For the price of the fries, you hardly got any. They also opened a lot later than what their sign said. Burger was good as always.

Their burgers here are freaking amazing and the service is pretty great too. I strongly recommend trying this place out when you have a chance and bring the family with you too.

I was disappointed with my experience. Unfortunately, my burger was drenched in salt and it was pricey. It was extremely salty to the point that my tongue hurt, however, its good to know that they do season their meats.

They took forever. Waited over 40 minutes for my hamburger. It was decent but wasnt worth the wait. Maybe we came when there was a lot of hype because its new. The staff looked overworked and unprepared. The bathrooms were a mess and one was even labeled out of order.

This was a quick and delicious burger! The staff was helpful and the food was good. Not as many menu options as other locations, but they made up for that with a better tasting burger. Oreo shake was ice cold for a summers warm day. Health rating on the door was a B, but that stands for Better.

Burger was great. Prices asinine. Young man working the til on Friday night 6/18/21 beyond terrible. So terrible at his job that you really feel bad for the guy because he is just flat out miserable and hates every second of his time at that job.

Burger was tasty but small. I got the bacon cheeseburger meal and I wasnt full off it. I didnt like the French fries. There is better options for a burger. Smash burgers is worth a try but dont expect the hype.

Always love going to . Been coming for years and they have never disappointed me with their service and food. Like others have said, if you have never had a Bulldog, with Bulldog Sauce, you are truly missing out of the perfect food.Feeling like being healthier, go for the Chicken and Veggie bowl. Feeling hungry get a BOX and definitely go with double potato salad. Youll have at least two meals.

I had a wonderful time dining in. I got one of the signature Burgers: Bacon Avocado Cheeseburger and it was very tasty!! I highly recommend this Burgerhouse.

We were there during their soft opening. Staff was phenomenal and food was great. Really cool vibe and only to get better with time. Found it while on vacation and would definitely come back!

Smashburger is good. This one at LA live is more expensive than the others, but they still have all the options available even though they dont show it all on the electronic menu.

Good burgers but staffs were not friendly. If you dont care about that, its place to have a quick bite.

Pretty well organized drive through. I dont eat here personally, but one of my disabled clients does and she requests in n out often. The line can seem intimidating, but Ive never seen one instance where they didnt keep the line moving. Ive only ever tasted the fries and I love them.

This place is one of every tourists favorite spot. I can definitely relate to them on this! Im an LA native and Ive only been here a total of 3 times and every single time it taste the same, delicious! Their service is on point and everyone working there is so quick. I really enjoy the Super Dupers burgers and sandwiches. Their garlic fries are very good as well. Recently though, I tried their Veggie burger and for a person who stays away from veggie burgers anywhere, this one is to die for. I find myself ordering the veggie burger more than I thought I would. That combined with the garlic fries is the perfect combo for me right now. I would recommend it for anyone. (even people who do not normally order veggie options like myself)

OMG! This is my first time eating here (LA Live location). It was superb. I dont eat meat, so I had the Harvest Salad and a side of sweet potato fries.I ate outside on the patio. The weather was perfect. It was a great experience. I plan to return!!I will share that the outdoor tables were dirty, but a staff member came out promptly to clean them when requested.

The beef patty is well seasoned. The bun is soft. Such a fresh tasty burger. Not big and not small, just a normal size burger. I get tater tots as my side. Reminds me of elementary school. You can regular fries or sweet potato

Got the smash burger and fries to go and it was really good! The meat was juicy and very delicious, and their crinkle cut fries were good too, not too salty. The location is nicely decorated on the inside, though it gets busier around lunch time and you might not be able to find a table. Although the food was good, the cashier who took my order didnt seem very friendly. She was leaning with her elbows on the counter as if she was bored or tired, and didnt even call me over to her station herself (another worker had to tell me that she would help me with my order). Food was good, just had an okay customer service experience.

Decent burgers, great sides, but not worth the price; shouldve gone to 5 Guys, but I figured Id see if Smashburger lived up to the hype. I guess the sweet potato fries did? But not enough to make me satisfied with the price tag. If it had been under $10 instead of over $15, might feel differently. Maybe the prices at L.A. Live were just inflated, and its more reasonable elsewhere. I doubt Ill ever care enough to find out.

Best burger Ive eaten here in my 13+ years in LA. Great service, great space, great food and great overall experience.Burger was spot on. Perfectly cooked with (very important) quality bun. Fries are fantastic too. First time I had them, they mightve been slightly undercooked. Theyve since caught on.

Went here with my friend before a concert and I’m not a huge fan of burgers but I loved these! They were so good!

Yesterday was our first time we visited this place. But It is definitely not the last time. We passed a splendid evening with the generous service, with the fine food and wine and with the decent pay. We will surely visit there soon.

Extremely good burger, the 1/4-pound Smashburger. The outside stainless steel counter and parking lot setting is a nice counterpoint to the Whole Foods across the street. My co-workers and I escaped a work lunch outing in favor of this unpretentious atmosphere and plain yet tasty food. Reasonable prices. One co-worker did an exceptional job of keeping a panhandler at bay, so if you are put off by urban experiences, you might stay on the Whole Foods side of the street.

Live coming to this place! Food is fresh and service is friendly. We got the dog pound this time. Yum!

I would suggest trying all the varieties of burgers that they have from the Classic to the So cal and even the bean burger. For me the patty flavor is just not hitting the spot. This factor as well as the price for what you get his pretty steep and that maybe due to its location. However I feel the real star of this place is the crispy chicken sandwich. I also like that they have Brussel sprouts which can be a nice departure from fries. The shakes are pretty good but can be to watery for my liking as I prefer a thicker shake.

