Well, that was weird. I went to the store to get Undernauts: LoY for Switch at the release date. The box said New but they sold me an open box copy at full price with the price sticker on it. Also, they put a seal-sticker which just ruins the box mint condition, because it’s super hard to remove the glue and not left marks on the box plastic. Technically, I bought a used “good condition” copy at the full price. That was my first and last purchase at GameStop.

This places is great. Customer service is excellent. Found exactly what I was looking for. I had no clue about the latest gaming consoles but the staff was very helpful.

Dmc HD collection was pre-owned but the disk was practically brand new so it was a steel along with the USB b Port !

Not worth the trip. If you want something from here you can probably get it somewhere else for cheaper and less hassle..

I went to a few to try to find the red xbox series X controller. Both of them were very helpful. The first one asked if we wanted to know were we can get a red one. He led up to this one. Here at first they thought they did not have any. But they checked the back and had a fresh shipment of 11. So if you are trying to find one right now this would be the best place to go.

This store has a large diversity of game titles, more than other i checked before, with the pandemic in course the store is limited to 5 guest only, so be patient and wait outside until your turn, when you are inside you wil be attend by nice associates, they really know about the games and they will give their personal opinion and suggestions. Very good place.

Friendly staffs, the price is little bit higher than online. But, you can see real one and take it with no waiting.

Great place

Only reason I gave it 4 stars because of parking. You have to park underground and get validated but only get 30 min. But beside that great service and clean and organized store. I live about 20 min away but I still will come to this store to buy and talk to associates.

Good selection of games and toys, new and used. Free 30 minute parking in a nearby structure. Its also right near the Red line so its super accessible. Lines can get really long pretty quickly so try to time it right.

GameStop is a nice place to buy some game.Wondered if they have some new games thats why I visited this shop. Wasnt disappointed because they have new stuffs in their shelves.Not even that, they also have some classic old games in store. It is so eye catching. Spent 2 hours walking around the shop since there are a lot of nice games to pick.When inside the shop I feel like Im a kid again. It was so nostalgic. I remember my childhood when I see those classic games. Not only that, they also have card games to play with friends.Will be going back here for more games, maybe some card games this time.

I really like this place I found wherever I was looking

The store size is decent compared to a lot of other gamestops but it has a lot of the essentials. There is a PS4, Xbox, and Switch section, Im not sure if theyve gotten rid of the PS3 and Xbox 360 games yet but if they havent, theyre a steal. They also have a lot of third party accessories for each console, pre-owned prices are usually always much better. Staff are friendly, they ask if youre looking for anything in specific to save you time and you just let them know if you need anything.

Incredible no use games

Bought stuff from here before I knew better. Prices are a lot higher compared to online, even the used stuff. They buy used games for a just a few bucks and turn around and sell it for $15-24. I had to return a used game to them that didnt work, so check those discs.

They have nothing here but games..you have to order on-line or in the store, and have it delivered to your home. They cannot help you its just a waste of your time.

My Favorite Gamestop in los Angeles and just a bus ride amd train ride from away LACC. The crew there is so nice.

The games and the items are good but its just really really not cool when you walk in, your looking for games and the manager and her co-workers make remarks under their breath, they look at you and when you look at them back they turn around and continue working, I dont like feeling like that in a place where I thought I can feel comfortable in.

I ordered 2 games online for same day delivery that never showed up. After calling customer service they keep telling me to call this store and they never ever answer. So here I am with less money and a company giving me the runaround on video. I have the emails, text messages, call logs and screen shots to back up my claims.

Didnt have much of an option. One of the to employees said they had what I wanted in stock. But when I spoke to another, they didnt have any? They offered a better version. But was twice the amount I wanted to pay. I waited this long, but its took $500+Settled for just 1 game after instead of two. Went down to $348. Left feeling more regretful than eager to play my game.Might return everything soon.

Good service. Has all of the games. This location has all of the rare and sold out games. This location is almost cheaper. An Xbox360 for 60-50$ thats not preowned

Very slow services. On average have to wait for 10 minutes in line just to either ask a question, or purchase something, when Im the second person in line. Its almost impressive how slow the staff can go. Items on shelf are always out of stock And Ive sold them games, and they paid me .25 cents for something they turn around and sell for $7.00. So long waits, and felt pretty screwed over.

Fun spot in GameStop, mainly geared towards anime fans and tourists. They do have a good selection of Japanese horror and action films, but they are not imports but US releases which retail high end of MSRP. A little overpriced for my taste but for people starting out collecting Japanese anime and films they have a solid collection, more for a newbie than a connoisseur

BEWARE | BAIT & SWITCH Waiting in line I see the store boss give a cryptic transmitted look to the other employee. I shook it off. When I go to pay I am made aware that my account is basically no good no discounts can be applied, etc. I get the pitch to move into a better upgraded account for a low price, that will be paid for by the lower price on the games I was buying. Fine, felt right. After looking at the receipt I see a $15 charge for a subscription of magazines I never discussed with the employee. I told the guy to be transparent. There where 3 people behind me otherwise I would have had an ethics discussion with the two of them. Sad how at such a young age these 2 gentlemen are already being bred to compromise with their ethics (aka lie) to move store numbers and subscriptions.
