Hey, peeps! So today i purchased some of those delicious lady M cakes. If youβre curious about those 20 layers of crepe cakes with tasty airy whip cream then i recommend you try it. Theyβre so delicious. Its nothing like, wow! But i like cakesπ° that are really soft and not too sweet . So this is prefect to me. Now if you want something more sweet then try the strawberry shortcake es delicioso!!!Oh, and that pumkingπβ¦ i forgot the nameβ¦ its so good!!! Its a pumking cheesecake. Its perfect, not like a regular pumking cheesecakeβ¦its better than that π
I like this place.. The crepe cakes are unique and a nice treat from traditional cakes. Ive ordered two crepe cakes in the past and the guests have always enjoyed them. I came here for a chill morning and I got that. The cakes are expensive, more so than traditional cakes, so be aware of that. Also, they have free valet parking at this site, but I rather street park.
Its an eye candy for a person who loves a minimalist design. The shop looks very clean and modern looking from the outside. The cakes are also very pleasing to look at. Layer upon layer of crepe and cream. If you like crepes as a dessert then youre going to appreciate their cakes.Ordered my individual serving pieces online during the pandemic season. Order was ready as soon as I came in. One item wasnt available but they automatically refunded me for the missing piece.
I love this location, everyone is always friendly and welcoming. The cakes are great, definitely worth the price. They offer free valet parking, which is very convenient.
Lady M cakes are so delicious. Im glad theres a location in LA - just wish the prices were more wallet friendly.I ordered the signature mille cake slice and the green tea slice. I like both of the flavors, but my favorite is the green tea - it has a nice zing to it.Im glad its far enough from where I live so I dont get tempted to eat here often. Its definitely a nice little treat once in awhile though.
Lady M serves up some of the best crepe cakes in NA! Whenever I am in LA or NYC I will always try to stop by and grab myself a slice. Pricey but so delicious!
Love this spot. Amazing cake. Not that cheap frosting that most cakes are made of. Super high-quality.
Great cakes, worth the price. One of the best customer services iβve ever had. Will be back!
Cakes are delicious. Great service and free valet parking.
I love their cakes, staff is very friendly and helpful.
So delicious but the slices are small and quite expensive.
Lady M takes Mille crepes to a different level. The original is delicate with layered of fresh light cream, the popular matcha comes with an authentic green tea character, and loves its seasonal flavours. Chestnut is βinβ until Dec, with real chestnut pieces. A must try. Friendly and knowledgeable staffs. Zen, white-themed interior.
Rude staff and no parking. Only street parking which is hard to find one and valet. Come on, your attitude represent this store. 2 stars for the cake. No utensils, no napkins in my bag.
The most exquisite cake experience. The delicacy, flavor and construction of the crepe cake is beyond measure. Totally unique desert.
This is hands down the best crepe cake in LA! Other stores might have a similar one but taste wise is absolutely inferior to this one!Price per slice is about $8 or $96 for the whole cake of 12 slices. The goodness makes it totally worth the price. I cant describe how good it is, you really need to try it yourself!Ive sent the whole (frozen) cake out of country by plane, on a 24 hour long flight, twice, though the appearance looked messy once opened, but the taste was still oh so yummy. Up until now, no store can beat this crepe cake from Lady M, ever!
Extremely rude staff with a horrible attitude. After spending $20 on cakes, they refuse to give you a paper plate to eat it with! Really disappointing and rude.
The fruit tarts are awesome! The staff is very nice, and they remember you, and thats always a nice feeling. Also, the pastries always look great! The cakes are decently priced, and always a hit at all the parties Ive taken them to (i get the fruit cake, or tart cake, etc)
Extremely good food. And tbh im not really a pizza fan. But i like Ameci βYou guys are awesome. Thank you for always being on time, even early and always having my food looking delicioso lol
Extremely rude staff, argue with you over nothing. So rude
One of my all-time favorite bakeries for cakes. My favorite has chocolate like mouse filling not the heavy buttercream and the cakes are so moist! Location may be easy to miss so be on the look-out for it. Street parking rt near the fwy.
