I cant thank Thomas and his team enough, his patience through design/quantity changes as well as taking care of last minute and time sensitive orders is something I truly appreciate. I can honestly say that working with Ultimate Shirt Company was a pleasure from beginning to end!When I first got in touch with Thomas to create shirt for our company, I only had a few vague ideas for what we wanted our shirts to look like but he took my ideas and brought them to life. The design was better than I could have imagined. I appreciated that Thomas was patient with me and also very prompt to respond to emails and requests.My only issue - which was really quite minor - was that I wish I had a better sense of the size of the shirts. I usually order a small in unisex t-shirts but this one was pretty huge on me. My other coworkers had a similar experience. Im no pro at ordering t-shirts, but these guys are pro at making them. I had a bunch of finicky questions and requests, and Tom from USC patiently helped me solve each and every one of them. The process went smoothly and I had the clothing even earlier than I expected to. If anyone needed to custom order shirts, without a moments hesitation I would refer them to Ultimate.

We gave Thomas and Ultimate a real test drive and they completed every step with flying colors and friendliness and professionalism that was a sheer joy. There are few business experiences that I have had that are better than having shirts made with the Ultimate Shirt Co. We submitted our design, changed our design, asked them to help with the design, sent in one set of colors and sizes and changed those too. Of course we were also in a rush and at the end we needed courier delivery at the last minute within Los Angeles which Thomas arranged for a very reasonable price. Each step of the way was executed with professionalism, high quality work, kindness and warmth. I appreciate it that Thomas was able to provide us with t-shirts 100% made in America from the shirts themselves (we chose American Apparel for this reason) to the printing done by Ultimate. We will be back with more crazy orders for Lazer Lloyd and other partners as well. Highly recommended.

Simply the best customer service and they go above and beyond the call. We are in Canada and they facilitate everything for us, we love just having the peace of mind that goes with it knowing we will get a great product we can use time and time again, and even if our design or something is off, they will contact us and fix it and make sure its perfect before printing your whole order. We had numerous special requests for T-shirts that they dont even stock, and they went above and beyond to get these shirts for us. This will be our third time dealing with Ultimate Shirt Company, and we can say we will be in it for the long haul with these guys. Excellent service and quality, nobody beats them, we have tried dealing with SO many t-shirt printers just to get some promo shirts done at a fair price, its next to IMPOSSIBLE to find, they all want high MOQs and dont give you any service, then you have the painful time of waiting for your product you paid huge dollars for that may be wrong or just crap quality. For small businesses, there really isnt that many good viable options you can rely in. Thank god for these guys, they are on point!

These guys rule. They are knowledgeable, easy to work with, and know how to work under pressure and deliver quality, affordable product on a deadline. They are located by the American Apparel factory, so they have access to and intimate knowledge of AA products. We have worked with Ultimate for years, and have no desire to work with anyone else.

Ultimate Shirt Company is truly amazing!! It was a week before my movie premiere and I wasnt sure I could get the shirts done in time if I ordered them that close to the premiere. 5 stars for sure! Thomas and his team at USC are amazing. I have been using them for over 3 years now and I plan on using them for all future work. Their printing is top notch. The crew at USC not only are ridiculously fast with their response time, they go above and beyond making sure the design is just right. I have used them mostly for printing shirts, but they came through for me when I made a last minute request to print on Baggu bags. Use them, you will not regret it.

If youre looking to produce 1, 10, or 10,000 shirts, sweaters, tanks, socks, (I think thats possible? Im not entirely sure), etc, look no further! You are a fool if you decide not to use Ultimate Shirt Company. This is, hands down, the best place to get your products printed and produced in Los Angeles. So, like I said, If you are considering other printers, forget about them. Drop them, dump them, say goodbye. Dont wait another day to have that talk with them. You wont feel any regret, I promise.This past semester, I did some fun drawings and decided to get them printed on a pullover. I ordered 80 pullovers from USC. The entire process took about two weeks (from contacting them, returning to see a sample, to picking up my pullovers). The end product was exactly how I envisioned it!Not convinced? Here are five reasons why you should use USC:1. Competitive pricing, high quality printing, and lots of options for styles. I knew the style of pullover I wanted but it wasnt listed on their website. Thomas was able to find it for me!2. They have an extremely fast turn around time and they finished my project before the projected finish date!3. Excellent communication! Thomas would always reply to my emails within a few hours. He would also check-in with me via phone.4. The owners have design sensibility, which is really important, especially if you know nothing about design. They know what works and what doesnt work. They will also give you honest feedback about your color and style choices.5. To top it all off, the guys at USC are nice, genuine people that want dont just want to take your money and run. It doesnt matter if youre producing 12 shirts or 5,000, they want you to be happy with your final product.Feeling blue because youre from Wisconsin and wish you could have USC produce your shirts for your company?
