number could not be transported to them. Im left with a phone line I do not want now. Had fault on my broadband over 5 weeks ago now, took 10 days to fix, bogus BT engineer that has charged my nearly £100 that DID NOT EVEN BOOK APT with me to access property. Still got problems with broadband....... been on phone with them for over 4 hours this week. Ive had enough. Complaints dept next and cancellation of contract.
