There is a nice indian (?) girl with pink hair working here who is normally rather nice but was quite short, rude, and angry with me today for simply asking basic technical questions so I felt the urge to write a review. Super cOPY gets 3 stars for price, speed, and quality, but loses two for rude and seemingly overstressed staff. tHere is often only 2 people working here at any given time with a line of 5+ customer, and you can feel the stress when visiting the store. I want to give more stars because of the quality/price but it seemed like this place has become increasingly less staffed with every visit. hope the workers attitudes improve!

Honestly I am SHOCKED that Super Copy does not have 5 stars! We have been coming here for years for personal and business related printing. They are responsive, the quality is great, the prices are fair and they are extremely helpful. My colleague drove up from Marina Del Ray to use their services, and Im pretty sure that tells any Angeleno everything they need to know

My wife and I have been coming here for years, well before we even dreamed of taking the plunge into matrimony. Speaking of which, we printed all our wedding signs and banners here. I got my passport photo taken here. We printed pictures of our baby boy here. The list goes on. Why do we keep coming back? Friendly and attentive staff. Great prices. Quality prints of all shapes and sizes. I can’t believe they don’t have a solid 5-stars on Google. Then I scrolled down to see the bad reviews and they ALL recommend going to UPS. No offense to UPS and their tidy brown uniforms, but they’ve got nothing on Super Copy when it comes to PRINTING. And for me, I’d rather support a local business that has neighborhood roots and helps make up the fabric of the community. NELA would not be the same without Super Copy.

Best place ive ever gone too...for more than make copys

Great copy shop, great prices, great people! This place is the reason why I avoid big copy shops. These guys offer a personal service, attention to detail, and care about their customers. I have a feeling that the one-star reviews of them are totally bogus as theyre not very descriptive, and their complaints are not true. Ive been coming here for years as a once in a while customer, and these guys never disappoint. They treat you like family and do a great job.

21 dollars for color and black and white are these workers out of their mind never going back there again 🤬🤬🤬

Went in to get a document notarized and it was quick and easy. Only had to say “hey” and four people were helping me and pointing me in the right direction. Most def. would recommend this spot.

Great people and the service is just excellent

I like to use and promote neighborhood businesses. I had two small projects and they were helpful with both. I received my projects in a timely manner. It was easier than driving further to use the big printing companies. Convenient. Although, parking can be a little difficult at certain times.

I do a lot of business with Super Copy and I have to say they are one of the easiest to work with vendors I know of. They are fast, always check their work and nothing but personable at all times. Highly recommend them. Payam is awesome and so is the rest of the staff!

The best print shop in town

Excellent service. Needed an EU passport photo and they were quick and professional. Walked out with what I needed, plus they sent me a digital copy, just in case. Highly recommended.

Piam and the gang are the best. Super friendly and knowledgable. This place is a municipal treasure. Give them all of your business and keep them open!

I waited 40 minutes for store to open. When it opened I asked if I could use the computer and I was not on it for more than 5 minutes and was bieng rushed by the clerk before that. I did not finish what I needed to print out because the clerk said he needed the computer. I asked the clerk why I was rushed and he said he needed to work in that station. So why rent it out if they need to work on it. I am a senior and cant be as fast as young people. He said to go to the library. I could have gone there from the start but I wanted to go here. What a mistake. I will never come here again. So rude to seniors

Not sure who wrote that the staff isvery unprofessional and unpleasant but i have gone in here many times and had to get things at the last minute for projects im working on. The staff has ALWAYS been SUPER helpful and professional every time ive been in there and i can be a demanding and tough customer. I just felt i needed to speak up for this place as they have really helped me in a pinch several times and i will continue to go there even though its a little out of the way for me.

I went there to print out a document from my iPhone. The angry rude person at the desk told me they don’t deal with any iPhones and they were busy with customers. I told her I’m a customer too. I went to the nearby ups store and they were courteous and professional. I want to give 0 stars to this awful place.

Very unprofessional staff and unpleasant experience. Elderly lady at desk had a very bad attitude. Why would anyone give this hole in the wall a positive review unless prompted by the owner?
