I just stopped by the Perez Mini Market to pick up some stuff which I bought online. Mr. Perez was there to help me to pick up my things and he was nothing short of just 100% friendly, courteous and informative. It was just a short, brief business transaction, but he made it into a very pleasant conversation and an experience.
