This is the BEST medical supplies store. Whatever I need, theyve got. Plus (and this is A BIG PLUS) the staff knows its products and is eager to help. Thats rare! I have always been incredibly well cared for at this Horton and Converse. I consider myself very fortunate to have this store within driving distance. I wouldnt shop anywhere else. Theyve got it AND theyre really nice and knowledgeable as well. Doesnt get any better. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!!

For fifteen years, Maria Sanchez, Ricky and the other staff at Horton and Converse have been extraordinarily and efficiently helpful in meeting all of my medical needs--ranging from bandaging supplies, equipment purchases, and repairs to my wheelchair and hospital bed motor and remote. They continue to provide the services crucial to patients in West Los Angeles, Santa Monica and surrounding neighborhoods. I wholeheartedly recommend Horton and Converse.

I can’t say enough good things about Horton & Converse Medical Supply. If they don’t have something they will order it. I had been previously going to their location on 3rd. But everyone at this location is especially nice (and of course knowledgeable) especially Maria who always goes above and beyond for customers.

I went here years ago and decided to try them again. Really nice and helpful people. I am going back today for gloves.

I normally fill my prescription at the Horton & Converse at St. Johns. However, for the first time ever, today they were out of stock for the medication that I take each month. After much debate, I decided to not even try the larger chains (CVS, Walgreens...), so I drove a little further to H&C. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately and within 10min I was out the door.I suppose if there was one negative, its that their systems arent connected, so they had to redo my insurance information at this location. But, considering it takes all of 30seconds, I wouldnt even consider it a downside.If you havent tried H&C yet, I highly, highly recommend giving them a try. You really cant go wrong. Theyre friendly, fast, & have a personal touch that you just dont get at the big chains. I will definitely continue using H&C as my main pharmacy, & its nice to that that I can get the same service at another location. Keep up the good work!

Patty and Safia are simply the most knowledgeable and caring pharmacist around. They know their stuff and very veey helpful. I live these guys!

This is a fantastic pharmacy. It is not the same as a CVS or Walgreens. they have excellent customer service. Plus they have small files for pills, which are not available at the larger pharmacies. If I lived in the neighbourhood this would be my regular pharmacy, unfortunately do not have one in downtown Los Angeles.

Truly a world class pharmacy with unequally customer service! Ive had pleasure of being a customer of this location if H&C for a few years now, and every month I look forward to my 30 minutes there picking up medications! The staff and pharmacist there are truly the stars of the show! Gracious, caring, knowledgable, and caring, are just the first few adjectives that come to mind when I think about them! They have helped me tirelessly navigate the world of prescription medications and health insurance and since day one have treated me with dignity and compassion after being treated with contempt and distrust by CVS and WALGREENS. Treat yourself to a true neighborhood pharmacy!

They are the best! I came from cvs- they have my things ready, make calls and Im not in line at all. Anyone complaining about the insurance issue-thats their policies. Go to another pharmacy as I hate when people review a place bc of insurance. Ive had a problem once with my insurance and Ive been with my insurance long enough to know they suck

Excellent store of medical supplies. It has a wheelchair rental for 40 usd a week, in addition to a variety of products for rehabilitation and / or therapy. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you with a smile. Spanish speaking. Parking is free by requesting that your ticket be stamped. I would go back without hesitation and highly recommend them.

Its not cheap, but it has a wide variety of items. Parking is validated.
