Fast and easy service, thats pretty much all I can ask for. I thought getting my laptop repaired was going to be a big process but this place proved me wrong. I was able to get a quick and easy quote and had my laptop back within 2 days. The screen quality is just as good as the original. 10/10 experience would recommend to anyone for electronic repairs.

Battery replacement! Its not repair, exactly, but my Nexus 5 was driving me crazy with low and inconsistent battery life. I emailed Genius Lab to see if they could replace, and went in person two days ago. The new battery works beautifully. Thank you for quick and super responsive service!

If you’re looking to get your iPhone screen repaired you are better off going to Apple and getting an oem screen replacement.They say they use high quality expensive screens but I swear they are using cheap $50-60 ones. My new screen only lasted four days before a small drop shattered it.I’ll give them 1.5 stars because they can fix water damage and apple won’t.

Highly recommend! I showed up on a weekday afternoon with no appointment, hoping to have my iPhone 6s screen replaced. I had my phone back with a new screen within a half hour! Called in to genius lab and got a quick quote for my iPhone 6 repair. My screen was badly cracked and they told me over the phone I could walk right in without an appointment and have my phone fixed in about 20 minutes. Let me tell you, I was in and out in about 15 minutes with my phone looking new again. Nick was really helpful and helped me pick out a great case to protect my phone too. Cool waiting room with comfortable leather couches and easy parking right up front. Definitely recommending my friends to this spot.

I broke the screen of my iPhone 6+ today in the morning. Imtiaz told me the replacement costs 69$ and there is 1 year warranty. It took him 15 mins to replace the screen and meanwhile I did some groceries shopping. Very fast and high quality service. 4 stars!

The young man at the front and the man fixing the phone had great customer service! the screen on my iPhone and the lcd was fixed in under 30 minutes for a great price!(about 2 months ago) and they threw in a free screen protector! I broke my phone again so ill be back in the next couple days lol!

Fast, friendly and competitively priced. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Immediately after I left I noticed the touch sign in on my phone wasnt working. Brought it back and they fixed it in just a few minutes with no problem and no attitude. They werent the cheapest, but dealing with pleasant, friendly people is worth a few extra bucks.

They couldnt fix my screen on laptop. They dont explain their work. My laptop has more issues than before they looked at it. My computer was missing screws and small parts when I got it back. I had to see why it was not powering on any more. They dont take responsibility for your property.

Im so happy I found this place! After about a week of having a broken unusable iPhone, I decided to pay the Genius Lab a visit today to see how long it would take to send it in, or if it could even be used again. Nick was very polite and helpful and told me he could repair it in fifteen minutes, but honestly it felt like 5! I was even offered a free phone case (I went for the Star Wars one, of course.) to quickly protect it from breaking again. I highly recommend this business! Thanks, Nick.

Genius is an understatement. The Genius Lab replaced the cracked screen on my iPhone 7 Plus in one hour for the same price my carrier Sprint was going to charge. But Sprint wanted me to back up the entire contents of my phone before bringing it in, because when they got it, they were going to wipe it completely clean of everything. Then they were going to send it to Apple to replace the screen because they were not authorized to fix it at their Repair Center. 5 to 7 days later, Apple would send my fixed phone back to Sprint, and then I would have to make another trip to go pick it. Sprint would give me a loaner to use for the time they had my phone, but the first Sprint repair center I called was out of loaner phones. What a hassle with Sprint from beginning to end (and I pay for Insurance on the phone!) I highly recommend the Genius Lab...it will make you feel like a Genius for choosing them.

It was a hectic day at work and I had to get my iPad screen fixed before my meeting so I could use it for the PowerPoint presentation, I called apple and they said whiteout a reservation I would have to wait until they had a opening (2-4 hours) if I was lucky.. so I searched and finally came here to have it done on under 15 minutes. I am very happy with the customer service here and it was easy finding parking (for once in Hollywood), it was way more easier then going to the mall. Here I actually felt comfortable with leaving my apple products since they tend to scratch easily, I was very pleased with the level of care they used to remove my keyboard case as well. My iPad felt just as it did brand new. Thank you guys for taking care of me!

They are far from being a genius when it comes to repairing pcs!!! I dont recommend!!! $100 gone to do something that could have been done from a usb drive. Even tho i explained the pcs issue and what i needed fixed... I am very disappointed with the results... I am %1000 sure the results would have been different if i was a man...

I didnt like the approach.I had problems with my laptop (wasnt turning on, however charging worked). I specifically asked for the approximate price and the employee told me that diagnostics is free of charge and that they would call me after diagnostics within 36 hours.Problem 1) they did not call (I had to initiate the contact)Problem 2) free of charge was actually $65 (for the diacnostics which happened to solve the problem (unpluging battery))I wouldnt mind paying that amount of money. However, I asked how much it would be. The employee said 0 and then there would be a call.The second star is for solving the problem.

