Giving 4 stars because food is generally good for price. Don’t order the salmon plate if you’re craving salmon though because you will receive the most miserable, meager, minor, and all the adjectives for small, amount of Salmon. I swear my plate was 90% vegetable and potato. Disappointed and dissatisfied with it to such a level that I didn’t even feel like eating the plate anymore. The level of let down I feel rn is insane. I got three pieces of salmon that fit in the palm of my hand. Look at the lemon wedge for comparison. Do better guys.

Visting from Austin, Texas. This is a nice spot. We got the chicken and waffles, philly cheesesteak, and bacon egg cheese sandwich. All were good. There is also a nice art peice about 20 feet from there.

La Cafe is a solid eatery with a good diverse menu. The staff are great and very welcoming. I can see this as a potential regular.

I love their club sandwich here, and I will for the most part drive out of my way of getting one. They additionally have an incredible choice of lunch things, smoothies, and obviously, espresso. This is a little bistro that offers open air seating and incredible assistance. In any case, I would enthusiastically prescribe going to this spot for lunch or espresso.

One of the best cafe in the downtown with wide range of food .Anytime there is line but worth the wait . We tried the Vegan burger . It was one of the best ever had in a while .Hospitality is to the point and good seating for the customers

I haven’t had the pleasure to try all of the dishes here but the ones I have, has not disappointed:). Love the service here always so nice. I can’t wait to come back. Sandwich and chips is a great combo. They have an extensive menu with great pastries, you won’t be disappointed, it’s a great place to take the family after having a stroll around downtown Los Angeles. Best cafeteria ever! And the cleanest, too! To my previous company, the cafeteria was dull, dirty, and chaotic. Chairs and tables were everywhere. But this cafeteria was very peaceful and their chairs were well-organized. The attendants were very kind and polite. And their food was to-die for, very yummy!

A modern cafe that offers a wide range of varieties of good food and drinks in the city. We had our lunch here yesterday, after our meeting. Their meals were very delicious and have the best taste I had so far. The place was great and had a relaxed ambiance. I will come back and dine here again with family.

Her Lobster 🦞grilled cheese🧀@ was fabulous and I was so glad that she couldnt finish it. This place always has a long wait. You know what that means? This place is good! I will definitely say that it is better than Bills Cafe.Everything that Ive ordered so far has come out in a huge portion. That I love. I think I always come home with enough food for the next meal.I dont really like L.A. Cafe so I usually order their lunch items. My favorite is their steak sandwich. For the price you pay, its insane how much meat you get in your sandwich. Definitely sharable. The hash browns are also crispy and tasty.My husband got a side of coffee bread with this griddle and I just loved it. I dont think that is a choice you get at Bills.

This is a must-see when visiting this place. Definitely stop by during the midday hours to get a nice view of the sunset and the city lights. Our server was attentive and gave us advice about how to make the best of the rest of our stay there. Food was great and cheap as well! The area is calm but not the best for the young ones.

I have been here usually at this point and they are consistent with the kind of their coffee, bagels. They had the most agreeable and obliging delegates I have met. I eagerly proposed their Latte, people! Visit them.

I like your coffee shop really much. It was really organized and clean. It has plenty of seating as well. An outstanding service was given by the owner and his chosen workers and it inspired me to return again. Both the coffee and tea pots were really tasty. I am very happy with that! Terrible service but the food is good. Ibwork for a food delivery service and hate picking up here. The employees act like you are bothering them. Their system for pick up is awful the worst Ive seen in three states. There is always a long wait and they dont pay attention. Always multiple employees conversating not helping.

The employees are very nice but a little hard of hearing (not trying to be rude). Maybe turn the music down a bit? Every time I come in I have to yell my order and repeat myself more than twice. I’ve gotten donuts in the past and they are good but a little overpriced in my opinion. I was a little disappointed in their “big plate” of seared salmon. The portions are not big. There is more veggies than anything. The salmon was good, but a little bland, have had and made a lot better. It was cut into nuggets (?) which caught me off guard lol. The mashed potatoes were actually my favorite part of this plate. Their Thai tea though is definitely amazing. One of my favorites for sure. Their is always a line when I stop by, but the wait isn’t long at all! Small front house area that feels a little cramped at times, with little seating outside.

The atmosphere of this restaurant makes you feel as if youre dining in a 5-star establishment. It was so refined and refined. Its the ideal setting for a romantic dinner date. The wait staff was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely return to this restaurant and will tell everyone I meet about it!

There are many coffee shops here where you can get amazing coffee, but this is the best of the best. Honestly, I dont really like coffee but when I tasted one of the flavors, I was wondering how they made it. I am always surprised and delighted to taste such savory! They also have delicious desserts here. Must try!

