This is my first review, but my third service call from LA Refrigeration. They were very prompt and professional. The first call was about a strange smell coming from Refrigerator split system. They came and showed me the dust and grime all over the coils, cleaned it all up, and showed me how to do it myself. I was so pleased I wrote down their names to remember to call them in again, which I did; not for a smell, but because I saw a lot of dust and what I thought could be mold inside the unit; so I did not feel comfortable cleaning it myself. Again they were prompt and professional. Thanks !!

Technician from LA Refrigeration was able to come on short notice and fixed my refrigerator - luckily he didnt have to change any parts. He explained to me what may have happened after a power outage while I was away at work. Very honest good person - I would recommend him to anyone! He also fixed the refrigerator for our Food Truck (which needed the compressor replaced and had to order it and come back) but this was the first time I met him in person. I am so very pleased with his work! He also gave me a lot of tips for maintenance! Ellen.

After having a horrible experience trying toSchedule an appointment with number one refrigeration company, who made an Appointment and then said I dont have one, I found LA Refrigeration just by chance. Technician said he was available later that day. Came right on time, found the problem with my refrigerator, ordered the part, installed it the following morning. (Before expected) Extremely happy and would highly recommend!!!

Although they were busy, they found a slot for me the next day (03/17/19) . My tech was professional. He was prompt and quite courteous . He found my a/c problem very fast. Although it was a tight spot to access, he never complained and kept a smile on his face .A beautiful job done cleanly and properly. Prices were good and its cooler than before now. I called, he came, and he fixed my refrigerator. Any other repair person would make me wait to get parts. He did not. I told him the problem, he diagnosed on phone. Confirmed diagnosis in person and Ice Water were cold again. Honestly I always have broken appliances and I am so happy to have found you guys.

Our refrigerator was making a strange grinding noise when we called LA Refrigeration at 9:00 AM. After discussing the problem, technician advised us that he would be here at 12:30. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, retrieved the required part and had our refrigerator running by 3:30. He was very professional and courteous. Thanks again for your help guys.

I did a lot of searching for a HVAC company for my PTAC unit that needed repair. The experience was smooth from start to finish; they were very professional and I even spoke to the owner, Vechyaslav, at one point, and he was very kind.The technician was intelligent, hard-working, courteous and professional! Worst experience with a company I have had in a long time. The shining light at this company is a tech named Alan who was wonderful after the first crew did not set the unit correctly. If you get Alan and everything gets fixed to your liking and you dont have to deal with the crazy owner named Greg then you will probably be fine. Owner was rude, loud, and unwilling to listen. I started out with just a coil that needed replacing and have ended up replacing almost everything as nothing else worked once they came out. Only other thing I can say is run as fast as you can from this company.
