I came here to get a template made for a very large rug. Frank was very responsive and let me know that the artwork was not to scale. Had we printed it as is, there would have been a huge size discrepancy. Thanks for the clarification! I would highly recommend Sharp Printing :)

Sharp printing has amazing service and turn around rate. They are very direct with communication and speaking over the phone is a preferred method of mine (so there are no miscommunications and responses are way more timely) they were totally on the same level. We got the job done flawlessly and my client was extremely pleased.It would have been great if the minimum was a little smaller(50 I think is a reasonable quality, not 100)But either way - I am extremely grateful for the turnaround rate and the quality of paper and printing precision.

I had a last minute request for Sharp Printing and they were incredibly helpful and fast. I needed to order for a job in LA even though I live in NY and they worked with me to troubleshoot any issues with files so that I could be assured that I was getting exactly what I wanted (even from the other side of the country!)

I wasnt sure if Sharp Printing would be able to create the large piece of isometric graph paper that I needed since other places had turned me down. I gave Sharp an 8.5 by 11 inch sample and much to my surprise they said that yes they could recreate the 1/4 inch grid pattern on a much larger poster size sheet - in blue ink. I must have tried 4 other places and only Sharp Printing was able to do the job. And, they did it all in about 2 days!!

Sharp printing will be my printer forever. Believe it or not they were moving locations during the time we wanted to get a large order completed, along with a few test prints. He was more than accommodating each and every step of the way. Especially helping with making sure my file is exported to the highest resolution and will look it’s best. Fast and helpful service, on short notice. Quality resolution and print. Excellent design assistance as well. Parking is prohibited on the street during afternoon rush hour on LaBrea, but thats my only complaint.

We are an undergraduate organization at UCLA, we put together a research journal of undergrad research once a year, and this year (2017) we used Sharp Printing. Frank at Sharp Printing responded to our initial inquiry within an hour, which was excellent as we needed a rush job as we approached the end of the year. His price was better than the other places we tried, he was very polite and patient as he explained things to us, and had our journals printed within two days. Today I found out that USPS lost a VERY important document set of mine which was due at 5pm. I called Frank at Sharp Printing asking for turnaround within a couple of hours - even though it was a short document this can be a lot to ask and sometimes impossible for print shops. They not only received and printed my document, addressed it as I requested and had it all done in time. Frank also arranged delivery by asking one of his employees if he would be willing to be paid to deliver over their lunch hour. The destination was only a couple of blocks away, but I am out of state and would have been completely unable to get it there. Even rush couriers would not make it within my time frame. Their staff is amazing, their costumer service was the best I have experienced.Thank you so, so much!
