Didnt have what I need it but try to call others that might have But no luck

Bought injectors from here first week of December 2019, had the cores returned in 3 weeks. End of January over 30 days later I called wondering where my core refund was, and they informed me it would take 90 days to receive it, which I thought was weird... Called in the beginning of April 2020 after still not receiving it and they made a bunch of excuses and transfered me from dept to dept. And here we are 4-28-20, still no refund! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

These guys are the best. Helped me track down a part that they dont supply, and did it with a smile. Courteous and very knowledgeable. They will get my business any chance I have to give it!!! They went well above and beyond!!!

I was pleasantly surprised. I needed rebuilt injectors for my Prevost bus. The dealer said they were back order 4-6 weeks. Internet diesel sent me a rebuilt exchange set of injectors in 24 hours I was back on the road. Glowing review for great service. Thank you Internet Diesel.

Surprised you people are still in business. It’s been 11 years now since I purchased a S60 turbo from you guys. Shortly after mounting it up it started puking oil out the turbine side. That wasn’t the reason for a poor review though. “Larry” sent a shipping label to have it picked up and returned and after months of phone tag and no turbo I finally gave up. No turbo and no refund. Hope someone reads this and is saved the grief. I’ll check back in another 11 years to see if your still in business.

I had Purchased a Caterpillar C15 Long block From Internet Diesel, Fair Price fast shipping everything was going smooth until I found out that I also needed some Hardware (special Bolts) probably misplaced by the truck shop doing the install anyway Caterpillar no longer sells the Hardware for the Jake Brake on my engine. I called my Salesman at Internet Diesel within less than hour, He went out found Special hardware I needed to get my truck on the road. This was way above and beyond helpful. I cant say enough good things about Internet Diesel and there staff. Top Notch

I am a returning customer for Internet Diesel and have been working with them for the past 5 years. They have great prices and the customer service is great. I have ordered remanufactured cylinder heads, injectors, and turbos from them with no issues. My company also orders new kits with them and have never had an issue. 4/30/2019I bought a cylinder head, cam, injectors, In frame kit, ecm tune from these guys a year and a half ago. Getting the “correct” parts and all of the parts took over a month. The head machining was poor, the injectors are garbage, the cam is junk and not properly hardened. The ecm took 3 times of sending back and forth and was still wrong. One of which had insane timing advance which may or may not have been the cause of 2 cylinders with cracked rings(I never use ether, so that’s not the cause). I ended up having someone else do it. George never calls you back, the manager doesn’t care or do anything to get stuff straightened out. Absolutely THE WORST experience I have ever had in buying parts from any company ever. Should have bought local and bought from the dealer because I’m back into it again a year and a half later. If you are thinking the prices look appealing, they’re not. You’ll be at the dealer buying it again so just go there from the start, at least they stand behind their parts for the money. Places like these guys can easily cause a owner operator to fold. You’ve been advised.EDIT: 5/2/2019it’s quite ironic how one day after I submitted my review, 2 separate reviews pop up the very next day trying to counter argue my experience? I wish you could upload pictures I bought a cyclinder head for my Detroit 12.7 back a September 2019 shipping was a little slow not thier fault. I sent back my cyclinder head which they received on October 2. In return for my core refund which had to pay for freight shipping which was 400$. they said they didnt have the cam caps .so I sent that over they official had everything on October 9. 30 days I past i message them they tell me I need to wait for approval mind you they had the cyclinder head since October 2 come November 2 nobody contacts me about my refund.i contact them on December 20 and get told by the guy who I been talking to the entire time about buying my cyclinder head and the refund to email vanessa a another person .so I emailed her at least 2 weeks no reply. So I called the guy put me on hold and hung i called at least 2 more times continually which he picked up and hung up and then the phone went to voicemail . this place is a joke to conduct bussiness this way they just want your money and and void customer service. They are refusinge togive me my refund ...I cant review the cyclinder head becuase I have not used my truck I hope that doesnt give me any issues as well..not reccomend unless you live in near by

Worked with Hector and Hank in ordering a reconditioned Cummins 8.9 Cylinder Head and my husband and I are 100% satisfied took 3 days to get here from date of order and the price was very reasonable we are happy with the customer service. My husbands truck is back on the road and good to go.Took less than a week for them to check the core and refund us so we are very pleased, Vanessa was very sweet and responsive.If my husbands truck ever needs any other parts I know exactly who to call.Thank you guys!