Black Forest Cake was not edible was just too much terrible. Disappointed first bad experience
Way overpriced mediocre bakery. Signature crepe cake had no flavor, the creme tasts artificial. Strawberry mille feuille was a big disappointment with a chunk of sponge cake inside just to start with, the puff pastry layers were wet and hard instead of light, airy, crispy texture. The coffee was pretty good though, but thats the only thing I enjoyed from my $30 bill for 2 cups and 2 desserts. I loved the interior, the tableware, the napkins, staff uniform, the display - everything looked very promising... But unfortunately the main product fails it.
Parking was hard, thereβs valet or meters nearby. The shop has a very clean aesthetic and service is good. The desserts are a good size but the famous crepe cake slices come in tiny portions and are on the expensive side.I recommend as a one time go but not as a regular retreat. But most importantly, the desserts taste great!
Great place, quality, and staff is very kind and helpful.
The shop looks like a newly renovated place with very basic furnitures. We were sitting indoor and the smell of lemon detergent accompanied our eating experience. We ordered the Marron Mille crepes and was sooo disappointed. The crepes have a crusted edge which tastes like itβs been putting there for a long time while we visited the shop in the morning around 11ish a.m.We came all the way from HK to LA for this cake and had so much expectation. The experience was bad and very disappointing.
Idk how to feel about paying 9$ for burnt pancakes and a can o whip cream. Yea its super fluffy. I might come back but not for 50$/100$ worth of cool whip.
Parking was hard, thereβs valet or meters nearby. The shop has a very clean aesthetic and service is good. The desserts are a good size but the famous crepe cake slices come in tiny portions and are on the expensive side.I recommend as a one time go but not as a regular retreat. EVERY CAKE IS FIRE GO HERE
Its more circular and dense. The outside is perfectly slightly crisp and the inside is airy but also densely filled with layers of butter. It truly is so delicious.
Parking was hard, thereβs valet or meters nearby. The shop itself has a very clean aesthetic and service is good. The desserts are okay sized, but the famous crepe cake slices come in tiny portions and are on the expensive side. Would recommend as a one time go but not as a regular retreat. But most importantly, the desserts taste great! They also serve tea and coffee.
Went there for first time last week and cant wait to go back. the crepe cakes where quite small for a big guy like me. amazing tasting deserts all together, I give 5 star for the taste and 3 star for prices per portion. so average of 4 would be the best I should score . I would go back soon.
This is definitely my absolute favorite and go to bakery ever since the new management. Even though I dont live in Glendale, I drive there anyway for all my dessert needs. I dont have the biggest sweet tooth, but I will never ever order a cake from anywhere else BUT here. If you have not tried their cakes, I cant stress it enough on how amazing they are. Not only do they taste amazing, they will create any cake you can imagine. A must try!!!!
Delicious cakes. Very good quality. Great service. I love this place. Best cakes Iβve ever had.
I came here for my first mille cake experience and it did not disappoint! My friend and I tried the green tea mille and the strawberry shortcake. Both were delicious, but my favorite would have to be the mille. They have beautifully clean indoor and outdoor seating, pleasant ambience, and extremely polite staff. Although it is a cake boutique, their drinks also pair quite nicely with the dessert. Im not sure the exact name of it, but there was a chocolate checkerboard cake that I definitely want to try on my next visit! Cant wait to come again!
I so love their cakes! We bought 2 cakes here once for my parents anniversary. Everyone loved it and some asked where we got the cake. It wasnt only pretty but super delicious too! The price is just right.
I heard many good things about this bakery from all my Chinese friends, I decided to check it out. This is a tiny bakery that has some small tables, but most of people take their order togo. I wouldnt recommend eat here because theres always a long line inside/outside of the shop, making the place not very comfortable for people decided to eat there. The decor is clean and simple, nothing really talk about here. Each slice of cake averages about $8.50. I bought their famous green tea, checkered chocolate, and strawberry cake. Overall, I think their layered cakes are a bit too sweet and filled with way too much cream. The layer itself is interesting, but whatever, because everything in the cake has been taken over by the cream.Look around the store, only Asians come here. And I dont really know the true appeal other than words of mouth marketing. I mean, come, try it once, and see if you like it or not. For me, its okay. I wouldnt waste my time to find a parking to buy cakes from here.
