My Wife and I were recently looking for a place to get new scrubs for our Physical and Occupational therapy home health companies. From the moment we entered the store, we were met with smiles and a warm welcome. The store owner gave us personalized recommendations based on our wants and needs with great attention to detail. The store also has plenty of PPE which is huge during this Covid Pandemic. I highly recommend this store.

Pretty much DILLIGAF customer service across the board. Assuming of course you can get customer service to answer the phone.

Philip has always been prompt and very honest. When he says both a price and delivery is always comes thru. Philip would rather walk away from an order if he cant fulfill it. I would hesitate to recommend him. If you need scrubs or lab coats he is your man..

Have been ordering my scrubs from here for years. I order only 2-3 pairs a year for myself and the company is great. Once the wrong item was shipped. I left a message. The staff called me back the next business day & had the correct item in my hands with in 2 days with a personal apology! Great people to do business with!!! Thank you

Although the shipping was longer than expected, well worth the wait & great customer service with follow-thru in which you can’t put a price tag on. Uniforms were exactly as expected & printing embroidery turned out better than expected. Well worth the investment in yourself with a durable & quality product.

Philip and his staff at Scrubs Unlimited are always so friendly and professional if I had to describe them in one word in one word it would be Awesome! They offer good quality scrubs at a very affordable price. Harvard Medical School orders their scrubs for the Medical students every year and they are always very pleased. I would definitely recommend them.

I have never ever been disappointed at the breadth of their selections or the courteous and knowledgeable staff. Plus, the owner is a major player in community events and working on the homeless problems for better housing and BID and Rotary community projects and numerous other charitable projects. If they have the items I need and always at a great price, why would I shop anywhere else?

I had an order of 16 white coats with embroidery.First, I will start with the positives: The embroidery came out nice and it was good pricing. I also got a discount for a larger order. The downfalls with this place is that they arent very organized. I stopped into the store and they told me it would be better to email the list for embroidery. They never contacted me for payment or to confirm the order. I called a couple weeks later and at that time they took my payment over the phone. They told me the expected time of completion and that they would contact me when my order was completed. They didnt contact me on the day it was supposed to be done, but luckily, I wasnt in an hurry so I called a few days later and they told me they needed a few more days. I had to contact them again to find out that my order was complete. I was able to stop by and pick up the order without issue. However, about 6months later I got an email from them asking about my order that I requested and when i was going to pay for it. I had to tell them that I had already completed my order and since picked it up. They could definitely be more organized and have better follow-up with their clients.

I have been purchasing scrubs from these guys for years. They are one of the few places I can find 100% scrubs.

Wonderful and helpful experience! I was desperate for a pair of scrubs that I needed for the next day so I called Scrubs Unlimited at 5:15pm to see if they were still open. The owner, Phillip, informed me that they closed at 5pm, but he would still accommodate me. He waited for me to arrive and by the time I got there it was close to 6. He was so helpful and patient while I picked out my scrubs. I was so grateful that he remained open just for me! The pricing was decent as well. Thank you again Phillip!

Scrubs Unlimited helped me pick out the right scrubs and helped me pick out the right size. They are very knowledgeable about the varying sizes in between the brands. My scrubs are monogrammed and it looks very sharp. I wont buy scrubs anywhere else. Great service.

Not happy. Ordered my scrubs last Friday, received an email about items being shipped with no tracking number. I sent a reply, was given no email response fron them. I called today and was told this is how they do business... Send emails without tracking numbers because it comes straight from the factory. Ok... I get an email with a tracking number... I check it. It shows on ups that its ready to be shipped.... So I send an email... No response. I call and I ask why did i get an email that my items are shipped when clearly ups says the items are ready to be shipped... But I received an email that they had been shipped 2 days ago. So I call back again. I ask why the discrepancies? He tells me to hold on and comes back on the phone that my items will ship in 1 or 2 days.. So I said that the email sent is misleading and dishonest. Who does business like this? Sends a shipping email with no tracking number? Says items are shipped when they really werent? I hate liars! This is not a way to do business! I really need my scrubs and soon. Not good at all. I dont believe anything they say at this point. These ppl lie too much!

Placed order eve Nov 15th and requested to change order early morning Nov 16. After no response, then canceled order same day. Not contacted by Scrubs until Nove 24th to inform me it was too late because order was already shipped!!!!!!
