Nicolas and his team are absolutely amazing. 25years ago I designed a ring for my wife. When we received it, we were blown away. It is breathtaking! And there isn’t another ring in the world like it! Whenever we have walked into a local jeweler to have her ring cleaned, they always say “That is beautiful! You obviously didn’t buy that here.” The quality is top notch and no one can come close to beating his prices. We continue to recommend him to all our friends and family. Where do I start with this. Bridal diamond palace is a dream come true. We couldnt have been more fortunate to run into Neil with bridal diamond palace. I started ring shopping for my fiancee & visited at least 15 different stores. I grew more & more frustrated after each visit as I could not find anything worth a second look or find someone who can help bring out my vision of what I wanted the ring to look like. Extremely frustrated, it wasnt till I walked into bridal diamond palace & was greeted warmly with Neil... never in my mind I thought I would meet a jeweler who is as kind, nice, honest, sincere, genuine, professional, friendly & is not at all a pushy salesman. Before we even talked about a ring, I knew Neil had the personality I wanted to work with & his experience, skill, attention to detail and his yes mentality happily earned my business. I had a ring custom designed & as we discussed the blueprint for the ring he knew exactly what I wanted & offered great suggestions. I was extremely surprised at how reasonable his prices were & after I received the ring I just couldnt believe how great the quality was for what I had paid. His attention to detail is superb. Everywhere we go my now wife gets compliment after compliment & we tell them to go see Neil at bridal diamond palace when they ask where we got it from. I vowed that I would not go anywhere else when it came to buying jewelry. If youre in L.A. or California period trust me, it would be worth your while to make a drive to downtown L.A. in the jewelry district and see Neil & his brother at bridal diamond palace.