Lady M Cake Boutique has an incredible selection of cheese, olive oils, crackers, balsamics - anything you need to make a next-level charcuterie board. While I would like to see a bigger offering of rose wines, the overall selection of wines is excellent. They also always have the freshest looking flowers.Overall, my favorite food shop in the entire neighborhood.
A bit hard to find, but once you do its worth the effort! Great rooftop location on top of a huge grocery store/ shopping center. They have unique, made in house desserts and they are light and amazing.
Great deal. Great customer service. Great staff and most importantly responsible and dedicated owner! Last minute order and still took care of us and deliver it all the way down to south Orange County!!! A++++
FINALLY got to try this place. We waited about 30minutes to be seated for a party of three on a Sunday afternoon.Because Ive been wanting to try this place since I heard about it NY, my expectations were too high.Overall, great quality cake, but pricey... I tried two popular cakes, the strawberry short cake and the green tea layered cake. Both delicious and soft. Thank god my friend helped me eat them or I would have been sugar high.Parking: Street meter parking IF youre lucky.
You cant go wrong with their signature green tea crepe slices. The unfortunate part is that if you go towards the end of the day, when theyre out they are out. So your selection could possibly be limited if you go there towards the later part of the day. Located near the Beverly Glen shopping center they have valet and street parking.I will say though. Im not a fan of their valet taking up the metered parking spots near the restaurant so it prevents people from people parking on the street when they take those spots.
I live nearby and have tried many of the pastries and baked from there and all of them have been amazing
Best cakes ever. I fly out here every few months just to get this cake. Best ingredients. Fast service. Great.
My cappuccino and cake were absolutely perfect. My guest also really enjoyed his macchiato and cake. I couldnt have asked for anything more from the products themselves. We have ordered Lady M cakes a number of times online so getting to finally attend a venue was really exciting! When my guest and I walked in and were greeted by a whats up, man salutation, I must admit I was a bit turned off. The service continued to be quite...unpolished. But they were friendly so that was good.
We ordered the crepe cake from Lady M and it was an absolute and surreal experience eating that cake. the texture was just unbelievable. totally worth every penny . warning it is not cheap. but again it is worth it!
Worst Lady M shop. Rude, rude and rude! The guy donβt know any basic politeness, ppl next to us ordered take out and was waiting for Uber. He could not even start the sentence of β excuses me. But the table for customer. β instead he just came up said β you guys have to leave. This is for dine in only. βAnd for us, we had 5 people. He insist we cannot all sit gather saying it was a βsafety hazard.β I was annoyed so I kept asking. It changed to βcompany policy.β No curtsy, no politeness what so ever.I know it is a long day of work. Ppl get tired at the end of shift. But this is really unacceptable, so rude my broken English canβt even describe it all. Worst experience ever.
So delicious. We took it to go because they were closing but that caramel cake was amazing. Pricy per slice but delicious and worth it.
The cake is always delicious! Perfect!
Very disappointed by the quality of the cakes going down..I had this before but this time the green tea cake was way too sweet. And they would not take refunds for the rest of the untouched cakes :( will not be coming back
I just wanted to share an experience I had today while stopping by to grab dessert and a birthday cake.It was a hot summer day and your establishment was busy as always. My girlfriend and I were lucky enough to snag the last table indoors at a 4 person table after ordering. While being seated and waiting for our order to arrive I overheard one of your employees letting an elderly couple know that no tables were currently available and that if they wanted, they could pack it up for them to go. Seeing that it was only the two of us at a 4 person table and that we were going to be leaving as soon as we finished our slice of cake and decided on what to buy, I invited the couple to join our table. They were ecstatic that we invited them and were genuinely appreciated the gesture. That great feeling probably lasted for less than a minute before one of your employees informed us that they were not allowed to join our table. With limited seating capacity and the fact that I personally invited them to join me, I dont understand why the elderly couple, one whom obviously had trouble with mobility, were not allowed to join me. Instead your employee insisted that this conduct is not allowed and demanded that the couple leave, harassing us in the process. This behavior is not only disgusting to witness but also degrading to those involved.Your employee only backed off when I told them they were part of my party which he then felt the need to inform me that I would be responsible for the entire check for our combined tables which I graciously consented to. To rub salt in the wounds, when I started talking to the lovely couple they shared a story with me about their first experience at your store about when you first opened and how it was only them and another couple in your store back in the day when you were less well known.I dont know if this is simply how you run your business or teach your employees to do but you guys should honestly review your practices and guidelines. If you want more information about this incident, feel free to reach out to me.