This store is a front for some other shady business. tried to get my phone repaired - called the number over and over different times and never get an answer or a call back. Walk to the location (I live near by) on may different occasions - weekday middle of the afternoon, morning, evening, Saturday afternoon, morning etc. PLACE IS NEVER OPEN. just seems suspicious.

Im amazed this place doesnt have a line out the door. Affordable, professional, and FAST service. They fixed my shattered iPhone screen within 15min and I didnt even have an appointment. Definitely will be keeping this place in mind for any future mishaps with my phone/computer/etc.

Not professional. Dont call you back. Gave me different stories everytime i called them. Laptop had more issues than when I dropped it off. Dont trust them, not geniuses. They say 2 days, turns into over a week.I left my laptop to be checked out. The screen would not turn on. Was just a screen issue. Computer turned on, fan turned on, keyboard funtions worked (keyboard light, caps lock, ctrl alt deletetl multiple times turned computer off). They said they would call me the next day and if they cant fix no charge. They didnt call. I had to call them back at their closing time to see what was going on. Next they say it was just the graphics card. It will take 2 days to replace. They didnt call me in 2 days. I call them on the third day and now they say it is the backlight of the screen and they cant fix so I can pick up. Now the computer wont even turn on. Power light flashes then it crashes. Dell says they did not put back together correctly and they damged the motherboard removing trying to remove the graphics card.

Pretty rude and inefficient, I was told that they had to contact a dude to get my screen fixed over the phone and I had very urgent maintenance needed for my laptop and the order wasnt even processed after 5 business days.If you need your tech repaired I suggest you look elsewhere

Avoid this place if you care about the data on your computer. I was told my photos and documents would be backed up by the tech before he installed a new operating system on my computer. When i went to pick up my computer, i discovered that about only 1% of my documents and photos were backed up. All of my family photos and work for my masters program gone, just like that. I received a non chalant apology and no charge for the irreparable damage these unprofessional and careless geniuses caused me. Beware.

I was driving down Hollywood Blvd. and saw the Genius Lab on the street. It stood out to me so I stop because my MacBook Pro has been having problems with the spinning wheel. I walked in the guys already knew what was going on with my MacBook since they have seen it before. The recommended I upgraded my hard drive to a SSD to make my product more compatible with my operating system. The cost was low and the turned around time was faster than I could imagine!! My product works so well now I couldnt be happier! Thank you Genius Lab!!

Called in about my iPad, they told me to bring it in and I did. Said itd be ready in an hour, they called me back 45 minutes later and it was ready. If you need something fixed, I highly recommend this place.

I broke the charging port on my old HTC One X and Genius Lab said they would be able to repair it for a reasonable price. Because it was an older phone, the part was not plentiful and had to be shipped from an east coast vendor which took about 4 days. Once they got the part, the phone would charge but then the On/Off button wasnt working, so the technician John (I think thats his name!) replaced that part free of cost and the phone still wouldnt turn on. By this time they had my phone for maybe 10 days (I bought a temporary one as a possible replacement) and they knew me when I called as the HTC girl. They were always as helpful as possible giving me information about the status of my phone and when I could expect it to be finished. In the end it was not reparable. I went in to pick it up and John told me the sad details and said the owner said not to charge me for the two parts they purchased to fix my phone. At the very end of our conversation, John mentioned they had used phones if I needed a replacement. I left with a Samsung S4 Mini that was essentially brand new, had all the features I wanted and needed in a phone and none of the extra bling that does my head in. He let me buy the phone for less than it would have cost to pay for fixing my HTC!! I promised I wouldnt say how much I bought it for, but I was so grateful for his help and his willingness to help me out, knowing what a mini-ordeal Id been through trying to get my old one fixed, he really went the extra mile to provide me with great customer service!

After many disappointments in the past with repairing my MacBook Pro, I thought I would give Genius Lab an opportunity with fixing my laptop. They have in the past repaired my iPhone and iPad at a great price, so I decided to give them a call in regards to my MacBook slowing down and being laggy all the time. The representative that answered the phone immediately told me what the problem may be, literally explained every process they can take to fix my problem. I immediately got the sense that they truly wanted to fix my problem and werent just trying to take my money and run. Turns out that even tho other places told me that I had to swap out my hard drive, and do a lot of other services that would rack up my tab, Genius Lab tested my hard drive, and realized that my HD did not need to be replaced, and just needed to be serviced. I am so thankful for their honesty that I am literally referring all my friends and family here. I live in Glendale, and it was COMPLETELY worth the drive to them (which wasnt THAAAT FAR) to have my problem fixed correctly and with integrity on their part. Even the Apple Store wasnt being helpful in my case. All in all, from pricing, to their knowledgeable staff, customer service, and honesty I couldnt be happier. Now my MacBook is running smooth like the first day I bought it. Thank you Genius Lab!! I will be back to service all my products!!!!!
