How fun to see ice cream made in front of you! Not only do you get a wonderful treat, but a show as well! The plate surface is super cold and your toppings are crushed, then a cup or so of liquid is poured and mixed. Lastly its flatted out like a sheet of paper and scrapped up like a roll versus a scoop. Entertaining to say the least. Valet parking was $3, or you can attempt street parking (not easy)!

Holy Roly has an interesting way of making ice cream that’s not very common in LA. They roll the ice cream and make it for you on the spot! I also find the fact that they have a glass window in front of them so you can see how their making it quite cool. This is nice, neat spot. I would say it’s the perfect ice cream date spot to go for sure! The ice cream is nice and not too sweet. Definitely loved that!

Unbelievable. I watched how much they poured (which isnt much) buy when it rolls its huge and somehow filling.

I really enjoyed this shop. It would have been nice to build my own, but I have no idea if that was an option, signage was a bit weird. Definitely get the lid to take with, though I do suggest eating there since it will melt quickly.

Paid $10 for mediocre tasting ice cream. Topped with one nutter butter, one marshmallow, a few Reese’s puffs and a single pocky stick. I could’ve made this better at home. Gave an extra star because the staff worked hard to roll the ice cream. Go to somisomi instead 😂

I love Holy Roly’s ice cream. Its not only yummy, but also pretty!! Checking how to cook the ice cream is also fun!! My favorite flavor is earl grey milk tea. Since this flavor is a little bit a taste for adults, if youre with kids, choosing typical flavors would be safe (such as chocolate or strawberry). Also, staff are kind and helpful to choose flavors.

Little organic ice cream spot in K-town. The concept is similar to cold stone ice cream. Earl grey was pretty unique and good with almond topping. Valet parking is required and $2.00 is the valet parking fee. The ambiance is casual and bright with pink and ivory walls.

Cute little hip ice cream shop in a K Town mini mall. Basically this is ice cream + toppings mashed up like cold stone but instead of re-making a scoop like cold stone they roll it up into a a few rolls and put it in a cup. Bunch of flavors and toppings on the menu. Ice cream was flavorful and came with a nice toasted marshmallow. Small (they call it kids) size is $6.5 and reasonable priced.

This place is amazing! Their coconut vegan ice cream is just fabulous! My bf surprised me with this ice cream and we went back again. Sooo good!

Ice creams 🍦 have great taste. We got Fererro Rocher & Deep Dark Chocolate ice cream rolls. They made it with crushed Rocher and milk. So the taste is exactly same as frozen Rocher and milk. It’s really cool and you will enjoy watching they make your ice cream 🍦 .There was valet parking, I’m not sure if this is the case every day or it was due to weekend.

I was impressed by the aesthetics and creativity of each cup. Its a work of art and themed according to the flavor. In these covid times, theres even a bench outside for sitting. Note that all you get is a view of the parking lot. The reason I didnt give more stars is that the texture of the ice cream is harder than usual and different texturally than what Im used to - they are particular about their ingredients. Also, the ice cream is rolled, which is cute but also means youre essentially getting less ice cream for the money. It is also hard to get used to the texture. Plenty of parking nowadays in this little strip mall.The moss covering the walls is REAL but the store is very protective about it.

Its a cute little place filled with interesting flavors and delights. The quality of items are definitely felt in the consistency and texture of the food. A bit pricey but with the amount of work they put into it, I believe its worth it. Also, I was amazed at how certain flavors arent too sweet, but rather sweet yet refreshing, not overly sweet. I recommend the strawberry graham one, that one definitely surprised me and I hope it surprises you too! Ill definitely come back!

Went to this location after checking out the one on melrose, little did i know that i was in for a really bad experience in terms of service went in and the cashier was rude right away when i walked in, then i had a 60$ order and after i ordered he proceeds to tell me that they dont accept 100$ bills which makes no sense since im spending over half the bill there so i tell him that i would run to my car to grab my card but if he could start my order because there was a long line and he said yes. I came back and he makes me repeat my order then tells me i have to wait 30 mins. Its 7:25 and im still waiting for it really bad service he shouldve told us it was going to be such a long wait before i ordered the second time, this is a bad representation of this business its a great franchise but bad service by cashier amd he was smart mouthed and rude

After stalking this company for 2 weeks, I drive out of my way to get to them, and I was not disappointed. The ice cream is delicious. I had the peach cobbler and loved every bite! We were craving for ice cream rolls and this place showed up on the search results so we decided to try it. Its a small store so it could get packed inside and the wait to get your order is usually 15-20 minutes depending on how packed it is. I think the flavor is okay, not too amazing but not bad either. Theres not a lot of ice cream rolls stores around LA, so if youre craving for it, definitely try this one!

This place is incredible! One of the best lattes Ive ever had (I got the salted Caramel) . Their customer service is wonderful and it is clear that they care about their products and their customers. Amaaazing!

You may want to go light on your meal as the ice cream is extremely filling. I had the strip steak sandwich, which was extremely tender & perfectly cooked. The crab sandwich is also good too. But honestly, although the food is really good, I come for the Black & Tan. Its always my go-to for dessert.

Holy Roly Ice Cream has been my familys go to since I was a kid. So many childhood memories were made here and the memories continue to this day! My absolute favorite flavor to get is the toasted almond, the flavor is just unreal. Perfection, served generously.

This place is always crowded but for good reason! Famous for their ice cream and sundaes; however, they do serve great meals as well. The tuna melt is grilled to perfection and the fries are extra crispy.

I ordered a small scoop of the carrot cake ice cream. This was amazing ice cream, it literally tasted like carrot cake. From the cream cheese frosting to flavoring of spices to the actual carrot slices. I should have gotten a bigger scoop! So good! If in the area go give San Francisco Hometown Creamery a try!

This gem has been here for decades and will continue to be, the service if fast and efficient with good old fashioned friendliness and the ice cream is superb!! Its really nice to watch how the ice creams being made. They chop actual sweets, like Oreos Reeses, and work them into the ice cream. The result was absolutely delicious. Ive had the Reeses version, and it just tastes so much better if the ingredients are actually worked into the ice cream manually!
