Good food at fair prices. The breakfast burrito was huge, with plenty of meat and not too much hash brown filler; and the just spicy enough salsa was the perfect complement. The burger was also well served and the chopped lettuce and dressing made it feel like an old school mom-and-pop spot.
One of South Gates hidden gems the food here tastes great, definitely a majority plus that the menu has a variety to choose from either America, to Mexican and my personal favorite Mediterranean food! My go to in South Gate in regards to getting a bang for your buck!π€

Clean and Good Value on Jr. Hamburger Family Pack ! 5 burgers, fries, and soda. Most family packs only serve a family of 4 and run over 20.00. The Breakfast plates are also a Great Value. The table area is cut into 3 dinning areas. So we were able to be separated and felt better about that. π
My wife and I just had the breakfast number# 3, which consisted of hers being three eggs hash browns four pieces of bacon and toffee. I had three eggs hash browns 4 sausages and orange juice. In my opinion it was a good meal good servings and tasty. We enjoyed it. We recommend this place.

Man.. this is the MacDaddy of all mom n pop Burger joints. Everything is tasty and I love how every time I order fries.. they are consistently crunchy and well seasoned... which something I always enjoy when I frequent burgers and fries. Not to mention they have 1 million and 1 items to order and I havent been disappointed yet.

Stopped by to have coffee and take out dinner at Hercules Burgers on Chapman Ave. in Orange and had a great experience. While waiting for my order to go talked with the owners that were very pleasant and Jessica the waitress was so helpful and pleasant. I am very fussy with my coffee and it has to be fresh and it was.

My family and I went thru drive thru for lunch. We didnt know what to pick because it all looked great and the prices/specials were great also. The drive thru cashier was one of the worst I have ever come across. She was RUDE, PUSHY and had we not been so hungry we would have just left. We were missing a portion of our order so we took our bag in to askf ro the missing portion and AGAIN, RUDE AND INSISTENT that she didnt miss anything until she checked the bag and then gave us what was missing in an annoyed manner. I would return for the food/price but hope we never have to see that cashier again. Once she helps you, you wont forget her....RUDE!
Worst experience! I ordered a ham and cheese omelette and it was the burnt I wish I had taken a picture of the omelette to show it.The hash browns were dry and over cooked and the sourdough was burnt as well. They should be embarrassed to sale such nasty and expensive food. I will personally never eat there again!

Never again will we go to Hercules Burgers on Imperial in Downey. I went again today and again for the third time they messed up on my order. I asked for a burger with only ketchup nothing else. How simple is that. I got a burger with everything on it. OMG cant the cooks read!!!.only ketchup means only ketchup in plain English. This happened to me again on Saturday Oct 17. They lost my business. They are stupid.
Love that this place has the beyond burger! And the zucchinis here are so good! I also notice they have great deals here unlike any other Hercules. Will be coming to this one for now on!

Every time I have eaten here it has always been good. They also offer the beyond burger so thats cool since Im vegetarian. Only reason that I have to give it 4 stars is because if you arent getting one of there great specials than it can get expensive.
I love coming here for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Ive tried a bunch of different things and its pretty much all good. The only complaint I have is that when you ask for fresh fries they literally (cause Ive seen it with my own eyes) take the cold/warm fries and throw them back into the oil and get them hot for you. That would be fine if I didnt have an Autistic Son at home who is picky with the texture and temperature of his french fries. But thats really it. Its always a toss up with the fries FOR US lol

Well I have came to this place over 15 years ND I watched it get a nice face lift...I drive by this place almost every day..i have always loved coming for breakfast. .but today they took the 1st place trophy. ..I arived @11:05...ordered #6 NY steak and eggs my fave...and a BLT on white for the wife....30 min later the cashier approached our table and advices me we ran out of steaks. .she asked if I wanted to replace it with something else. ..well I couldnt because my wife works @the neighborhood Walmart on paramount and starts @12:00 so I couldnt wait...so now I have to ask for the BLT to go and they gave me a refund. On my #6....well all I have to say if a bigg fumble on their part...they just lost an old customer Im a big advocate on customers service.but you always hear people say why doesnt someone tip...and Im a big tipper. .but this breaks a place for me....SORRY

This place has a taste I cannot compare to anybody else. Everybody is always willing to help you here. Even if youre just sitting down having a burger that will always ask you if you want something else is there anything they can do for you . Service like this goes a long way in my opinion. This is literally the service you get in a high-dollar joint. Nobody has a nasty attitude nobody is too tired to fetch you a refill of your favorite beverage. It is for this reason that I give this place Hercules Burgers 5 stars above and beyond. I have been going to a very popular hamburger place for a long time. I went there for a chicken dinner plate and they said there wasnt anymore. They couldve put up a sign or something. I ordered the club sandwich and my wife and I had better. Over all it was okay.