Honestly, this restaurant is okay. Id give it realistically a 2.8 for stars. Classic burger was good, but not out of this world and the fries were cold. Now, I do understand that it was a double game night of hockey and football for the city you had a ton of people to feed. But still, lackluster for the price you pay. There was a large amount of seating outside, giving you more room to move and talk, rather than inside. And service seemed polite too.

Service was kind, quick, and easy! I ordered a mushroom burger. It was excellent and ready in no time. I love their sides order bar where you can throw your pickles and ketchup on it there to-go instead of letting it make the bun mushy.I also ordered fries and they were crisp and not incredibly greasy!

I was in Los Angeles for a convention and a few friends and I were hungry so we stopped by here. This place had the best black bean burger Ive ever had. Its a great place for friends to meet up and has amazing customer service!

Love how quick they provide the service, very on-point and they cover all their bases. They routinely have one of their employees checking the inside and Patio area for any Trash or trays that need to be removed and cleaning the tables. I was there for the Anime Expo and love their chicken tenders

Ive been to many of these Nashville hot chicken pop-ups, but this place for sure takes the win for me. The chicken is always tender and the flavor is consistently on point. For anyone who asks me where to try hot chicken, Blazin is where Im sending them.

My all time favorite place for tacos. Ive been to so many taco spots and nothing ever tops this place. The pork belly taco is my favorite and I dont even like lemonade but their mint lemonade is to die for. Most of the time its not very crowded. They also have a variety of hot sauces to choose from.

This is the go to place for my son and me when we go to a LA Kings game at the Staples Center. The burgers are delicious! The buns are soft and proportioned to the burger and the meat is fresh. Orders are ready quickly.

Horrible. Terrible service and the staff couldn’t care less. They don’t tell you until after you’ve ordered about the terrible wait times. If you positively absolutely want to be late to your event then this is the place. What a terrible way to start an event.

The foods good with a quick turnaround. 3 stars because the employees didnt look like they wanted to be there. They werent outwardly rude, but they werent friendly or accommodating either. Its possible today may have been an off day for them.

The double avocado and bacon is to die for ... Meat was perfectly cooked and portion was just right, no waste no foul.

Kevin Rodriguez was very helpful with my sisters allergy. They messed up on my burger two times, but they remade it so the 3rd time it was perfect. The shakes are good here! I do feel like smash burger has decreased burger size but increased prices.

Not a great experience here. The burgers were nice, but the fries were incredibly dry. The milk shakes can be melted and lack the actual flavor you requested (strawberry or peanut butter). Also pricey for what youre getting.

Good burgers for a fair price, and you can get a big beer instead of a soft drink for an extra six bucks. Compared to the food inside Staples Center, a little better and a little cheaper. Same beer in Staples costs $12. Good place to go before the game.

Idk the burger was tasty enough. Seemed like quality neat but was a tad small for the cost! Barely any avocado to call it a avocado burger in my opinion. Yeah I get that you pay more cause of location but dont skimp of the meal to pay the Bills! Id eat again there Id someone else is paying 🤣

Prices here are VERY high but it is located in a tourist trap. Location is a better smash option compared to others in the LA area, best are still in texas though quality wise, it just never carried over well to California both taste and service wise.

Don’t come here. It’s ridiculously expensive and overpriced for a burger meal! Go walk or drive to Chick-Fil-a or In-N-Out or Five Guys! It’s much better and way better customer service. OR just go to a much better experience!

The place is not very ... The burgers are not the most delicious and they are few. A small assortment of food. You need to try a little better to pull out at least one more star! Little space and not very polite staff! Grow as fast as possible!

We went at a busy time during Anime Expo but we weren’t waiting too long. My burger was amazing with bacon and avocado, loved the sweet potato fries. The Dr. Pepper was out which made me a little sad but that’s okay.

I had never had one before and Smashburger had been so hyped up, I expected to be disappointed but I wasnt. It was awesome! I especially loved the soft fresh bun although everything about it was really good. Ill go back .

Came here before a lakers game and it was very busy.We took our orders very quickly and the food was ready almost instantly. The burgers were great and had fresh draft beer. This was a great place and will be back next year for our lakers game!

Once was enough, I dont understand why people rave about this place? Its slow fast food and but very good, unless you like salty and greasy. A friend took me there, and they paid, I didnt like the fries or the burgers but the place was busy and I cant figure out why?

Ok. So we just got our food delivered. Really?! This might be the smallest portion of fries ever. Why even bother? I attached a pic. (Also, the other fries looked exactly like this) That is really the size that we received without touching it or eating any of it. I cant believe we just spent 40$ on these portions. And the burger was so-so. We were so excited to try it out but it is sooooo not worth it. I wasnt going to write a review but the phone is off the hook or something so I couldnt even call to rectify the situation.

Smashburger is tasty but the burgers and chicken sandwiches are small and expensive. Had the triple double burger.... way too much cheese and grease for my taste. Sweet potato fries are delicious. Restaurant can get very busy when events are happening at staples center or LACC. Service is usually quick, servers are sometimes cold and seem burnt out. Havent tried the shakes but ive heard theyre good.

If you want to spend $15 for an okay Burger some mediocre french fries and possibly a drink, then this is your place.If you want to eat at LA Live just for the ambience I definitely recommend it. Otherwise if you want to eat a good burger youre better off going to Red Robin or maybe even In-N-Out.
