I love this place! 50 times better than a kinkos or staples! The girls behind the counter are super friendly and super fast. Their multi tasking is impeccable. And when Im not printing my flyers or posters here, their prices for regular printing are amazing, who knew I can get so much with one dollar.

I accidentally stumbled upon this shop once and I will never use another copy shop ever again. The staff is always friendly and willing to help, especially Norma, she always has a smile on her face and makes sure all my printing and shipping needs get taken care of super fast! They offer FedEx and USPS, nobody beats this place.

I went to copycat to fax some tax documents to my tax lady and they girl behind the counter went above and beyond the call to make sure that everything was done properly and in a safe manner. They are so professional, quick, and friendly.

I was on my way to an audition and forgot my headshots/resume. While I was having a private lesson with my coach in Los Feliz, Copycat fielded emails from my mom with headshots and resume to be printed. She even sent the wrong resume and sent a follow-up email to correct it and they handled it like a champ. 15 minutes later I had beautiful headshot/resume to bring to my audition. They were very professional quality. I highly recommend Copycat if you need headshots printed.

Do not go here. They dont know what they are doing regarding FedEx or UPS.Just go to the Fedex/UPS stores that are nearby.Trust me, you dont want a birthday present arriving a day late even when the employees at CopyCat promise it will arrive a certain date.

If I could give zero stars, I would.Their equipment wasnt working. Spent over a half hour here because the woman behind the desk was incompetent. She needed to be helped multiple times by the other person working.To top it off, I had to wait so long that I watched the FedEx person pickup all their packages to deliver, while my package then had to sit and wait all weekend. Never going back.

No access to FedEx system to print labels so really quite pointless shipping business