Excellent burgers
Their portions are HUGE. The food is typical burger joint food (nothing extraordinary about it). Now the prices... WOW. The word outlandish comes to mind. For a run of the mill burger joint, their prices are ridiculous! We ordered a bacon, chili, cheeseburger special which included fries and a drink. Also, a steak sandwich special and a side order of fried zucchini. Our total came out to just over $54. For those prices I could have (and should have) gone to a diner to have a better quality restaurant burger. $54 would have paid for both our meals with a hefty tip for the waitress too.
2 words: breakfast burritos! Breakfast specials come with small coffee, perfect size and delicious food. Good. Fast service at the drive thru. They take cards for payment too.

Received my food expeditiously and those fries are EVERYTHING!!! DELICIOUS!! I HAD A Chili CHEESE BUrger combo and it was delicious but it would have been better with out mustard and all that lettuce!!
Their prices are on the high end for burgers. If you pay with a credit card or debit card they charge a fee and they tax the fee as well. Check your receipts people.
Great food but long waits even when ordering ahead of time
I grabbed lunch here and it was greatMy husband got the steak and eggs and a club sandwich for me. They serve a ton of delicious fries and the steak was cooked to the point. You also get neverending refill of your drink. :) Good staff, prices are worthy of the food we got and the overall feel of the place is great. Definitely will come back!
The variety of menu items are, quality of ingredients, friendly staff, location, and Flavor! Quaint atmosphere. My partner gets the Bacon Cheese-burger BTW;the Tortas are the Bomb!!

Hercules is pretty good. Their food has been pretty good, but sometimes inconsistent. Like with the breakfast burritos. Sometimes theres plenty of meat and other times its filled mostly hashbrowns. If they can keep it consistent, Im sure I will upgrade them to a 5.
Sunday-Thursday theyre open until 12AM. Friday & Saturday theyre open until 2AM. Food is good. The fries are always bland.

Hercules is always consistent. They have a great breakfast menu as well as great breakfast deals. The staff is friendly the owner is very obliging. And its very clean.

Came with my family for dinner and the food was amazing. Burgers tast delicious and their fries were crispy on the outside and soft within. Now, Im a big fan of chili cheese fries and by far are the best! Staff was friendly, outside patio, nice and up to date environment. Will be trying their breakfast soon!
Best deals in town. Breakfast burritos are cheap, and filling. The burgers and fries are wonderful. Their chicken salads are huge and delicious. Basically they make tasty food, with large servings, and are priced very affordably.
I have tried but service trumps food I b.c. this case. I have visited the location at least 12 times. Family pack burger special 5 burgers etc for great price. Problem is employees dont get orders correct after you say it 5 times no exaggeration and on top of that my 11 year old bit into his burger pulling a plastic bread end tie out of his mouth. Food is great but we are humans not animals. We have choices on many many places to eat at and service is a major issue when so many places cook your order correct the very first time with a smile
This used to be 5 stars. But at this location since August their food got terrible. Rubbery bacon half cooked and the has browns were terrible. They are uncooked on the inside and burnt on the outside. They are even hard to chew and taste stale. I dont know what happened. It used to be soooooo good.

First of all I was charged $10 on (4) special $1.99 each. I got back $10.00 dollars out a $20 dollar bill, do the math! Fries were burnt and like 10 fries in the baggie, burger no flavor and the burgers were all in a big bowl after cooking, so you know the temperature was not right! So they did not put under heat and was just grabbing the meat to put on a bun. The lady at the window was looking at me like I really wanted two free orders when I was waiting for (2) orders they did not give me!!! The man that helped me walked to get another order so how did they come to the conclusion that I had received my complete order!!. Last day for the special you would think it couldve ran smoother!! Im hard on customer service!!! They failed!!!

It took an hour to get our breakfast on a Sunday afternoon βΉοΈβΉοΈ doesnt deserve a star at all. People ordering after us got their orders first. Well decided to change it to 3 Stars because the owner did a full refund and still gave us the food I felt bad because I know theyre working it, but felt they were not organized in my first visit ever to this place.
The food and cleanliness is good. I recommend this place.