What a beautiful cake and pastry shop!! Prices are a little high in this high rent area, but the shop is just right. We bought a birthday cake for a friend and were VERY popular! Parking can be a pain though...
Name is fancy and bag to carry the bag is added in the cake you order. LolJust because their cake price are high makes you feel their cakes are good ?!Is like you carry a Chanel hand bag or Michael Kor.Nothing special to me! Not going back.
One word, βheavenlyβ. We recently visited Lady M for some dessert and it was great. Just right across Cedars Sinai, so the parking is the only thing thatβs really annoying. They only have metered street parking, thatβs if youβre lucky enough to find one. If youβre the fancy type then you can do valet parking that is worth the same single slice at Lady M. If I were you Iβd look for parking so I can buy one more extra slice. One of my favorite is the green tea layered cake. Itβs really not a cake, but itβs a tower of green tea cream in between thin crepes. Itβs basically a tower of crepe. The first bite is the best. Soooooo creamy. My favorite really is the chocolate layered cake, but itβs not in season yet. Dang it!Each slice coz about $9. The whole cake is for $90 9β and $55 for the 6β. They have a variety of cakes, and you can also order them online.I know itβs pricey, but itβs all worth it when you taste it.
Took me 8 months to finally stop and get out of my car aftet driving past it multiple times a day. The staff were friendly and even offered us a free piece of cake for waiting, which we barely noticed we did because we were mesmerized by all the cakes. We tried 3 different kinds and all were good. Cakes are about $8 a slice, so could be pricey but worth it
The famous mille crepes!!I tried the original flavor and green tea mille crepes. Not a big fan of green tea flavor, the green tea powder on top makes the crepes a little bit bitter. The original flavor is my #1 choice!! The thin layers of the crepes with freshly made whipped cream.... simple & delicious. They are not super sweet; therefore it is addictive to eat slice after slice!Yes, they are a little bit pricey. The whole cake is over $70. However, it is definitely worth to try once! You wont regret!!!
Prices not clearly displayed. Quick service, clean counter. Parking was a challenge. Valet was the only option.
No need to repeat what others have already said. If you like light, fluffy and just sweet enough desserts, head on over. Absolutely stunning.
Do not know if I expect too much for Lady M. The checkers and red velvet are just normal. As the crepes, they are sweet and greasy. The quality is not equal to the price! So disappointed...
Very tasty desserts, a little pricy however worth the money. Coffee also great. But very limited space and crowded. Better to-go
Not worth it. forced gratuity. just a frosting topped crepe or a little flavor.
Great desserts, way too pricy. But really, great desserts, eating them now :)
Sharp foreign object!
The deserts here are to die for. Great staff and location as well. Only ding for me is that the deserts here are relatively pricey compared to other options in then area
All cakes taste good, price a little bit expensive. The reason I didnt give five star is for parking. Valet parking is around 8 bucks for parking 40 minutes.
I would highly recommend this for the sweet tooth - just be prepared to spend a lot and leave craving more because its so so good!
Very good but expensive desert. They would run of out their best selling ones towards the end of their operating hours. Come early.
Great calm place, big Asian crowd, super friendly. Best cakes and teas (recommendations: matcha cake and earl grey tea
Went in to get a slice of the strawberry mille cake and was told that they didnβt have it because strawberries are out of season until March 2019. But then they offered me a slice of strawberry shortcake. : / Yet it is possible to order the whole cake online for pick up in a few days. I did leave w a plain Mille cake slice for $8.50. Aggressive pricing. Just order the whole cake for better value.A few months ago, I ordered the strawberry cake but they messed up the order and gave me a green tea.Sorry you deserve 1 star.
Very tasty food.
We ordered:Chocolate Millie crepe cakeMillie crepe cakeGreen tea Millie crepe cakeRed velvetGateau au ChocolatWe like to eat, a lot. My favorite is the Millie crepe cake. The red velvet was very light and settle. Gateau was rich, but very good. Not a huge fan of the green tea Millie crepe cake.My only gripe is that the crepe cakes didnt seem as fresh as when I had it in New York?
One of ths best places in la for desserts
