Best service ever! A few weeks ago I needed my laptop fixed, but I was flying out of town the next day. The sweet gentleman in the store stayed long after closing to try and fix my laptop, and he fixed it. He was completely understanding of my situation. It was all part of the warranty, and he worked on it until late evening. So nice of him, best customer service ever. Thank you MacHorizon!

The service here was lovely. Even during a busy holiday weekend and a pandemic, they were able to diagnose the problem with my computer and repair it entirely. Not to mention, the pricing was fair and the communication was direct. They even replaced the pads on my laptop that had gone missing over multiple years of use. 1.11.2021 Theyre open! I drove by in the morning and the windows were boarded up so I thought they were closed down but I went back later and Im glad I did. MelroseMAC wanted $500 to replace the screen of my 2015 MacBook Air, and and it was going to take 7 to 10 BUSINESS days. MacHorizon fixed it same day for $350. Thank you MacHorizon! I will definitely be going back.

I upgraded my laptop at home thinking it was necessary but instead, it tremendously slowed everything down. I have a MacBook Pro Mid 2012 and I upgraded the system software to Mac OS Mojave. Not a good idea. The Mojave is for newer model laptops. A friend of mine recommended Mac Horizon and I took it to them so they could uninstall it and put the old system back. Everything went well. The staff their were very helpful and the price for this minor mishap was affordable. Just make sure you back everything up on your laptop before you take it there if you have the same situation as me.

Hi... ok so like my life came to a crashing halt... or at least my IMAC did...but not before I backed up everything. In my search for places to restart my IMAC (or my life), I stumbled across the people at MacHorizon. They had good reviews and were nice on the phone. Plus, I loath going into the MAC Store at the Grove (and they had crappy service reviews). So, I brought my IMAC in... I knew it was a problem with the fan... and it was. Most important, the price was reasonable the service was excellent and there were no long lines or up selling. Very glad I found them.