Internet Diesel has the most amazing customer service, very knowledgeable and friendly parts department staff. This is very well stocked, very rarely do they say that they need to order the parts in from another branch.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..... We bought something several months ago in which we returned a core to them via FedEx. They were suppose to pay for shipping but since Bill of Lading was incorrectly filled out, the bill was sent to our company instead. We have gotten one excuse after another from George and Vanessa about why payment hasnt been made yet to FedEx. Now this bill has went into collections. Months ago, Vanessa said it has been paid, but yet we keep getting bills, then she said check got lost so they put stop payment, now she says they are waiting for 3rd party to give them discount and they dont deal w/ FedEx directly.So tired of the continuous lies. We are a small family business and cant afford this going against our credit. Just pay the bill already like you said you would during the many recorded telephone conversations weve had!!** In response to your reply... the 1st company you sent to p/u core refused to take the package, even though we packaged it the same way as we received it - then YOUR company, not us, arranged for FedEx to p/u, in which they did - now you are lying your way out of paying freight bill.

Our company has a fleet of over 30 trucks and deal with tons of parts specialist but this was by far the worst. You will stay on hold forever, Ive been waiting on a return for over a week for a part i never received and no one will call you back. I do not recommend doing business with them

I spoke with Hector on the phone last week, explained a 6.0 Ford rebuild request and he said they would do the work. After getting the motor ready for pick up, I called Hector and Internet Diesel to arrange. It has been one week and no answer or return call. So much for giving these guys a chance, if they cant even pick up the phone chances are I dont want to leave my expensive motor with them!!!

I am a local customer here in los angeles california. This company is always reliable and i usually work with George, he is prompt to return calls and messages. I ordered a set of volvo injectors last month and am ordering another set for another truck today. I dont like doing repairs to my truck but when I do George isgets me the parts right away.

I called to get quote on a part and spoke with Vanessa gonssalez she put me on hold and i can hear her talking badly a bail bondsman.she was really saying bad things-I thought to my self why is a young woman doing business with a Bail Bondsman. I became very frightened of mrs. gonsalezattitude. I dont want to do business with a woman who bails people out of jail all the time. she frightens me .i saw a decent company with law abiding citizens to work with .

Call wait for 40 minutes on the guy to give me an answer on the part that I was looking and he just hang off the call without any answer, I call again and they put me on hold again and no body answer, I think if you go to the store they might give you a fast answer on what you are looking for because through the phone you dont get a respond.

My dad had me do a research for an ISX cummins long block, the price George gave me was very low compare to others. the long block was ship the next day and arrived in less then a week. Thank you for the savings.

Bad customer service and deception tactics. They arranged shipping for the core return and then the shipper refused to pick up. They then sent Fed-Ex to pick up a $1000 core and Fed-Ex charged us $2900. No offer to assist with the bill from Fed-Ex and gave us the run around for 3 months.

WORST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH I PURCHASE A SET OF INJECTORS AN A TURBO CHARGER, THEY WERE SHIP ON TIME BUT THE PROBLEM NOW IS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR AND THEY HAVE NOT REFUND MY DEPOSIT MONEY FROM THE INJECTORS $600.00 EVERY TIME I CALL THEY SAID THAT MY REFUND IS BEEN APPROVED AND IT WILL BE ON MY CARD BY FRIDAY BUT IS BEEN 8 MONTHS AND THAT FRIDAY NEVER GETS HERE AND IF I CALL THEY JUST PUT ME ON HOLD FOR LONG PERIOD OF TIMES.

If I could give it zero stars I would, avoid this company at all costs, junk parts, wont refund what they say they will, takes forever to get the refund and have to keep calling them back, terrible customer service from parts department, have extra hidden fees that they tell you they cant refund, will never do business with them again and will not recommend them to anyone either, very expensive mistake buying these parts

My problem has been solved, it was bad communication, they already sent me 6 new injectors to replace the ones that gave me problems in the electrical part. Very good attention by the person who attended me in Spanish. I apologize for the previous comment, it was only bad communication between the assistant who attended me in English and I everything has a solution if there is a problem they just have to talk to the right person