They have tasty breakfast sammies on biscuits and a small outdoor seating area. Dogs are allowed outside. They have full bean coffee to takeaway and make at home. Staff was friendly and speedy with service.

I live across the street and eat here often, usually after work; I get off late, so it’s one of the few things open for a quick bite besides taco trucks or pizza. It’s on the pricier side, but the quality is usually good, the service is friendly and the portions are decent. I enjoy their mango & goat cheese salad, chicken nuggets and chili cheese tots!However, the last few times they’ve really dropped the ball, which is why I’m giving them 3 stars.The food has always taken at least 10-15 minutes to come out (if not more), since it’s a popular location, but the last time I stopped by they gave me 5 chicken nuggets instead of 6 with no dipping sauce (not dry nuggets, yikes!). I ended up running back down (good thing I live across the street) to grab the sauces, but they wouldn’t give me the missing nugget lol, very poor customer service that time. The visit prior to that I waited almost 30 minutes just for a salad that they had to quickly make once I asked about my order because somehow they’d lost/forgotten it. Will consider other options before coming here again.

Amazing view, delectable drinks, and delectable food! This is a must-see when visiting this place. If you come in the afternoon, bring a hat because the sun is high. My recommendation is to go at 3 p.m. and see the sunset and the city lights at night. Our server was attentive and gave us advice about how to make the best of the rest of our visit. Needed food late night after a Dodger game and a lost luggage incident. Got some great sandwiches made with quality ingredients that were not skimped on. Side of potato chips that were hand cut and about perfect!

I found out about this restaurant after asking one of my colleagues, who suggested it to me. When she said they had the best lasagna in town, she wasnt lying! Im glad I tried this restaurant! Highly recommended, particularly if you like lasagna!

I dont know why the food is delicious and the staff is so cool. They got it all. Just the homeless walk around but they got security. Is better to be ready to pay for parking or pick up to go.

Great place for breakfast or lunch! I don’t eat pork and I was pleasantly surprised that they have turkey bacon and chicken sausage! I ordered a bunch of things for my family, I love that they serve tator tots with the food! Everything was really good but I LOVED my breakfast burrito! They delivered the food to our hotel, it was quick and they driver was so nice! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This restaurant is fantastic! They provide exquisite delicacies such of pasta bolognese, which again is my favourite theme! They cooked all this, and their sauce is delectable! My father recommended this restaurant to me, and they liked it as well!

He went over every aspect with the barista, who was an expert on coffee. He even assisted me when I purchased coffee packets to carry around. The team members were courteous and welcoming. That coffee exceeded my expectations. It was worth it to savor it. Well be back here again soon!

Cruised in on my lunch break to pick up my to-go order. Staff was very friendly, decorated quote nicely, and the food was hella dope. I got a mushroom burger. The handwritten doctors had no trouble reading their workers because they were so qualified. Pharmacy that is inexpensive! This store deserves recognition for delivering excellent customer service. The room was well-ventilated, and the inventories were neatly arranged and displayed. Please dont be hesitant to come; they will undoubtedly assist you! This drugstore was one of my favorites because it provided us with nutritious food.

A good 24 hour cafe that has everything from baked goods to large dinner plates. I enjoy their burgers and baked sweets. Most of the seating is out doors. They also deliver. Good for any meal and late night grub sessions.

Stopped by for breakfast pastries. Thieir croissants and cream cheese Danish were soft and delicious. Stayed a week at a hotel downtown and I came here 3 times for their pastries. Will definitely be back.

This place hath changed. Spent about $30 there only to bite into distasteful food. Thee tuna sandwich or Pickle relish and Tuna sandwich because the pickle relish was all I tasted. As for the Cheesy Egg B—— where, because they had cut an entire onion and placed it on the sandwich, barely any bacon, barely any cheese, and the scrambled egg was over cooked, bread soggy. Horrible. Sandwich was giving everything hellisric expect for the actual pleasure of eating it! I’m scared to drink the smoothie that’s probably where the food poisoning is, idk 🤷🏽‍♀️

The breakfast food was surprisingly good, but due to COVID-19, it is dine outside (basically in the street) or take out. It is not the best neighborhood with lots of homeless people wondering around. My wife had a sort of eggs benedict with pesto. I had the lumberjack special which was way too much food. BTW, their large juice is LARGE.

We were able to walk right in, no wait. I thought from the reviews I read that it was a diner but it’s only has seating out front and a few bar top seats inside. We found a table out front no problem. Coffee was tasty as well. Definitely recommend. Everything is nice. Must try.

