We were shopping for a cute fit for my little sisters birthday and they were so nice and patient with us, I will be going back besides the customer service it’s a nice place to shop for clothes,just not if you’re plus-size theirs not really any options for you.

This Urban has a really cool vibe and its very big. Two levels. They have good assortment and I can always find really neat gift ideas here.

PROS: Cool location, good customer service, good vibes.CONS: Really weak selection of clothes, no home goods.Ive found a couple good items at this location, but usually I leave feeling like they didnt really have much to offer. The styles theyve been showcasing recently try too hard to be trendy... in my opinion. Hope this UO steps their game up, because it has mad potential.

They used to have better selection of clothing when they first opened. A mix of urban combined with more classy but still edgy clothes. Now this store is all about super urban informal looks. If you are looking for something a bit more formal but still edgy, go to the store in Cahuenga Blvd.

Everything was too expensive for my broke a$$ although I did reunite a patron with there glasses and that made me feel good. Upon leaving I found out my friend stole up to 5 pairs of underwear but we only got $5 from the fence. That is of course if my friend was telling me the truth. I mean he is a thief....

A wide variety of clothing at all price ranges. Something for everyone. I picked up a new grey beanie for 13 dollars.

(Both hat and shirt is from Urban Outfitters) havent been shopping with Outfitters long, but will start. This store specifically was great. Their employees and all around service was great and very helpful. Alot a variety in the clothing sections from great t-shirts selections and others. A bit costly for sweat pants and some sweaters, but its worth the purchase! All around a great shopping experience!

Walked in on Sunday early evening, the store looked sparse and the selection was limited. Was hoping to see amazing original pieces. A little dissapointed. Prices seemed on par to other stores. 😕

I love the atmosphere and the smiles at the downtown store. But I have noticed that when I go there store, immediately, there is a worker next to me folding and tidying up. 3 times its happen, and when I leave...they leave. Hmmm

So many branded clothes. Also have lot of sizes which is really good. Workers are really friendly and approachable

Very funky atmosphere (yes I used the word funky to describe something) however my reason for that is due to the industrial vibe created by using wood as well as the current trends of fashion which give you a blast from the past. As an Australian not having Urban Outfitters in the country it was a pleasure to walk into a retail store that offers a variety of styles.

HORRIBLE customer service. The absolute worse! And the way the security shoppers follow you is as though youve already stolen something. Its uncomfortable to browse uncomfortable to shop. It is even uncomfortable while waiting in line to pay.Overall the worst service ever.A store with such high prices shouldnt have such low service

The space is cool, built out of a vintage movie theater in the theater district of dtla. Products are basic and boring. Urban outfitters used to be inovative and cutting edge,now its ridiculous and boring.

Good repurposing of the Rialto Theater in DTLA. Although I wish they would have kept the Rialto as a theatre, perhaps this is the lesser of two evils - this or tearing it down and lost forever.So, I must say, with mixed emotion that I am a fan of this space. Also, the fact that it was Urban Outfitters means that officially, DTLA is hipster.

Even in the heart of LA, only the most bland and expensive of clothes are displayed at this Urban Outfitters . I dont know if thats the look theyre trying to create with the lack of clothes compared to the other U.O. stores. I was pretty disappointed after my visit for that reason. Boring hipster clothes and poor selection.

They’re nice in here but it’s annoying that there’s a guy often sleeping outside and even peeing against the building and no one does anything.