Well this is what I call a big sandwich. It was good but nothing special either. What can you expect from a turkey sandwich anyways? Haha. Tiny space outdoors so good luck grabbing a space. On our recent visit, I asked the waiters to help make the night extra special as I planned to propose to my girlfriend after our meal. They ensured we had the perfect romantic table and helped me pull off the surprise without a loop. And she said yes! This restaurant will always be a special place for us.

The Salmon Tacos were good but i didnt get to try the mango salsa because it was out of stock. The steak tacos are really good. The customer service was great. They have a restroom available for customers only but a person went in last night. We were waiting for 10 to 12 minutes. We decided to leave.I didnt see the tables being wipe down just plates being removed. I am mentioning this because it Downtown LA so, homeless people will sit down and ask for money then eat off left over food from plates. With viruses travel around just one purell hand sanitizer wont cut it. Washing tables after customer leave will help.There are four seats available inside the restaurant. They werent wipe down after customer were done eating. But again last night a guy was taking up two seats reading, with a backpack, a sleeping bag and backpack. But, he had his foot on resting on the other sit.

We ate at this restaurant for dinner, and it was by far the most enjoyable dining experience weve ever had. The service went above and beyond what was expected. Over the years, theyve maintained a high level of food and service. This is by far the best restaurant Ive ever seen! They have a large menu with a wide range of dishes. The pastry that I requested tasted the best absurd. It feels substantial rather than a light surface when you eat it. In any case, I went there chiefly for espresso, so I had three cups. Not clearly espresso fiend, joking aside. No sugar downright espresso, and I appreciated them all. I made some incredible memories here!

Waited for the food twice and both times the order was wrong. The girl who originally took my order was sweet but the other girl I encountered when addressing the wrong order was rude and dismissive. The owners need to get their business in order.

Adding a review for L.A. Cafe today :) loved their Christmas lights and the hot air balloons, especially the big one you see when you walk in from the entrance by the vessel. The colors are so pretty!!!! Great for photos and fun to just walk around. Do wear your mask if you’re coming! It feels a bit crowded so try staying 6 feet apart from others. The Cafe close around 8pm so come earlier if you plan on doing some eating!

The hot boiled fish contained habanero peppers! A fantastic take on the dish! The cumin lamb was also decent. Salt and Pepper chicken is the best dish ever. I definitely recommend this place for the spicier options on the menu. Quick service and awesome food served!

I have been to this restaurant for close to 4 years. The owner is very friendly and brings their definite hometown flavor to the recipes. It is so difficult in this area to find a good menu and this one is great. I have traveled to many places and I also tried their best menu and no one compared this one. I so love the place and the accommodation of the staff members. We all love it!

I love this place. Its open late which is perfect for going out in downtown beforehand. I usually get the Lobster grilled cheese and the tomato bisque soup which is perfect. Their chai is some of the best Ive had in LA. So good. So so good. The sandwich is really rich so I usually get the half. Full is just the same size but more stuffing. I thoroughly enjoy this place. Theyve got good paninis and great breakfast items. Their chili is good too. Shoot, just walk in, close your eyes and point. You will not be disappointed. The Orange Julius is also good. Just go. Go!! The place is tiny and youre lucky to have a seat inside. There is some seating outside. The location is downtown so dont expect the outside to be too clean. Also, its dog friendly and they sale dog treats.

LA CAFE has the best breakfast burrito in the game. Theyre smoothies & shakes are really good too. This is my go to place when Im overwhelmed & dont know what I want to eat I know I can come here. I always think its best if you call them directly & order your food for pick up !

While walking around DTLA, we happen to pass by LA Cafe. For it being located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, we felt comfortable eating outside the cafe. The outside dining area may be limited and non spacious but it is well-maintained and clean.The mango and goat cheese salad was absolutely scrumptious. It was so delicious, I ordered it again for delivery at home on a separate occasion. The ingredients all together were a perfect harmony!Highly recommend this spot. The wait can be long at times but its worth it! I would recommend it for delivery because parking can be a little of a hassle.

First time trying this place.SERVICE: was amazing !!! The lady who helped us she was very nice. My tum yum soup was a bit spicy for me so when I let the lady know she said we will make you a new one with a smile on her face . No attitude was given. Even though I wasnt a big fan of their soup, I gave them 5 stars for their amazing customer service. Cream cheese wonton was very delicious and the fried dumplings were very yummy. Will definitely come back here more often. Environment is cozy and very welcoming.

Food was good, but getting our food was a bit disorganized. The chipotle chicken wrap was pretty good, their pastrys also looked amazing.

The flatbreads are delicious! Very disappointed that they discontinued the stuffed shells. They were incredible. Still a good place for vegan food.
